hey guys shawn rickshaw here with another video now this video is going to be a little bit more interesting than the others that i've done now this is going to be pretty much putting two you know uh powerful softwares against each other i'm going to pretty much compare and i feel like both are both are two powerful softwares but the thing is i feel like one has a major incredible right advantage over the other and a lot of people are not talking about it all right now shout out to prop stream now i've used prop stream for over two years i said used because i actually switched from prop stream to rei pro all right so here's the thing prop stream is a great list generation website um rei pro is a great list generation website now when we're talking about crm i'm gonna show you why one has more advantage than the other all right so rei pro versus prop stream um i'm not here to bash any of these softwares now i can tell you this a lot of people talk about prop stream way more than they talk about um rei pro and here's the reason a lot of gurus and a lot of people who are not yet gurus but they're just giving away information a lot of those people are affiliated with prop stream so you hear more about prop stream you know in the business of real estate investing more than you hear about rei pro and it is what it is um rei pro does not do affiliation so you know i'm not affiliated with any of these uh you know companies however i can just give my honest opinion on what i think on both all right so i'm gonna be giving away the pros and the cons all right and um i'm gonna keep it real all right so let's get right into it now here is prop stream this is their uh their website their entry page i would i would say and of course here you'll see you know a few tabs pricing and resources blog contact login seven day free trial all right let's go on pricing prop stream after your seven day free trial is up they're gonna charge uh your debit card all right and it's gonna be a monthly subscription of 99 a month now uh they pretty much have everything you know uh outlined as far as what you'll spend now if you want to now if you want to get the list automator um it pretty much updates the list whatever list you have it'll give you a an update i'm thinking i'm guessing it's a you know every month they'll update the list but they do update the list whether it's daily or monthly whatever it is do your own research and and figure that part out it will be an extra twenty seven dollars on top of ninety nine dollars a hundred dollars pretty much started dollars 130. so um if you want to add on an extra a team member or anything it's twenty dollars an additional twenty dollars a month and of course it gives you more information concerning that you could click more i'm not going to get into too much of that information now like i said it's a seven day free trial and now so let's go over to our rei pro okay so this is what rei pro home page looks like of course there's some information here pricing you could go there and check out the pricing the workflow system reviews and lead generation they'll you'll pretty much get a little bit more information there all right now if you scroll down of course there's some information you could gather and like like i said do your research and figure out you know which is better for you but i'm gonna tell you exactly why i made the switch from propstream to rei pro all right so um free trial remember prop stream is a seven day free trial and with uh rei pro you could click here and you'll see that it's it's a they have a 14 day free trial all right so that's big uh that's already a win you know um in this direction because i feel like if if you're a newbie coming into this business you need more than seven days you know to figure out you know uh a system out because you know everything just seems like it's going fast for you and you're trying to get a deal so you're moving fast and everything is fast paced so you need more time you know to do more research and you know figure out how to utilize a system or a software at this you know best ability or whatnot all right so you know down here they'll tell you they're telling you what you'll pay monthly quarterly or yearly um here the stat the plan is 97 a month just three dollars or two dollars two dollars i should say just two dollars less than prop stream but you know i feel like both of them are really 100 a month all right um up to five users they pretty much have the same plans um but here's what i like about rei pro um let's just say you're here you could see everything that your plan offers look at all of this they can i'm not gonna go through all of them but vacant property leads absentee owner and i'm telling you they're already telling you hey this is what we're gonna offer okay and um boom here as you can see let's go down so you're getting a lot of these similar features or accessibility but then down here um it's a little bit it gets a little bit more better over here they get you get they get more add-ons all right uh the features it's it's it's definitely better if you want to get 197 dollars if you want to pay 197 dollars per month that but that's for teams that's when you already grow all right now as if you're newbie coming into this business or not if you're not a newbie you feel like you know what i've been around for a while i've been using prop stream for a while you know i want to you know look into something different now because i feel like there's something else out there there's a software out there that's that may could offer me a little bit more uh rei pro is it i'm gonna keep it 100. all right rei pro offers so much more and i'm gonna be showing you exactly why and you can see here man it's already you know um showing you exactly what they're offering you could start your free trial both softwares you got to sign up with a debit card you got to put your debit card information in or billing information i should say you got to put it in and then they're going to charge you at the end of the trial all right there's something that i wanted to say i didn't i didn't say it kind of slipped my mind but um yeah this is what it is now it's prop stream right i'm gonna tell you now uh prop stream uh is giving you 10 000 monthly exports versus uh rei pro they're only giving you 2500 monthly