Prevost Marathon Coach #1221 H3-45 Double slide for sale $1,222,222!!!

foreign [Music] everybody it's a beautiful day today here at the Motor Coach store in Bradenton Florida and we just found Marathon coach 1221. this is a 2015 H3 double slide that just had around a hundred thousand dollars in remodel work at Marathon coach when this coach came into the Motor Coach store I had to give my buddy Mal Williams a call a lot of you know Marathon Mal over at Marathon coach and he had a lot of good stuff to say about Marathon coach 1221. the owners that had this coach traded it in for a 2021 H3 double slide Marathon coach and when I asked Mel what was their reason for trading he said they had an opportunity to get a newer coach and they really liked the floors in the 2021 so traded this coach in and they had just done about a hundred thousand dollars in model work that I'm looking forward to showing you we found a video that Marathon coach did when this coach was brand new the remodel upgrades that the previous owners did were very Tastefully done those of you that know Marathon coach know that Marathon converts more Prevo buses to motorhomes than any other converter in the industry one of the biggest pluses for marathon in my book is they've got service centers in Coburg Oregon in Texas and in Florida as well as service Vans at different RV resorts throughout the year all over the country pravo has different service centers all over the country as well as the Prevost service man so a lot of value in Marathon coach and that's a big reason that a lot of folks do choose to own Marathon coaches a lot of you that watch YouTube have seen Marathon coaches YouTube channel they definitely put out much more content than any classic arv manufacturer out there that I'm aware of they do live streams very frequently and I was talking to Mal about that and I was joking with him that we've got to highly edit these videos to make sure I look good but Mel does live streams and I asked him what the reasoning for that was and he said that Marathon coaches all about transparency so they don't want to be covering anything up or hiding anything so I really have to tip my hat to them because it is very difficult to film one of these motorhomes especially in a live stream and Mal has done a great job at that everybody here at the Motor Coach store are big fans of marathon coach and Bradley twate has even owned Marathon coaches as his personal coaches in the past and Brad has always been a fan of marathon as well so I'm really excited to show you this coach that is available here at the Motor Coach store in Bradenton Florida for one million 222 222 dollars and the new Marathon coaches are pushing on three million dollars so this is an excellent opportunity for someone one of the big advantages about this being a double slide coach is these bay doors can actually open up and you don't have the slide rooms coming out taking up rooms when we put the big awnings up top out we're going to get more shade here as well and speaking of a little warm here in Florida today so I'm going to put these awnings out all right so inside of the coach we've got this iPad here that we can go right to awnings awnings all awnings extend and shade makes a huge difference it's record-breaking Heats all over the country one of the cool things about this coach is is not only does it have the huge awning on this side but also has the awnings on the driver's side as well and you can see those go over the slide rooms giving more shade above the slides and above those windows to help keep that sun off of the tops of those slide outs and keep it a little bit cooler inside and Marathon coach does a lot of really cool stuff with the styling this is the same style Grille that I've actually seen on the brand new 23 Mercedes benzes with the vertical lines like a pinstripe look and then it matches the Grille on the top of the coach they brought that front cap around it just really gives it a finished off look having that Grill up top and then of course it's the Prevost H3 with the more modern headlights really stylish front end the H3 Prevo has the tallest bays in the industry by far a lot of these Prevost buses are set up to be touring coaches or passenger buses or they could put 50 plus people inside and then they need room in these Bays for all of their luggage so it gives a lot of flexibility to Marathon coach the way they finish out these bays and I don't know if I've ever seen this exact setup with the Dual levels of Base space with the manual trays I've talked about that before I prefer manual trays over power trays personally and you still have quite a bit of height right here and then you have a second Bay down here these do have a thousand pound carrying capacity there's a nice little Nook right here for your Marathon coach signature lawn chairs with that Marathon coach embroidery and you've got two in this Bay these are extremely comfortable chairs extremely durable and I've seen these chairs last for decades and decades the way that they're built and then in this next Bay you've got more Marathon coach lawn chairs in this nice little Nook right here this is on a power slide tray you've got this large deep drawer this is all finished out with a very high-end wood look you can see these latching mechanisms that hold these into place here's your Marathon coach welcome mat lots of good stuff and then here's an outside awning control for those large awnings so you can put those out remotely