PUSH OVER THE VOID! - CREEPER WORLD 4 (Superchill)

bam welcome everybody to creeper world 4. uh this is a special uh unedited edition uh it is getting close to christmas and we just need some extra content going out so let's see what is what is good that one looks nice there's a big big gap should we try this december 20th 2020 all the 20s when's that ever bad uh not in darts right okay there's like a big stick there's guys everywhere how could this ever go wrong uh you hmm i guess having it down is good but [Music] uh uh something like that okay right uh so the way we generally begin all of these is just all the pylons uh they're not pylons they're towers um as always i think of uh you know starcraft uh the i require additional pylons but actually i require additional towers is the answer now this is something that can often go wrong but you know who who cares uh it is gonna be uh so i've not fired it up and see there could be something super wacky going on who are these emitters bad spore launchers sponsors are fine we can generally cover our guys we do have a blob nest and skimmers damn skimmers i hate the skin uh nothing to worry about we'll be able to come up here we'll have towels and stuff great that's a lot of things to build so something you guys don't normally see is um i'll do a little backup save at this sort of stage because we could just die we could just get killed here so let us start building and then throw down a couple of towers i reckon they shouldn't be able to reach me there's no uh creep coming across so let's see how this goes uh okay a lot of ooze running a big deficit but as more towers build that slowly goes down we slowly generate a bit more and yeah okay great look mass mass amounts of generation let us begin with let's just get some missiles actually wait the missile's the most important thing sure uh let's get just a couple of those we're still good and then snipers i think this coast is where we are most likely to get the s snipe problems although actually skills skimmers can come just all over the place so there's no point holding back just keep just keep building that's what i always say okay are we good uh we should probably get a factory down hit factory hold on to my goods and then we are using a lot of stuff but when things actually get built it all come together i think right we've got a big old chunk of land to get into but i kind of feel like it's going to be fine is there no um no no here that's where i'm gonna get gonna get the blues okay right we are armed up we are not using any so i think let's just get a few more defensive missiles snipers feel alright maybe a few more [Music] uh yeah as long as our coast is covered then there's no way that this can ever go wrong right right um oh wait how are we actually gonna bust into there because we don't have [Music] wait do we have green do we have enough to build a single platform no okay actually now i'm thinking about it are we gonna have to like mortar i guess we can use planes but we have to find a way to break in and get a foothold i think probably around this greener stuff okay right the first bombardment is coming down the little planes are here they have been shot they're like sneaky sneaky slug boys are coming in but they are blasted the artillery oh ooh okay this is where i think i want a little bit more artillery oh no oh no uh [Music] uh nuts get out of that fly you fools oh god how did that get in there ah that is that is really annoying okay maybe we shouldn't have built so many okay snipers you're doing good garden little towers are getting blasted fly okay right we thought we thought we were okay but the hubris of tom uh knows no bounds okay just fly in there we need to reinforce because now this is actually like a real weak spot for the sluggalons getting in they're not called sluggy lawns they're cooled i can't remember what they're called um i hate them we could make like a terrain-based fortress up here ah what what the heck wow okay that is really annoying it like bombarding by there okay we maybe if we just get some mortars up here oh my snipers i see these these guns should be okay if you sit there do you have rockets we do i don't know if you're gonna have enough to shoot down all of these boys uh we are nuts oh god the the just the last seconds they managed to blast them down okay i can't imagine this could possibly go wrong again uh but give them mortars this is like our weak point we've got we've got bucks to spare send that stuff out uh we're gonna get some miners up next is blowing up i heard that who exploded these guys again okay you've got fairly good coverage okay what's the once the mortars are up and running there's no way we can get attacked there i say and then we lose all of our boys again uh cool okay right mining is good uh let's get this e-portal so i can actually increase our resource income and then we can take the fight to the enemies [Music] come up did we lose another sniper up here how does the sniper always get killed so quickly hmm we could just build a wall okay artillery coming down please don't until i get my boys uh right we're kind of just being a little bit cautious just because we got blasted a whole load but i think we must be stable now uh so now it's time for us to take the fight to them uh runways yeah yeah let's bring bring the planes um let's just get some regular bombs going on because i think this is how we make our beach head and then yeah give me some of that