exports if you're gonna take uh the the the basic package we could which is a single user plan the standard plan so you know i feel like that's a win for prop stream if you're gonna utilize um all those exports now i'm gonna say this if you're using up those 10 000 monthly downloads um on prop stream look you better be closing two three deals a month all right so um if you're using that much you know data you got to be closing two three deals a month consistently now um if you're not uh hey consistently now uh let's get uh let me see if i could gather more information in prop stream and here we are now earlier this year prop stream uh rolled out their app they dropped their app and i could tell you this this app is powerful it's super powerful so if you're on the go and you're looking up properties this app is a game changer um this is a big plus for prop stream and i feel like they did a really good job with this app all right so um if if you're if you're if you're gonna get prop stream if you're into prop streaming you don't know about the app look go ahead and download this app it's pretty powerful they also have a driving for dollar feature on it which i think is game changing because you know right then and there if you're driving down the street man you're just randomly driving somewhere say let's just say you're going to the supermarket or you know um somewhere the mall or whatnot and you're going through a neighborhood and see your property you could just jump on the app right away and access the information for that property and the the driving for dollar app if you feel like driving you know through the neighborhood of course you could pretty much turn on that feature and you know drive for dollars and it will actually track you know uh wherever you drive so if you're familiar with deal machine or you know any of those other apps uh it actually you know draws a line right as you're driving it draws a line and covers the the places are the streets or avenues or roadways that you've already driven so it's a pretty good feature and i feel like it worked well for me uh when i was using it so uh that's a big plus with prop stream now i'm gonna jump over uh to rei pro this is the last time i'm gonna come on our on prop stream uh so this is what prop stream offers man it offers you know many you know some good features you know like i said however you know it it just wasn't working for me when you go inside uh the software then it looks you know a little bit basic but you know let's go over to uh rei pro now we are back on rei pro i'm just going to go ahead and log in so i start for free 14-day free trial and so forth and like i said 2500 you know monthly downloads and um look it's i'm gonna i'm gonna show you some stuff with rei pro it's gonna blow your mind all right and i'm gonna still explain some stuff about prop stream and i'm gonna show you why i actually transitioned over uh for uh to rei pro from prop stream all right so i'm gonna close our prop stream up here and i'm gonna log in now this is this is more like an office you have an office at your fingertips all right and it allows you to pretty much you know get yourself a little bit more uniformed uh than just being all over the place of course the the calendar they have a calendar you know um built in for you you could you know set up your schedules and stuff and appointments whatever it is that you need to do what day or month you could set it up and you could create the new reminders and all that good stuff here also has you know a list of the follow-up properties and recently added properties the education century center is down here you could access all of that now let's go into the search area which is lead pro this is where you're going to be searching uh leads and like i said this is the search era so you got the vacant properties absentee owner pre-foreclosure bank owned trusts and uh high equity low equity upside down free and clear cash buyers and craigslist now in prop stream they have probably about six or seven filters uh versus you know uh rei pro there's two four six eight ten eleven now the free and clear is not on prop streams you know uh search area however it's in the filter so i wouldn't count the uh the the free and clear um here so they have the filters here now here's the thing in prop stream if you understand how prop stream work if you're familiar with prop stream uh the filters are across the top and down here in the center there's the map all right over here is where your properties are gonna be so here it's just the filters and you know in prop stream in the search area you could just you know add the you know the property information in here and you could pull up the property versus in rei pro you got to go to quick look up all right here you only could add a city county or zip code that's it no property address i had an issue with that and i kind of reached out to them and let them know about that um so if you're looking up a single properly you just gotta click you know uh quick look up and you could pretty much put the property address in there one two three main street and it will pull up the information you can also pull up the property information by using the apn number or the owner's name now i'm gonna explain a few of these tabs i'm gonna run through these tabs really quick all right so properties is where you you have your saved properties quick lookup is when you're looking up a property information marketing of course if you're putting together a direct mail campaign uh this is where it is you know if you want to send out letters or so forth yes you go in marketing and you can utilize you know uh whatever they have in there for you to send out those mailers all right buyers this is where you're gonna store your cash buyers list and so forth contacts you store your contacts in here deal pro i'm not gonna get too much in that now my office is where you could access a whole lot of information education you can learn a whole lot they have a lot of videos let me go in my office really quick so if you want to start a business uh there's a legal library action attorney contracts it's here you could look up contracts letters how to do letters postcards marketing forms all that stuff they have the accessibility for you to get all this mileage tracker y'all this is the mileage