outside here or with that tablet inside the coach I'm going to set that Marathon coach rug down there just such a nice little touch to have and we've got all four of the marathon coach lawn chairs and lots of drawer space here and when we open these latches you can really feel that quality and these are all lined with carpet very clean a lot of storage here and with all the different drawer space you're not stacking stuff on top of each other everything can be very well organized this next Bay is going to be your entertainment Bay with the Samsung TV and a sound bar and then you do have a little cubby up here for storage as well as is a launch Port control that a lot of your electric components back there and this next Bay is going to be a Dometic cooler on a slide tray very clean right next to your entertainment Bay nice spot to keep some cool beverages out here this is something I like to see a power washer wand I'm going to imagine there's a power washer built into this coach I look forward to seeing that and then more drawer space up top here just giving you the best utilization of every little nook and cranny so this is the marathon coach wet band I love how they finish these out with your Marathon coach logos everything is extremely clean it does have a deionized water filter plumbed in I believe that's going to connect to that power washer so if you do want to wash the coach with deionized water it is set up for that so if you do want to dump your gray water if you've got somewhere where you can just dump you know water on the ground you do have a gray water dump valve on this side of the coach and the way it's plumbed down it just goes right below the coach and then there is is a dump valve for your black tank on this side as well and you can gravity fill your fresh water tank over here this coach does have Michelin tires I see 2021 date codes there on the tag axle and 2022 date codes on the drive axle here so a lot of value in having those fresh Michelin tires and coming around to the back of the coach I always love seeing this it's got an industrial grade pressure washer built in right here there's that outlet for that power washer hose see that big k n commercial grade filter there you can see the beautiful styling Marathon does on the back of this Prevo H3 with all the Chrome inlays and a beautiful paint job almost like some root beer colors to it with some coppers and Browns very rich exterior paint job and then we've got the Volvo Detroit Diesel D13 with 515 horsepower as the power plant in this coach and I always like to point out the height of the these slide rooms here so this is a double slide coach you're going to see a very long bedroom slide here but I'm 6'2 and I can stand underneath this I don't have too much Headroom above me but it's a lot of value and that you're not bumping your head on this slide and here's a look at the other side of the wet base the holding tanks are going to be housed behind this this is going to have the dump valves on this side as well you can see you've got your Crestron panel out here you do have your 50 amp cord reel that comes out of the bottom of the coach there a nice spot to wash your hands a manifold system in case you have any leaks and you need to shut off a certain system of the coach and this coach does have a 230 gallon diesel fuel carrying capacities the biggest diesel fuel tank in the class A industry so this next Bay is going to house your inverters this has got the big boy xantrax inverters very simple inverter disconnect switches right here and these are going to be the 4000 Watt inverters if you want to see some more details on this if we miss anything in this coach as soon as this coach goes through the check-in and PDI process here at the Motor Coach store you can go on their website you can look at the check-in sheet the build sheet they're going to have date codes on everything all of the technical information the Motor Coach store provides more information on their website than any other RV dealer I know everything from their detail process to their PDI process to how these coaches are photographed and videoed the Motor Coach store is completely different than any other RV dealership out there they're really a boutique dealership and when you purchase a coach here you can expect to receive a completely different experience and you're going to receive at big box stores and other RV dealerships so coming up to the front here now there is a huge bedroom slide here but I'm still able to easily access these Bays this is that 20 kW generator on a slide tray very clean you can see all this sound detonating material everything is very clean in here it's got a separate Lifeline battery just for that generator and more storage here on this side and then in this first pass through Bay the bottom tray will go all the way through but they have this other piece of shell all lined with carpet here just to utilize that space for storage and I like to point out all of the little details like the cameras all the way around the coach this coach is just loaded with options and the interior is something to get excited about so let's take a closer look inside foreign [Music] coach 1221 a very classy and Timeless design there's so many cool features in this coach that I'm looking forward to showing you and then I also want to show you some of the stuff that the previous owners did and that six figure remodel all of this upholstery is new all of the backs of these couches very classy