now but while i sleep my magic will take care of you and so it would fall into a deep slumber for 18 years the flowers in his garden loved him very much and felt unhappy that he was alone he needs a friend to be with the wind brought me news about a powerful fairy who flies over once a year should we pray to her yes we should the whole garden prayed hard so that the fairy would hear them what be seen talking and laughing continuously with each other but when the 18 years were almost up the gin started to get drowsy oh dear if i sleep who will take care of my sweet pepperina while the gin was worrying about this pepperina had wandered far into the woods i'm sorry but you have such a beautiful voice that i couldn't help stopping by my name is lewis i i'm pepperina the two slowly started to talk and were soon enchanted with each other uh pepperina you are the most charming girl i've ever met would you come back to the palace with me to become my bride i would like that very much but and saw lewis and pepperina talking quite happily to each other she seems alright i worry for nothing he flew back to his cottage and tried to sleep but he still wasn't happy this is ridiculous but i'll go one last time [Music] this time he transformed into an eagle he soared high and spotted the royal carriage going through the castle gates he saw them smile warmly at each other [Music] they really are in love well now i'm reassured that she'll be a fan without me so the gin finally satisfied went to sleep now for the first few years lewis stayed close to pepperina but he soon got caught up with the kingdom's administration and at times had to leave his wife alone since lewis was so handsome many women had fallen in love with him they were jealous of pepperina and would often try to bully her what kind of name is pepperina i once had a doll called cinnamon how plainly you dress the maids dress better than you oh what does the young prince see in you she would be happy when lewis returned but when alone the women would taunt her mercilessly one day lewis took her into a secret room and showed her a beautiful sword it's magnificent but lewis why don't you ever take this out other person who knew about his sword was pepperina call pepperina here pepperino was most surprised to be brought before lewis my love is something wrong how dare you ask me that after ruining my father's sword leave this palace at once or pepperino was heartbroken not to mention baffled she tried to explain but the prince being too shaken up by the molten sword wouldn't listen finally pepperina quietly turned and left pepperino walked on sadly towards the gin's house hoping he would be awake by now oh sweet little bird how lucky you are to have wings to carry you home but just then the bird turned into the gin and pepperina cried out in sorrow seeing him my dear daughter what happened pepperina told him all about the sword my dear you loved him too soon he didn't know you enough to understand your true nature come let me take you home meanwhile at the palace lewis was pacing along the corridors heartbroken suddenly he heard someone whispering nearby the silly peppery our trick worked what trick the women were startled and seeing louis's raging eyes confess to what they'd done i cannot believe this leave my kingdom and never set foot inside my boundary again oh pepperina what have i done [Music] lewis hurriedly set out towards the jinn's house until he finally reached it pepperina my love please come out you weren't at fault i should have listened to you i am so sorry lewis i'm glad you finally know the truth and i forgive you please come back home with me i'm sorry lewis i've decided to stay here with my father only he knows me for who i am but pam my decision is final louis please respect it and leave saying this she turned around and went inside the cottage lewis took a deep breath and sat down i wronged you terribly i will stay here and repent until you realize how sorry i really am and so he stayed and during the hot days and cold nights the flowers fell pity for him and fed him with the fruits of the garden and the gin would look out the window daily concerned pepperina you should go out to him surely by now you know how much he loves you but father he hurt me i won't i can't forgive him oh bless this stubborn child pepperina knew how much the prince now loved her but still salt uh-oh looks like there's gonna be a really bad thunderstorm tonight what i feel so sorry for paul lewis pepperina turned away so as to hide her concern just then the clouds roared with thunder and the rain started to fall with great strength but even then lewis didn't move oh lewis pepperina couldn't take it anymore and finally ran out she apologized earnestly to lewis and almost immediately the storm ceased pepperina and lewis were a little shocked but didn't any heat to the storm suddenly stopping the gin looked up at the sky and winked nothing is more beautiful than seeing your child happy