anti-creep uh okay e-portal hit me with that energy collection and mine production what else fire range i feel like fire range is probably better for us at this stage we have to collect the others maybe we could have like a little upgraded gun down here but i'm not so worried about you okay maybe we shouldn't have built so many planes in quick succession because if a big blob comes along that's how we die right range is there a world where the mortar can attack no i think we do have to do it with the planes it's gonna be hard work down here i feel like that's a good foothold we'll see we'll see how they go okay right not a terrible start uh okay we're gonna fire take the hyper aggression little fleet uh they will we'll try and land and just secure the foothold and then we just slowly move up uh the mega wave is gonna be bad for this area when that arrives but that's future me's problem uh maybe the mega wave will never come or we just send more towers over okay planes come off of it uh yeah this all seems fine okay maybe um every every time we play this people tell me about how good pylons are and i refuse to listen but you know what today today is your day uh it's because generally my base is very unorganized and uh i just rely on building the m rifts the little micro rift uh to move around okay great fly fools okay the wave is coming uh oh did we lose a tower i did that's fine well we're going in cool okay well i don't think they are gonna be able to push us back too hard so more what else more guns and now okay this is great because now if we actually get a refinery down because we do need a refinery for the green stuff uh i thought we needed it for the red stuff as well but you don't uh like i i kind of knew you didn't because it does just flow through your real towers through your network but uh you know just by the games just a big old dungus hmm okay which side are we going i guess just bomb around there if you are denying stuff from the stash oh god that's bad no no no uh i do need you back here actually god this amount of towers i reckon can carve up that is a big old wave we're just gonna have to push up um and maybe even bring mortars in uh man what i'm gonna do is sound effects down a bit uh i'm not sure how much it comes up because like the videos get trimmed um generally have my audio quite low but god man the music in this game is amazing like it's super epic uh especially this song it really reminds me of because it just sounds like every epic like you know sci-fi tv show uh like i could really imagine it being in like the expanse or something you know when the big the big bit of space weirdness is going on have you ever seen the expense uh like did not watch it for a long time and then finally it was like last year got into it and god just really got into it it took me a couple of episodes i won't lie like i found it quite hard to get into like new new sci-fi stuff uh i just don't care about hearing about you know the cronullons were at war with the bugaloons and the cyber republic was currently under siege by you know the peoples and just god yeah like learning all of that law and their the grongolian mega cruisers just uh uh just all of all of that stuff just just don't care uh i think it's the same with fantasy as well i'm not being biased towards uh sci-fi um but yeah when i finally did get into it man really got into it thought it was great uh check out the expense if you're looking for you know some some fun sci-fi and man i heard i had a good story about the expense which i thought was very entertaining where the uh the experience so if you're not familiar with it it's mid-space it's space stuff uh it's set in space there's kind of like three factions there's the people that live on mars uh this isn't spoilers at all this is world building this is all established within i don't know five five minutes of uh the tv show beginning but the there's people that live on earth you know earth is quite like bureaucratic um there's people that live on mars mars like you know ah move to mars build mars and everyone there is quite like driven you know make make mars big mars great uh kind of thing and then there's the belters who are people that live in like the outer outer parts of the galaxy where you know gravity is a commodity uh you know they only breathe recycled air and drink pee water and you know they're um you know looked down upon as just like workers by other people uh and so that's it that's the setup but i'd heard am i destroying this green stuff by building on it ah whatever whatever visible there's always more uh yeah so i've heard that the oh god we really getting a lot of attacks over here uh that the person that wrote it originally they broke the thing for a um like a chinese mmo i think it was a chinese mmo maybe it wasn't a chinese mmo but it was for an mmo uh like a space you know like an eve like uh world of warcraft thing years and years ago and uh yeah so like had designed the setting before that and so that's why how they like come up with the ethos of these like factions the uh you know some of the some of the tech some of the things that were going on but the mmo went bust and so uh they couldn't make it sad times uh feel feel for them um not that i would have played it like i don't really generally play a lot of mmos anymore but yeah so they had designed this thing and it ended up not going anywhere and they then used it to play a role-playing game they played using uh the