design cues that they chose for the remodel and we will leave a link to that original video on the marathon coach Channel when this coach was brand new so that you can see all of those features earlier we did show you how we could put the awnings out from this tablet right here but we can also control the climate lighting this coach has heated floors lines we'll just press one button here all blinds up you can see how effortlessly those came up and it really changes the whole feel of this coach when we put those blinds in and out and we did all of the blinds in the coach but we could choose the cockpit the salon or the bedroom blinds all from this tablet can enable the satellite TV control the AV Equipment does have the tech link system where we can monitor the house batteries the tanks the outside temperature we can monitor the temperature in the storage Bays really so much equipment on this coach and I always have to name drop a lot of you saw the tour of Justin Bieber's motorhome Justin Bieber does have a marathon coach and a lot of the celebrities out there do have Marathon coaches with the big presents that they have on the west coast a lot of the Hollywood actors do utilize Marathon coach and you can imagine that those A-list celebrities have very high expectations so Marathon coach is definitely used to working for the most demanding clients out there and they have built an incredible reputation over the last several years so this is an air ride seat that was recently upholstered and I love the H with the steps up it really separates the driver compartment from the rest of the coach when you stop for the day and you're hanging out in your coach sometimes you don't want to look at the steering wheel anymore you've been looking at this all day I like that it's separated and it gives you a really cool look now one of the other advantages of the back of the coach being a little higher you have a higher floor space your windows and your view is going to be higher than other motorhomes out there so you just get more perception with the higher floor space in the back of the coach we've got the wood grain steering wheel a large digital screen here where we can monitor those cameras around the coach another digital screen here this does have the Allison four thousand gear selector tire pressure monitoring system you can lock your baggage doors from up front start and stop your generator control your salon lighting and your master lighting all right here a lot of advantages to that your sunscreen controls this coach does have the tag axle lift too so you want a little tighter turning radius you can flip this little lever back here and that will lift the tag axle to help the coach pivot on a more tight turning radius a lot of these Prevost buses are tour buses that the A-list rock stars are running around in they've got to get those in tight downtown areas by Arenas and there's a good chance that if you go to a concert with a big artist performing there's probably going to be a Prevo bus sitting out back somewhere so a lot of value in this platform and all of the miles and years of experience that they have this is a really cool floor plan with these really nice recliners very high-end stylish you've got a nice little spot to set drinks or magazines as well as storage or this could be utilized as like an office area if you wanted to swing your recliner around and then now this could be like a keyboard tray you can see that Marathon coach logo and then a little spot under here to store you know pens or notepads or whatnot and then this is typically going to be where your patio side is so you've got a really nice view really nice dual use of that space and then below that I believe this is part of the remodel they've got a nice wine refrigerator up front here so if you're you know enjoying a nice glass of chardonnay you want to keep that close by you don't even have to get out of your chair you could have your glasses right here I actually can grab your glasses right here from the marathon coach glass cabinet pull yourself a glass right out of the refrigerator right there definitely a nice setup for those that are enthusiasts of Vino we do have the sofa again this was holster it looks really good and this will fold out into a jackknife very easily so a nice spot for your guests if you need there is a nice art recess right here and beautiful valances I think those may have been changed out as well the color palettes in this are very warm very inviting I've been in a lot of different Marathon coaches and this is one of the most Tastefully designed Interiors I've ever seen in a marathon coach behind your couch they're utilizing this little space for storage here I like that maybe put their keys in wallet or stuff like that or some dirty clothes and you've got a couple of those those actually have a little hamper in those so those could be some dirty clothes hampers so this does have the seat belts built into the sofa if you are looking to travel with family a lot of value in having those seat belts here right now we've got the lights on in the ceiling so this coach does have very cool accent lighting you can change it to different colors all by the this color select button there it's got a little more of a purple style and then we could easily turn those off as well and so because of the camera we're going to turn off those cool lights so a lot of times if you do see lights flickering on the camera it's something to do with the shutter