tracker if you're if you have a business if you have an llc you could put together your mods in here the date the notes and everything and save the mileage in here so if you're filing tax you could use this um information all right education this is where they have a lot of videos um giving you uh tips on how to sell out you know direct mail and stuff skip tracing and all that stuff there's all also the uh the webinar trainings that they have so they have a whole lot of videos to cater to your needs as a real estate investor i'm telling you it's powerful they have so much information that they're giving away look at this leave lease option investing they're teaching you how to do a lease option all right also seller finance they're teaching you how to do a seller finance deal they're also teaching you investing strategies and so forth so they have all this information just ready to go are ready to just add value to you okay so now that i've briefly went over all this i'm just gonna go in libro this is where you actually you know search so i'm gonna go back in there and we're gonna pull up now let's just pull up a city jacksonville there it is uh florida and this is the the other section of libro so as you can see uh there's 6064 vacant leads uh that we pull we pull the vacant list all right now if you wanna zoom out now this is another thing now before we zoom out let me say this using the map um you could just use the mouse and zoom out with prop stream with this i'm going to try to zoom out look what happens it's telling me i got to use the ctrl key alright the control key all right and i gotta zoom out using that all right now so if you're on a mac uh you got to use the command key and zoom out all right so yeah you got to use this with prop stream you don't need to use uh the control key you could just zoom out you know as is now let's go into filters now in prop stream when you're filtering in that area it has a whole long list of filters here hopefully i could put up an image so you could see what it is and let's go back to our rei pro now with rei pro this is all we have that sucks yo so we we only have from here uh to here all right one two three four now i'm going to show you how to utilize these filters now when you um pull up your vacant properties here's the list down here all right so as you can see it's six thousand six to four leads and um these are pretty much a lot of the leads it goes each page is is going by a hundred you could pretty much change it per page you could go 500 or a thousand all right but you know i go with uh uh you know 100 now here's what i love about rei pro and the filters i'm not going to filter down as yet now look at this see this right here this little icon this red icon right here if you click on it guess what it says it's telling you that there's an heloc pull out on this property a home equity line of credit of 300 000 it gives it to you right away click on this one 247 000 uh go down here we could click on this one a 78 000 uh heloc home equity line of credit is being reported on this property so i really like that that's game changing i feel like they're giving you valuable information before you even start looking into you know that profit that specific property and we're gonna do the filtering right now and i'm gonna you know compare uh the filter with uh prop stream filters now prop stream got a whole list of filters now here like i said uh like like i said before uh it's not so many options here but i'm going to show you how to utilize it now since we're going after these vacant leads right um we're not going to be messing with price or whatever but in prop stream there's an area called uh equity equity amount or equity percentage i should say and you're gonna click how much equity uh you're looking for in the property just so in popstream you usually put 60 or more right so we're pretty much finished with that area the common filters here all right so let's go in property type residential you want to uncheck all these so we're going to go down to our single family and we're going to choose that commercial we don't need that um property attributes um we're not gonna put the beds and you know bathrooms and stuff but um here's another thing that i like about prop stream filters and i'm telling you they have the bomb filters over there all right everything is pretty much down to the t they pretty much give you a filter for everything so uh you can pretty much you know create that that special unique list that you're looking for now in the owner's information within the filters area in prop stream you could just put 10 years or more if you want you know the years of ownership length of ownership to be 10 years or more now in rei pro if you're looking for ownership of 10 years or more uh you're gonna have to select custom date range all right or you could say okay within the last three or two years you know of ownership or whatnot all right so custom date range i usually put for 10 years or more i'll do i'll take this out and i'll do uh [Music] 2010 and i'll leave it right there all right so maximum minimum and maximum you know uh so it's ten years or more of ownership as far as owners i'll do individual owners so i'll uncheck uh company uh okay it's a vacant list so we don't want it to be occupied so no no none owner occupied in state none owner occupied out of state and that's that's it that's all it is result setting that's for the records over here or whatnot and marketing that's if you're going to pretty much uh download the list if you want to export the list you just you have to create you know marketing right here and and you know you know create you know test one and then you're gonna save it and then you're gonna pretty much go in marketing and pull the list and download it uh to your you know uh desktop with prop stream there's so much more filtering options uh it gives you a greater accessibility to pull those unique um properties that you're looking for however you know i'm telling you this works well for me all right i don't need a ton load of filters all i need is the access to get the right information all right so and this really give you uh enough information so let's uh click apply so now we're at 342 leads all right so these are the leads man and as you can see we still have some home equity line