yo what's going on guys conduct here and are you guys tired of seeing your tracker just flying away into Oblivion or having to do the infinity loop symbol in order to attract the tracker back to where it's supposed to be then there's this way that you can fix that all you have to do is just get another tracker you can either get the one pointer trackers the 2.0 trackers the 3.0 trackers or the tundra trackers although I would advise you guys getting the 3.0 trackers or the Thunder truckers because they're a lot smaller they're a lot lighter and specially I've seen people saying that the 2.0 trackers and the 1.0 trackers might get in the way of the camera so if you're using the default Oculus quest to your controllers they might get drifty for the mounting support I start with tape because I didn't know if it was going to get in the way of the C3 mode but the only thing that I could see was like the lower part of the tracker that kind of sticks out kind of looking as if he had a horn on your head so for the software going to be using space calibrator BD version the reason why you want the BD version is because the BD version is the continuous calibrated version then you want to click yes okay I agree and that's about it but anyways once you're in VR you want to open up space collaborator the reference space you want to choose Oculus Quest 2 the target space which is the Vive tracker that's on your head what I do recommend you guys doing in order to make this process a lot easier is turning on the tracker that's on your head therefore you already know which tracker switch and then afterwards connecting the other trackers then when I hit the continuous calibration if this is the first time that you're doing you will notice that the trackers will be going forward backwards to the left to the right and then they'll go back to where they're supposed to be in real life and also once that's done you want to hit the high Target device from application that removes the horn that's on your head this option here the enable static recalibration I don't quite know what it does but in my case it basically calibrated a lot better and also one quick thing do not click the debug for spray calibration what this does is that it literally breaks your whole calibration from the controllers to The Trackers and basically the only way they can fix that is by restarting the whole steam VR so you don't want to click this avoid this button at all costs I'll be running some tests so you guys can tell the difference between the continuous calibration and the non-continuous collaboration so I did a couple of tests so you guys can tell the difference between the continuous tracking and non-continuous tracking and as you guys can tell it's not a really really big difference here's me doing 360s with continuous tracking and here's me doing 360s without continuous tracking it's not a really really big difference I know that this happened at the end what I was doing without continuous tracking but I do believe that was just the trackers being off the base stations like the base stations weren't able to track the tracker and now I'm going to be using my controller so you guys can tell the difference if it's actually drifting a lot more in the different modes so here's me with continuous tracking and this is now me without continuous tracking as you guys might have seen the differences there but it's not a really dramatic change the reason for that is because you need to be in VR for a longer period of time moving around doing flips during 360s whatever the reason for that is because space calibrator does a neat job without the tracker in your head to try and put the tracker where it's supposed to be without drifting but one neat thing about the continuous collaboration is that you can leave your room with your trackers on you can go to the kitchen make a really quick sandwich come back to your room and it's instantly calibrated so at the end of the day it's really worth it doing this method at all and if you're that type of person that'll weighs like two to three hours a day and you don't play VR that much and you don't care that much that your tracking is a bit off then don't invest in it like all you have to do in order to recalibrations doing the infinity dance and then you should be good to go and if you don't move a lot it's basically unnecessary but if you're that type of person that plays more than two to three hours a day and you do move a lot you start doing 360 you start doing this that you start doing flips like totally invest in it it's so much better the way that it instantly comes back to where it's supposed to be even if you turn around and the tracker starts rifting it automatically corrects it's so so much better than doing the infinity Dance all over again being like hey guys I have to step out because I have to go to that corner over there just so I can fix my full body tracking so see you guys later you go there into the corner you start doing the infinity dance oh it doesn't work you gotta do it again do it do it again do it again and yeah you get the point but anyways I'm going to sum up this video here so thank you guys so so much for watching this video if you guys do like my VR content make sure to hit the Subscribe button down below and make sure to like and yeah guys peace out
