has very stressful week this last week it's been very bad I got some of the story about what's been happening John are you hearing someone speak to you what's happening at the minute who's speaking to beliefs about his involvement with a project he's described some risky behavior well I think we'll need to happen I think John must come into hospital for a period of assessment so we can find out what's going on and what's causing these symptoms so if we just coming into a daytime Seraphin right let's go home it's like I'm going home let's finish talking he's told me I've gotta go home he what's causing these unusual beliefs so what we want to do now I'm going to try to organise what's called a mental health assessment I would ask to my senior psychiatry colleagues to come and have a chat with John as well as an approved social worker and decide whether John needs to come into hospital as a detailed patient under Section but that's what the Mental Health Act full assessment will and think I speak to him that's what they are work home yet come in every day okay so I'll go in a wrench that I do I'll come back and have a chance to see if you've got any more questions project