of credit in there yes so over here sometimes it will show you a little red uh warning that says invalid date format because you only put one date but you could use it anyway so in any situation if you see it you could just put in 12 there it is right there you could put in 12 12 1900 and you should be good to go now so if you're looking for properties that's you know free and clear as you can see here we have these two um heloc's home equity line of credit or one two three four five and we probably have a you know a few more down here uh what you what you would want to do is you want to you want to get rid of those and just do all the free and clear properties but hundred percent each property now has to have a hundred percent equity in it which means there's no mortgage then you click apply it drops down to 269 leads and looking at all those um heloc properties they go away all right so all these properties are pretty much free and clear and um yeah now let's look at a property and i'm gonna show you something some stuff about this you know rei pro software that's gonna blow your mind all right let's go in properties now we're in the properties page now in this area what you don't want to do is you don't want to save a whole lot of properties in here you only want to save the ones that um that you're going to go after all right so um in libro you will always have access to all you know the properties that you saved here in the saved search area all right so you could always access those properties um in its majority now as far as properties in the properties here these are your unique properties now in prop stream what happens is after you pretty much uh pull the vacant list right let's just say you pull a vacant list you did the filtering you did the filters you select all your filters in in prop stream over on the right section you could save your search and then you could go in your properties and on the left section you could access that those properties that you just saved okay so what we're gonna do is i'm gonna go over these um real quick right here and i'm gonna show you um how this works so if you notice there's some stars here uh there's there's one star here and uh there's a few more stars here now what i like about um rei pro and the properties here you could add the picture of the property um in here so i didn't add the pictures on this one but let's just scroll down there's a few properties that i have here that i actually so um added uh the pictures too so you can see um the picture and you know you could you know bring a memory back really fast so um over on this section uh you could click up click the status of the property uh if it's active in contract stage um if you sent out direct mail if it's inactive and so forth so i'm gonna show you the lead the lead type when i pull one of these properties up so um absentee owner if it's an auction property cash buyers divorce whatever it is high equity investor landlord those are the lead types and also other is the stars so if you notice over here i have four stars on this property these have no stars yet now let's just say we have three stars three stars three stars all right you could pull up all your three star properties and apply changes and all the three star properties comes up all right so three star is pretty much for me it's the stage if it's at beginner stage you wanna you know do a one star okay i just started with it and it's it's depending on how hot the lead is also if the lead is if it's a hot lead you want to put a five star and then you could access all the five star by clicking this and apply changes and all the five-star leads comes up all right now you see this one right here is saying okay there's a follow-up coming up so i know i got to follow up on this you know property um in uh january 4th of january january 4th alright so um i'm gonna get out of here and um we're gonna go in let's go in one of these properties real quick so let's go back to properties and i'm gonna uncheck all the stars and results and other i'm gonna uncheck these stars and i'm gonna click apply changes and all my 39 properties will come up now i forgot to run you across some information in search let's go back in search this is lead pro and remember this search we just did the vacant list search we saved it it was 6064 leads i forgot to tell you you can click on any one of these properties right and you could access the information for the property right away all right so um here it is here's the property details which is the vacant yes it is vacant owner occupied no uh the owner information year built stories bedrooms square footage and so forth and over here of course there's the last sale date right and last sale amount and you know last transfer and you know what i'm telling you this is a game changer man i mean everything all the information that you need it's at your fingertips it's in your face um versus prop stream it's it's it's there but it's not really in your face now here it is tax information this is uh the county information duval county uh michael whoever owns it i'm not gonna say the last name um the tax billing information this is the tax success of you know information you're getting uh the banking the bank information is right here um also the history the sale history on the property is right there and you could pull up the property just like that boom you could pull up the property all right so like i said you know rei pro is a game changer you could also look around and you know just see what's going on um in the area the type of property it is the type of property they have in the area so yeah this property definitely looks vacant from this angling you could definitely access all this information right here and i feel like the accessibility with rei pro is unmatched let's go back in our properties i'm gonna click on one of these properties and show you uh you know um crm side of things and why i love rei pro so much like i said i'm not an affiliate i'm just giving you my honest you know uh truth and opinion on what i think about both uh software's let's click on this right here [Music] so when you come in here to look up any specific property if you want to get more details or you want to you know just do some stuff you know some some office you know stuff with any particular property