d20 modern system which is a bit like dungeon dragon's 3.5 if you haven't played that it's a bit crunchy uh and um yes they just played the setting the guy was like like i made the setting let's let's play it there's a role-playing game and uh so they did that and uh they had a lot of fun and like in from that game that they played he ended up writing the expanse like books which then has been turned into the tv show and a lot of the characters were based off of the role-playing party members uh all of it with like their permission and stuff like that they're all happy to let them let them go for it and come on do you fit so it's why in the tv show the uh the tech level is really low like even in space they're still firing um firing machine guns uh they're firing uh you know it's missiles and stuff like that it's because the d20 system uh d20 modern didn't have uh the rules for lasers or a lot of stuff like that as they just used the rules that were in the game at the time and why um all of the ships move you know it's all about inertia and things like that uh because that's how the rules were kind of like made for a realistic thing not for space and yeah so they uh they made made this thing uh turned into books turned it into the tv show that it is today based off of this role-playing game and now they're making a role-playing game based on the expanse oh i don't know it just like it goes full loop the full loop um we should be building more uh we've got a bit of land what are we trying to do here oh greener i guess we could get a rocket rockets never hurt i feel like we use rockets a lot but what else are we gonna do build platforms probably not we could build platforms uh when i say platforms i mean these guys just build like a web up the front like this so although they might get attacked every now and again i'm not too worried [Music] okay great we just we'll just leave these building in the background uh that's just like a beachfront for us to attack on we can just fill it with mortars they can just bomb and they'll just kind of take out the creep a little bit um i just move my planes up where are you attacking my planes uh yeah so um the experience uh very cool i love the circle of life you know it started out as like a like an mmo then became oh rockets no sir sneaky uh became a roleplaying game uh then a book then the tv show then it's back to a roleplaying game amazing amazing the circle of life so yeah maybe check him out auto you know whichever he was fine uh but i i enjoyed it and i'm quite picky when it comes to uh sci-fi so uh maybe that's a good recommendation maybe it's not you know everyone likes their own kind of sci-fi okay nice planes doing good oh we should start turning out anti-creep here shouldn't we we're generating tons of stuff let's get you guys all on blue eye okay we're still generating quite a good amount and that's what the plane's going ham uh yeah spread it don't mind this this far back we're just gonna like flood this whole area i guess maybe be smart to build a wall i do have uh terraforming going on here uh i don't want a big thing just just chunk through here like that it's probably a bit of a waste but uh what else are the terraformers doing okay great you guys fantastic just born away the [Music] mortars will actually use up more of my materials but yeah that's fine just keep going for it um do wait for this get built up a little more okay we definitely wasted some some green but i'm okay with that uh we can get more land we're probably gonna lose a couple of these guys but it's not the end of the world actually wait if the whole expansion goes down that will make me sad build more just build more uh we've got a bit of a stall it'll be fine so i think to play this properly you should actually be like you know really conservative with your towers and stuff if i can build more i'll build more you know if i'm if i'm producing stuff i'll make it no you know in that sort of all those games is like planetary annihilation um when they have that system of you are producing ex resources and so you just want to make sure that you're using resources every turn uh okay you always are okay great so it should flow that way these this walls should come up uh we are gonna need there we go right that little network that stupid network there that should help us okay rocket's building these guys yeah these guys are doing great it might be worth us making those m rifts like build one there and just throw one down up here just for like super speed okay right we are pumping out let's get more sprayers you guys sit there instead okay cool great we've got like the little foothold here as well so let us we're gonna have to clog this up with weapons a bit more because this is where we're gonna get attacked a lot a couple of snipers and okay maybe one less sniper maybe two less snipers who knows uh that doesn't matter we can just fly snipers over if we needed to okay see how about see how that pan sell okay right the wall is coming up uh all of you guys always on okay that's what we're talking about that will help just with the gradual assault on uh creeper town let's just get more of this stuff uh i'm gonna go bold here and see where we can fit towers we'll probably won't be able to get all of them off but hey some of them live that's just good times for all apart from the creeper uh bad times for them ooh why did you take damage i don't know that's all okay these towers ain't doing anything right now