Fun fact: Till Lindemann (lead singer, ICYDK) actually had his cheek pierced specifically for this video. It was his idea to have his mouth glowing from the inside while he sang, so he got his cheek pierced and they ran a wired light inside his mouth. You can clearly see it in this video.

Bonus fun fact: Till would mess with his band-mates by filling his mouth with a drink and shooting it out of the piercing at them.

EDIT: side note...after re-watching the video now, I just noticed that the keyboardist Christian "Flake" Lorenz does a hand gesture at ~0:36 here that reminds me of Dennis DeYoung from Styx in the video for "Too Much Time On My Hands" at ~0:09 here.