here's where you could access a whole lot of information so over here this is some of the nearby comparables so also they're getting information you know um from the mls all right so there's a zestimate over here the rents estimate and other information on this side all right estimated value and i'm you know this is all from the mls they're getting this information here now as far as um over here you have the owner's first name you know last name owner occupied so forth and uh last sold date it's telling you right off the rip and the sold amount now lead status remember i was talking about lead status um you could you know uh just click whatever button or just select whatever you want whatever stage it's in if if it's in the contract stage you could click that and you could you know set the lead status it's in the contract stage you could also change that if you sent out if you're sending a direct mail campaign now lead type is whatever type of leader if it's an absentee owner uh lead an auction lead you know a divorce you know foreclosure lead high equity general uh landlord whatever it is man you could just select whatever you want if it's a driving for dollar lead i'll click you know other and um i'll set the lead information you could also add uh the phone information here or whatnot but here's another good thing about this you could actually add some notes so if you're on the phone um and you're speaking to the owner right here you have the accessibility to um to actually you know add some notes here and let's just write some notes in it some fake notes and you could save it and there it is now if you have a team um all together it will show you who created the note all right whomever is on your team it will show you you can also edit the note and save it or you could delete the note you could also do a new note all right so uh yeah this is definitely um one of the you know many features that i like about it now let's go to the top these tools right here boom you could run your comps right here all right i'm gonna go in there a little bit and show you how easy it is to run a comp um using rei pro um campaigns you could you know access your campaigns here email email seller you could email the seller here uh print reminders you could drop your reminders google search and uh delete you could delete this property by just clicking this tab right here all right so we're gonna come back to comms in a second uh so we're gonna close this and um now i'm gonna show you the big game changer especially if you're newbie in this business all right now seller contact info now in contact info you could put in uh the primary contact information you could put the secondary contact information now skiptrace you can actually skip trace the owner um right then and there in the system now you have to use credit so you're gonna have to put your uh credit card information in and it will and you know just upload some credits uh to the system and so you can utilize uh the you know script tracing area now here's the the the con now i'm i'm telling you a lot of pros but here's a con that you need to know when you skip trace you know an owner or or lead whatever you want to call them um they're only going to give you three numbers unfortunately um which that's why i use bat skip tracing all right so before um a few months ago they just updated their uh their uh software basket tracing that is and um now they're able to do single skips whereas you know just a few months back and before they weren't able to do single skips now they could do single skips you could use uh your money there you could use your time there and um you know skip trace but here they'll give you four free credits i already used up those credits and um now i you need two credits to actually script trace this one person so i'm not too big on the credits thing i don't really like it i just feel like hey you know if i'm skip tracing some people i just want to add my uh you know uh you know billing information in there and go ahead and pay for it right then and there i don't want to really you know load credits into a software i don't really like that so that's the thing i don't really like about it but there's the accessibility to skip trace um you know an owner right then and there i'm talking about if you want to call that person right now you're ready to go you feel like this is a hot hot on fire lead boom go ahead and do that all right so um i like that about it and also uh phone scripts game changer um now if you have the seller on the phone right away you could ask them basic information this is pretty much a a cold calling script alright so you pretty much not only that you're logging in the information as you go is the property listed with a realtor no you could select that um if yes when does it expire you could click the date you know um is the property vacant yes or no and let me tell you all this information may i ask um why are you selling you could add the information in here if you if you if you're not familiar with propstream they don't have nothing like this you could i mean they're pretty much telling you what to ask the next question after they're guiding you on getting this you know property on the contract all right so um look up this you know for yourself you know here's the notes uh over here is scheduling the opponent the appointment when can i come see the property you could put the date in the time and everything and and i mean and you could save the information and print it out so you have that information i mean let me tell you if this is this is game changing man you could you could go ahead right then and there at a marketing campaign uh to this property or lead you could print a letter they have the letters for you you could download i'm telling you it's it is it it's it's just phenomenal um i love the crm over here all right so property inspection let's just say uh you're gonna inspect the property uh they have this for you in here where you can you know pretty much log the the cost and everything for the roof the paint the windows and so forth and you could pretty much calculate that you could add notes um you could print out this information also you could update the total and it will show you how much the total repair cost is i mean yo i'm telling you it's game changing this is the exterior