speed on the camera not matching the lights the human eye is not seeing them that way so that can be a little misleading so coming into the galley here you can really see the quality when we look inside of these cabinets and start opening and closing these cabinet doors all lined with carpet very clean we've got the solid surface cooktop with the edge so that you don't have liquids dripping onto the face of these cabinets does have the melee cooktop the avantium microwave lots of drawer space with the dovetail construction you've got your trash can on a little pull out handle and then you've got that sink cover that matches your countertop and they've got a little spot just to store these sink covers just to make your life easier when I put this sink cover back on I'd like to point out how flush it is there's no big gaps everything is like it was you know manufactured to fit then we have the Fisher paycal dishwasher below your sink and then even the small drawer here where even though it's not a full drawer it's still got that cut out that goes around the faucet but just utilizing that space and then you see that Marathon coach logo inside the drawer there across from your salon you have this really nice style Booth one of the cool things about this is some people are a little bit larger than others and if you need a little assistance getting in and out of this booth this table will pivot and then it's got that same beautiful solid surface that matches the kitchen countertop there and then we've got a little switch right here so if we want to move this out all by the Press of the button we can give a little more space but then it will still manually swivel just to make it really comfortable for everybody and there's switches below the table on both sides so depending on where you're sitting if you want to move this table in and out you can easily do that and I like that this switch is hidden under the table and then I'll also point out there's actually lighting below this dining room table that's actually glowing down lots of really cool touches that Marathon coach does with the lighting and then they also reupholstered this dinette area as well or this booth really nice look and I also want to point out that you do have a solid surface here back behind your dinette just another little spot to set your arm or maybe set your glass and then of course you can see the huge Prevo Windows another cool thing that Marathon coach does is we've got these little art recesses but there's still a window behind that art recess then also up here there's another little art recess and what I've heard people doing is they can light that up at night have something cool in there and then if you leave that blind open people can kind of see in whatever your cool Decor is I've heard of folks having a little bit of sense of humor and can put some cool Decor pieces to kind of show off to the RV Resort a little bit of your sense of humor and then you have a Samsung TV inside of the slide room big advantage to this as being a double slide coach when you put the slide rooms in you can see this TV while you're going down the road where it's got the huge drop down TV up here where you can't watch that while you're going down the road and when this swings all the way down I like to point out that the way it's tucked back in you could still easily get in and out of this coach where I've been in some other Prevost h3s where the TV just comes out a little bit too much where it's kind of getting in the way of your entryway here Marathon coach is thinking of a lot of little details and then we can just press a button right up here to turn that down when we were putting that TV down the camera accidentally stopped recording now we do have to hold this button down it's not a one touch but very slick very nice use of that space this countertop space here that does separate the cockpit area nice little spot just to be able to set stuff down as you're coming in and out of the coach and then there is Storage here as well nice drawer space there's more countertop space next to your sofa so it's always nice to have a spot to set stuff down and then even when we open up this cabinet there's drawers inside of this cabinet with that Marathon coach logo dovetail construction just so much quality in this coach and when we look at this door as well the way this curves and has multiple curves going on it's a lot of skill it takes to put that together coming to the middle of the coach this is really cool it's almost like an art lay with indirect lighting here and this is actually going to be the refrigerator and they've got these little latches here to keep those in place while they're going down the road they're kind of hidden and tucked out of the way so you don't see them but just a manual locking mechanism I like that you can just you know press the switch and you can feel it you know it's locked in place you're not depending on any Electronics to hold that refrigerator door in place and here's your Sub-Zero refrigerator I could feel that cool air coming out even though the AC is blowing nice and nice cold in this coach I was sweating earlier outside definitely extremely comfortable on a record-breaking hot day here across the United States coming into the mid love the coach this is a nice little area that could be utilized for a coffee maker there is a little like a puck inlay here to cover that countertop so if you did want to run a coffee maker core down in there that would be