Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
When I was a kid, I was obsessed with infomercials. The psychology of it all. Here's the thing, if the product provides more perceived value than the cost of the unit, you got a sale. I was recently in India a couple times, and I feel like either TV is still really hot over there, or they're in the golden age of infomercials. I watched hours of them in the hotel room. Junk for sale that we stopped buying 50 years ago. I specifically remember a metal frosting applicator. How many fucking cakes are they frosting over there?? lol
Mike Rowe's old segments are the best, they just drip with an air of, "What the fuck am I doing here!?"
Proof that shameless capitalists will sell anything.
Listen, as an organization, we are not the brightest group out there.
Was actually waiting for the ramen segment to be a snl skit
I can't imagine the smell of those sauna pants. Good God, they probably smell like hot ass
I made it to ramen apple pie and noped out
The flowbee apparently works. The butter one does not, the butter slices do not separate like that buy you have to help it with fingers, and if it sits on the table the butter softens even more. It works straight out of the fridge for a minute, after it is going to be a huge mess.
I still want a flying lure. You guys had those??
