Prosecco soaked grapes rolled in sugar are ask good as it gets

[Music] hi welcome to simple or not kitchen my name is melissa and here in simple or not kitchen we take some of those online cooking videos and we put them to the test and let you know if they're simple to follow or not and today we are making these delicious little sugared sparkling grapes these little guys are just as pretty to look at as they are good to eat and best of all they're soaked in a little bit of prosecco [Music] making these tasty little treats only requires three ingredients we'll need grapes sugar and some prosecco if you don't have prosecco any kind of sparkling white wine will do and i promise you this is one of the easiest recipes we've ever done we're going to start by simply washing our grapes and removing them from the stems and then we're going to take our sparkling wine and we are going to pour it over the grapes we want it to cover the grapes completely it's that simple probably the toughest part of this whole process is opening the bottle of sparkling wine [Music] and then we're going to cover our grapes and let them sit in the refrigerator for about eight hours and after eight hours we are going to remove them from the refrigerator and we're going to strain them letting all that prosecco run down the drain [Music] and before the next step we're just going to dry off our grapes just a little bit with a paper towel they don't have to be completely dry but we don't want them soaking wet either and then comes the fun part working in small batches we're going to go ahead and roll our grapes in some sugar we're using just plain white granulated sugar but you could add a little bit of food coloring to the sugar to make your grapes even more colorful and that's all there is to it these grapes are so pretty and they are so delicious they're a great addition to a cheese board you could just snack on them as they are you could add them to some baked goods or of course you can add them to a cocktail or a glass of sparkling white wine [Music] thank you so much for watching simple or not kitchen for more recipes articles and video go online to pinellcentral.com