easy and then you've got a lot of drawer space here again that Marathon coach logo you can really feel that craftsmanship a little storage up here for your Keurig K-Cups or whatnot coming into the middle of the coach this is going to be a nice bathroom area and the first thing I want to show you is this huge shower so we have a huge shower with beautiful tile work beautiful lighting here indirect Lighting on the ceiling an adjustable shower head plenty of height little spots to set your body wash and shampoo good amount of space if you want to do a 360 plenty of room here directly across from your shower we have a nice mirror area maybe a spot to do makeup medicine cabinet storage with outlets and USB ports and then large drawers again with that Marathon coach logo next to that little makeup area we do have these large full-length mirrors here in the middle of the coach it'll make it really easy to get ready but lots of storage here this is going to be closet space very well lit it's got a leather lining on the inside and more drawer space below and then we have another huge closet here in the middle of the coach a lot of hanging space little shoe Cubbies big drawers below here and I don't know if it would be possible but if someone wanted to kind of take this wall out and remove all of this closet space I would bet this could probably be made into a bunk if someone wanted to do that and keep in mind the service department here at the Motor Coach store is able to do all kinds of different remodel work I've seen them at a half bathroom into a Newell coach add bunks into coaches take bunks out and put in like a kitchen area and also the team at the Motor Coach store is very talented in putting new floors and coaches so we've seen several coaches have new floors and sometimes that can change a coach so if you see one of the coaches here at the Motor Coach store and want to have a couple adjustments made keep in mind that is possible and talking about the floors reminds me I missed something really big on this coach back here in the salon I love pointing out there are some very skilled Craftsmen at Marathon coach so you can see this wood floor with like a pattern to it and then it's got a tile inlay it just gives it a really cool contrast with the darker wood floors and then the lighter color tiles with the small tile inlay just really ties it together well and you look at these Cuts with these curved lines takes a lot of skill to be able to make that work coming into the water closet here so you do have a tecma toilet this will close off nice Bowl sink good amount of countertop space here in your bathroom as well as the medicine cabinet your medicine cabinets are all wine with carpet every cabinet that I've opened in this coach I have not seen a single stain on any of these carpets you can tell that whoever owned this coach really took phenomenal care of it beautiful tile backsplash and more drawer space again with that Marathon coach logo and this is something cool Marathon coach does so there's actually a fan right here with this small little area to suck that air out but you're not looking at a big ugly screen or anything I like that little detail so coming back here into the master suite you've got a lot of room back here a large Samsung TV and tons of storage in this coach next to your bed you do have adjustable shelving lots of storage here with very deep drawers in your bedroom and beautiful styling on these walls and then this will open up we've got a stackable washer and dryer here and I like how you have this small compartment lined with carpet to put laundry detergents and then above your bed you've got at the same cabinets a little spot to store extra bedding or throw pillows so you've got a nice laundry hamper right next to your washer and dryer convenient spot for that and then lots of countertop space with these cool Decor pieces and then lots of drawer space and they utilize every little Nook for storage here in the back of the coach this is a little bit different than we normally see a nice little art recess right here and then a spot for of inkjet printer hardwired here in the back of the coach if you want to print stuff up you can send that that printers out of the way and then hear all of your electronic components your Wine Guard traveler your track Vision your Crestron receivers all of that are housed here in this area and then you have a second sink here in the back of the coach nice little spot to be able to get ready and then you have medicine cabinet space back here as well as more drawer space and storage below your sink and this is cool the kind of a narrow full length mirror here but you can still you know get a shot at your full outfit from back here while you're getting ready and then behind that is actually some of the electronics are housed we also have more storage right here as well as a lot of countertop space here bedside always nice to have plenty of countertop space and then here's that iPad where we can control a lot of the systems all right here while you're laying in bed it does have this launch Port charger so that it will be charging when you set it down this coach just became available here at the Motor Coach store in Bradenton Florida for one million 222 222 dollars and is a lot of value when you look at all the equipment here the new marathons are pushing on three million dollars it just had a hundred thousand dollar Remodel and has been maintained by Marathon coach if you are a serious