right just charge maybe one of them can hang out like that okay cool right and keeps going we are just about breaking even so i think like two more and we can actually drain our supplies ah what the hell five more uh maybe we can even make the mega tsunami come on out here did that end rift ah the mf did build okay right that's nice so what the amrift is doing stuff is going straight into into that little gate i'm not sure if you can see him very well this little boy and then just pooping out pooping out down here instead of having to travel through my very immaculate pylon system which is not immaculate it's terrible but it's fine uh the wall is going up we didn't need to build that wall i guess like we save a little bit of a little bit of stuff but not really uh always on okay we dropping now if we massively drop we can actually just make more if we want to uh okay let's bring just keep the aggression up this seems fine uh oh someone exploded oh nuts i'm there oh oh i see um skinners completely forgot yeah uh okay we'll bring um snipers up don't think i need to worry too much about anti-air but while we're here you know when in rome get some anti-air and do the blasting wait not really going down that much i thought we'd be like really getting through our oh i know how we can get through it planes planes let's just attack over there we'll have some more towers here and we'll okay now it's going down now all those planes are out uh okay right it is really really dropped okay always on always up okay right because we are expanding let's get more blue light generation is there anymore to take oh really that's fine uh and we'll build one over here here maybe [Music] and see if you can be the one collecting it all this way so we're building like a hole for it to go into uh we'll see okay right you build there all of you guys just keep pooping and hey i see you blue white please and blue eye great okay let's let's hasten this paste in this pasteum because we're not advancing we're not actually doing anything we're just letting the uh the good times continue we need to move some of our boys up like that okay we can actually take out that stash uh meaning that we don't need to worry about the waves so it's not actually like a building it just kind of fills up with goop okay i like i love what you guys are doing uh mortars just come on up here the more trouble you can cause the better and just get some aggressive towers in there oh someone's dying but acceptable losses um i don't know we shouldn't be taking losses we're better than that we're gonna need to oh okay using mortars aggressively doesn't really work in the same way as uh using towers aggressively because mortars can't really defend themselves up close but everyone fights well actually we are losing oh they're just like towers ah that's fine okay right can you do a bit of this yeah you can god they're like trying to do the same back to me but my my my tower's going to be bigger um oh we need to get a um uh terraformer turf down come on do that oh nice okay foothold established see if those towers hold maybe they will maybe they won't does not does not even matter oh maybe we shouldn't move them all at the same time that's how that's how everyone dies uh is there any other earth where are all the urns one there one there i just dum-dum did i miss them one two i only see two oh three otherwise if we put the um earn on you do you collect faster do you like slurp it up oh that stash is getting getting feisty okay let's just um let's just turn that off for now and just see how how that kind of pans out the big like oohs go for an ooze uh i hope it doesn't shoot over my wall okay right they definitely have more more creeper than i do we just need to take out a little bit of their production like in there here this is how we'll do it uh just more more towers anywhere towers and then we'll just fly them all in i know i was calling turrets towers god because i think of these as like a tower you know it's tower defense and these guys are doing like defending right uh and not the other way around okay you are going there how close do you have to be there's no way we keep this alive not without my flying circus flying fools oh god okay that is very aggressive we're gonna lose some there's no way they can all live or maybe they can wow bold uh okay great okay just hold long enough for me to get nullification going all hail nullification day [ __ ] some of them are out of tower range oh that is really bad that's how they die uh okay snipers did a good job let's get more snipers and can we nullify let's build a couple and send up more aggressive towers okay perfect like taking that stuff out that's gonna really help oh they do have like the wave thing going on huh okay right i think this is like my new the new strat i like god we should have noticed that way earlier like find where the waves are and then try and take it ourselves i think it's so powerful like if you can get control of like the production seize the means of production that's what i'm all about in creeper world so that does kill off a lot of our uh people doing work over here but you know give them give them some mortars like we're not really like pushing into that so i guess we could get a beacon for for good measure okay so right they're bombing we're dropping anti-creep which is great oh god we've got so much so we've launched a lot of a lot of orbitals we could just do this guy just take a whole load of