Quick & Easy Taco Boats 🌮🔥

hey y'all tonight I Just Whipped up some quick and easy taco boats to take over to my fam let me show you how to make them I started by adding a package of these soft mini tortilla bowls into a baking pan I added some oil into my Skillet added half of a diced white onion and let it cook when the onions were becoming translucent I added in a pound of lean ground beef I seasoned it with these two seasonings and then just finished Browning it and drained off any excess grease I then added in a can of red enchilada sauce a can of rinsed and drained black beans in a can of diced jalapenos I mixed that together and let it come to a simmer for a couple of minutes I took big scoops of my meat mixture and just placed them into each tortilla bowl I then topped it with shredded cheese you can use whatever cheese you want and then I baked it on my pellet grill at 350 for about 10 minutes until that cheese was melted these Taco boats are just so darn simple I served them by adding some shredded lettuce over the top and drizzling them with some jalapeno sour cream come on let's eat y'all
