100 to 1 prosecutors claimed that Shayna Huber's send 100 text messages to Ryan Poston for everyone he sent her texts in social media took center stage at the murder retrial not on your side's Tom McKee is live to explain more on this testimony well it certainly is true that texts and Facebook posts last forever consider what's going on here in Campbell County prosecutors are using just a small number of the tens of thousands of social media messages from Shayna Huber and they're using it to try to prove that she murdered Ryan Poston in the 18 months Shayna Huber's and Ryan Poston were together there was an incredible number of social media messages between them Highland Heights Police Chief Bill Burke an hour gave jurors a staggering number on Monday pretty much she can't count him out that would say between fifty and a hundred thousand messages so how many came from Shayna Huber's and how many did Ryan post an answer the chief says it depended on the situation he was trying to break up or move on she would send him a hundred messages to his one response any times she would just turn his phone off when it came to Facebook chief Burke an hour testified that Huber's got into postings page blocked people and sent messages like this haha after you wrote on my pic Ryan unlike tit BC because he realized that I liked it from his computer while logged on as him hahaha then there were times that Huber's used a friend's phone to send text messages often using strong language you're just a horrible attorney you lost a client and didn't contest Wow not easy just stupid goodbye ten days before the shooting there was another text this one from Huber's to a friend about being in a shooting range with Poston a part of me wanted to turn around and shoot him I wonder why he's taking me on dates and stuff lol I'm going I'm not going to turn down learning to shoot a gun hahaha prosecutors claim Poston was done with Huber's he wanted to move on but she schemed to dress pretty show up don't leave and call until he finally answers she's face why she thought the defendant or the victim mr.