their stuff uh now's actually probably a bad time to do it because i'm not going to attack ah it'll be fun though oh we didn't actually quite get the wave okay but we do have it by here see if we can defend this oh objective obtained oh we got the tower on the hill i i don't really someone can let me know uh i don't really understand how you actually capture those towers what is the mechanic because is it just they have to be free of creeper or they've got to be powered or something like i really i really don't know okay right there's still some snipers they can blast those eggs no way that can cause us any problems spoilers it caused a lot of problems and let's just get more more guns okay right snipers is it causing us problems is it causing us problems wow that is a lot of a lot of creeper okay oh god there's so much we might even have to pull planes back to deal with this will we no it's probably fine oh god i was a little bit worried for a second okay you guys uh doing just gravy come on up mortars get in there do more shooting and okay right we've got like a little a little way in and you guys oh we're gonna need snipers and i think we can just bring the guns around and then just nullify is that what you're thinking that's what i'm thinking okay we're fine uh because we're producing a load of the good stuff not even worried right where's our sprayer that we were using aggressively i kind of think you fly up here right you nullify [Music] okay perfect [Music] uh planes i guess just keep on keep on trucking just more aggressively and we are basically good okay right ant creep collection hopefully that will pull all the stuff from the waves it will kind of bring our front line back but we do have guns up now so we should be should be chill and i guess we could build another wall how long does it take them to build this wall a long time uh yeah we'll just let let you collect a bit we can put some more down is there a cap to how much they can collect sure i don't know because there isn't even that much down there uh thanks you boys you boys could fly over here sure and uh while we're at it uh let's build another m rift just to like speed up just that side of the map okay because now we're not doing creeper generation over here that doesn't cause any problems uh just for good measure have have some towers just wherever wherever you can fit them i don't think that it'd be able to push in but maybe it could uh see if we can get a nullifier oh maybe okay right you boys you're all on anti-creep collection [Music] okay right turn it off for now uh because i want some backup for my nullifier okay that's great that like mega wave holy moly wow that is that is a lot that is a lot okay oh yeah god it's so good like just making our own wave really cool god they're like the physics in this game for like how well it runs i would have thought this game would lag out way more but like calculating a lot of stuff at the same time genius they did a great job uh if you've not tried this game out and you have enjoyed watching it i do highly recommend uh maybe i'm just because i'm really into it at the moment but it's it's cool man it's real cool okay you guys want to like collect again [Music] whoa [Music] yeah just do the suck and [Music] yeah let it go we do need to assault up there might just bring towers from the back uh you guys go ham uh you're gonna be cut off for a little bit but i believe in you i'll take waters as well and then i'll try and get infrastructure up but i can't promise anything just yet fly you fools fly you can do it strong very good well done ammo for all of you good job just great work just real real nice the mortiser who are gonna win that little war now so i guess towers just fly on in just pure aggression i think we've got all we need to wrap this up there's giant waves of uh you know the white stuff uh everywhere although some of our boys may die oh we actually need to get another god beacons that's how this bit of the game works i remember i remember what i'm doing right where are the planes based here cool just go to that back corner and um just do your best okay pylon's coming up that'll take you down oh nice look this whole patch of it there that we should have aimed that way earlier i just did not even pay attention bad at games i'd be curious to see like you know how people what like good play is i've never really watched other people play this that much um and to be able to know what is what is the good stretch uh nullifier no nullifier is going nullifies going there oh okay great we took out the dark tower that was what was causing us problems cool but yeah i'd be interested to see how uh you're supposed to play it because i feel like this is not how you're supposed to play it like it's so messy [Music] with all the like you know so inefficient like i just got these pockets of towers that i just never use like sometimes i remember to send them in but most of the time i don't uh okay well we are gonna keep going until we get this boy towers can you get them we got um uh all things activated let's jump out of there how very good oh my god someone did it in eight minutes i guess he was trying to get that one tower but geez eight minutes [Music] what the heck wow okay okay nice job uh well guys i hope you enjoyed that uh you know if you don't mind they're seeing an um but i guess there's a bit of see how the orange is made that's not the same but that's the way we're saying it until next time see ya
