Racing at Street Outlaws No Prep Kings

[Music] [Music] all right guys sorry if i look like um i'm all gross because i just got out of the gym but today we are going to put hard tires on the mustang so i decided that i'm going to run the daily drivers class saturday at trails um they have like a no preps thing going on so we're going to go ahead and pull off these hoosiers and then bill has got some hard tires that i can use let's go [Music] [Music] pretty go see terry is he's not working today don't make me dance [Music] what's up guys me and sonia are here at national trail raceway and i'm racing the daily driver's class today and she's going to need my camera lady so she's in charge of my gopros and all the filming equipment so it'll how you feeling um excited but nervous you know it's normal i just dropped the tire pressure down to like 18 19 psi the lamborghini tried to call me out and i said no he's all real guys i know other than that i think i might be racing this person possibly just ease into it every gear are you racing in this class oh you should have what are you doing with the mustang here then well i was going to race yesterday in the 7-0 thing and then by the time i got everything set up it was like there's no time to make it i need to bring that box line down here i don't know if you leave on more power you want to tighten them up a real suit you guys need to like cheer oh yeah chasing you halfway down the track boy [Music] what are you guys [Music] [Music] is right can you cheer for her too [Music] stickers wow all right let's go first [Music] um driver [Music] oh so oh my god dude [Music] you ready molly yeah yeah um um [Music] i should have found that dude [Applause] oh my god that was fast oh she's that's the first time i've caught her on camera doing that really just got done sealing up the bearing retainer on my transmission because we had to have it replaced so because i cracked it and we didn't realize we're supposed to put a silicone on it saturn and then what else did you get new clutch fork new what's the pivot ball is that what it is yeah i got a new clutch fork we were able to reuse your pivot ball it wasn't damaged got your sending unit replaced in the tank and all we have to do you drop the tank and everything yeah i use those jacks and i just drop it down about a foot so i can get to it right back is it easier or harder than a power glide it looks like just a bunch of parts layered together and a bunch of bolts that's all at least that's what it looks like to me [Music] so i'm about to go take the car over to the back and tanner to see if they can fix my pack for me so i have attack adapter and everything i should need and we're going to take it over to their shop and have them help me out with it so what's the update on your car look at mine yeah oh it's good to go i'll be on it uh saturday nice i see you have the same helmet as cletus and the whistling diesel everyone likes their american helmet so what all did i bring you other than this shift light what's the other thing attack adapter attack adapter my friends from third pedal racing torrey tanner and zach are going to help me wire in my shift light and hopefully get my attack working that is if it actually works itself this is the mustang gang plus lauren in her silver mustang he's been looking for his hood pins for like an hour now and we're rolling so where do you want this uh i don't know where it would even usually go really wherever you want it my first time got a double-sided tape and we could stick it on the glove box and have it up in there so you'd never even see it there's a way to hide the wiring yeah that'd be awesome yeah we can or we can just screw it into the floor right next to the box that's easier where would the wires run to though you'd see them they'd be all in this wiring right here oh i think it'd be cooler to put it in all right and then i'll drill a hole there and we can hide the wires cool [Music] let me see the end of it oh wait that looks like the claw from toy story this thing's a life saver what does it do it pinches things from hard places so we're putting the shift light right here just notice that the mount is kind of curved like made for it it's an msd brand that should work that'd be perfect 7200 are those dials like how you can tell yeah that's wild what's some advice about wiring that you could give me as far as like colors colors yeah as far as this is concerned red and black typically reds power and blocks ground with this shift light though the green one we're going to hook it into the signal wire coming out of the tack adapter 2000 kisses what's nice [Music] [Music] hey that's awesome to see it working so it didn't scream as much as i thought it was going to for that car to do you got to ship an assembly yeah don't leave that gear in unless you're gonna spray it do it i'd leave the 410 in it unless you're planning on putting spray to it eventually i will yeah it's not bad so one of your neighbors