interior it has that the kitchen carpet vinyl tile hardwood master bedroom bedroom one master i mean this is game changing now let's go in the seller offer all right the seller offers now here's where if it's a cash offer you could you know um add the uh the after repair value expenses you know repair expense and holding expense all that good stuff and then you could pretty much calculate it it will give you the calculation over here and then you could print your offer if it's a lease option offer boom guess what do your calculations here seller finance boom do your calculations here look at that seller sales price down payment interest rate you know and so forth i mean and there you go you could calculate everything and you could print it out i mean this is this is a dope crm and that's the reason why i'm telling you when i did my 14-day free trial this is the reason why i came over i had to make the switch and come over uh to rei pro now if you're new to this business and you need a contract guess what you got a contract i forgot to tell you seller offers you want to learn how to do it boom it's a video teaching you training you how to put together your offer alright here's another video you need to fill out a contract you've never done it before here's a video for it you can actually learn how to fill out an agreement if it's an assignment of contract you click this right here the tutorial uh contract to purchase boom all right um which is the purchase and sale uh which is this is for the seller and this is for the buyer the the video is right here you can also download the contracts for free lease agreement contract you could download it for free it's right there now if you need a lease option agreement that's a little bit more you know out there so you're gonna have to pay fifty dollars for it 49.95 and you could purchase it right here all right if you want to do a wrap boom you could download uh that that um document right here all right also other things here man it's like everything is right there at your fingertips i'm telling you and that's the reason why i love um it's so much there's so much more to it i'm just gonna go through this a little bit or i went there already yeah now as far as affidavit marketing to buyers you could they'll show you how to do it you could fill out your information you could walk watch a training on how to uh market to buyers buyers contract the same contracts they're down here which is the assignment of contract now closing before i click on closing i got two words for you game changer check it out boom guess what you got the attorneys in any state or any city you're doing this deal you could pull up a closing attorney in that city or a title company now let's just say uh the properties in louisiana let's go in louisiana look at that baton rouge and all these places these are all the um attorney information and the title company in that area alright so uh if it's in you know ct connecticut check it out new haven hartford wilton i mean all the closing attorneys uh that you could contact and you know have them close your deal for you if you haven't already got an attorney now here's a video training for that um payday boom payday upload the check boom and you could pretty much lock the information in there all right and yes there's a video for that now i'm gonna say this again rei pro it's offering so much more than prop stream prop stream isn't offering half of what rei pro is offering and i feel like people should be talking more about rei pro all right so um let's go up to um uh com so i'm gonna show you how easily you can run some comps with this so here's the property the subject property here it is right so as you can see it's two bedrooms one bath and you know year and price per square foot uh these are all the comps in the area but you could pretty much um here's what you could do you could filter the comps so let's just leave a single family right there now let's go over to beds and bath i usually just leave it uh same as subject um same as subject you could go um whatever you want if it's two if it's the two beds you could go up a little bit with you know plus two baths or whatever it is but you know i usually do same as subject as far as distance this is one mile right here you could go out as far as 10 miles but if you know about running comps you don't want to go 10 miles you could do you know uh one mile the most i would suggest or you could do 0.6 miles let's just leave it at one mile now months back is how long ago the property was sold so we could do you could go 12 months you know or which is required or you could do six months we're just gonna go with 12. so a year um the comps to show i like to show uh six comps but i'm gonna go with 10. all right um square footage uh you could select whatever you want all right you know i'm just gonna leave it at zero this is just a tutorial quick tutorial and then what you want to do is you're gonna submit average cost per square footage 147. you know um average sold price 146k and after repair value 203k all right plus all right so what you want to do is this is how easy it is this is way easier than prop stream um prop stream can be you know a bit confusing this is really uh easy to use it's definitely user friendly and guess what the next step is you can print the report all right so i'm going to download the report and show you what it looked like and this is what it looks like [Music] comparable sales report uh beds bath square footage year built and it shows you all the comps that you pretty much selected all these comms and it gives you the arv information you also have uh the the a picture of the property so if you want to send this over to your buyer you could do so you could print it out and you're good to go all right so let's go back into rei pro um rei pro is the ultimate it's it's the crm the built-in crm as you can see it's phenomenal you know i love it and i feel like it's very user friendly everything is right there in front of you and you can't go wrong the accessibility the information and everything else is just right there if you want to do direct mailing you could do directmate you could do a direct mail campaign um just using the system you could send out letters and so forth and i mean it's just a bomb system to use man and i also want to say thank
