PISSED NEIGHBOR TRIES TO KICK US OFF THIS BACKYARD MULCHING JOB!

right but this is so we can get this machine without damaging any of the homes well so I don't give it I know you don't sir at a certain point you know why should I care all right what do we got here level 6r talk Yuji and a lot of plywood so we're on a little job a little mulching job today I'm gonna show you guys what we got good morning good morning bright and early Monday morning and we're on a little backyard it's just a it's a little mulching project today we're doing for landscaper Greg over at momentum lawn care and uh this is a perfect showcase for why the Mulcher on the mini is such a such a great tool for little projects like this where a skid steer is just not really viable and uh so let's take a look and I'll show you guys what we got and hopefully uh we just got through talking to the homeowner and just kind of going through a couple of things and uh I think this is going to turn out well so let's see what we got all right so here's today's little backyard and all we're doing now her property line actually goes way back in there back to like where those big Pines are back there somewhere there's a little ditch that goes that's a little drainage ditch that goes back there that feeds into this this Wetland area over here but this is all up up built up and dry and we're really only going to about where that Pine is right there and we're just going to mulch all this stuff down all this scrub these scrub trees are going to just mulch all the way to that flag right there which is the the right side property line and that's pretty much going to be it not a whole whole lot to it uh but this is mulching this out is a lot easier than doing this by hand this would be a whole day in here I mean you could come in here with a mini and grab this out but the issue with that is is that we don't think this is delineated but even if it is my understanding is of delineated is that you can cut mow and mulch anything you want to and delineated you just can't dig it out of the ground you cannot grab these little trees anything any vegetation and actually uprooted out of the ground so this is a perfect area where mulching is completely feasible and you're not going to get in trouble so that's that's two main reasons and then obviously just for time you know for Greg to come in here get all this stuff out transport it all the way back up to the street and haul it off it's just a lot more work and time and money than just to call me up and just come here and just knock it all down grind it all up and just be done with it so we're gonna get a plywood Road built through here to protect the the fresh sod that's in here and not tear anything up and then we're gonna get to grinding so let's get started um [Music] that plywood that we took into that side yard a favor that thing is so Ripple at all [Music] good enough just drop it below the trailer go back up ground there you go there you go [Music] I didn't tell you I had to put the dump truck in the shop almost broke down on me on Thursday really all started losing power thank God I was going down 90. down there somehow right [Music] so it flies out the way the chains are right prevent a whole bunch of debris all right so here I think is going to be kind of what my plan of attack is is I'm gonna come straight in through here we're gonna go to about to that pond and then I'm gonna try to make a right a hard right and just clear all this out through here um now the discharge side of the mulch is going to be pointing back towards the house but it's kind of up so I'm gonna it's kind of up on a grade here that's at least three feet or so so I'm gonna try to grind a lot of this on the ground I may actually make a path going back and just do this a little bit and then come back around and mulch all this on the on this side and try to readjust the Mulcher where it's either parallel or the discharge is going back into there so that's the only thing you really got to worry about when you're mulching these tight little quarters is just making sure you know the Mulcher is kind of pointed where you want it to go it's better than a brush cutter because the brush cutter is just going to sling style 360. also I'm going to actually cut the flow down on the mulch I'm going to turn it down to maybe 15 Gallons a minute wide open this thing is if the Hydraulics are turned all the way up it's running 20 gallons man I think I'm gonna turn it down to 15 so we're not spinning too fast either we should have more that should be more than enough flow to grind all this stuff down uh I think that's that tree over there is about the biggest thing we got to grind the rest of it's pretty just scrub hopefully we're not going to piss off the Cairns back over here because they kind of saw us back here getting ready and it didn't look like they were too happy about it but I went on onyx and checked this lady's property line that we're working for goes at least back there to that ditch if not all the way almost to that fence so this is all her property easily so this is just this is not the backside property Corner this is just the the left side property line right here that okay I went on I was looking on onyx and so we go off that and that that says the property lines way back over there and when they placed all these Stakes there were four Stakes on each lot and it was a quarter which denoted a lot 45 by out 45 wide by the house not all this [Music] it's 50 feet back from the front it's me she only sticks right here that's the rear line of all this property okay and it's right here let me get the person in charge and yeah and I'm telling you you can take a little bit of that you can't be in here okay we're not going in we're not planning on going any further back we're trying to actually make this look everyone yeah to them whereas this was supposed to grow up and be natural so hopefully we didn't see these we're going to plant some trees back here and so we hope they don't grow up and you won't stop so what I'm saying is because I'm eyeballing this is [Music] here for everyone it's just about here well this is the reality okay [Music] how are you hey how all right anything passive is supposed to be totally out of this girl that's deserving yes so so is also dumping trash too but we're not dumping trash we're trying to clean this up so it's not disturbing to the homeowner who lives right here what about there you have a vegetation that's blocking this yeah yeah and we're actually going to plant some trees here to kind of give back to the nature sounds stay here yes sir you know if the pilot sit there leave it yeah this is supposed to be undiscurved I got you and I am standing on about everyone right here well actually for not in there for an underserved wetland this vegetation control is actually legal um tearing up the tree is illegal which we're not it's not because of wetlands yeah when the subdivision went through they they granted that's a 50-foot undisturbed right away nothing to do with wetlands it has to do a little bit of privacy right because these was supposed to be the Big Lots with the big houses right look what we got right over there and then tell me you're 50 foot of undisturbed vegetation where it's cleared all the way out and that's why they came in there and planted some trees okay that was there was that was always open veggie right but what we're going to do is we're going to tear out this scrub so this whole monitor back you're gonna go this is it this is it all right you're not going to be back in here right here yep okay absolutely standing on it right here yes sir but what we're also going to do is we're planting some more Pine I know great yep we want we want the vegetation to come back but this is you this stuff is used there we will on the line yes sir absolutely okay that's like I said we're not I'm not trying to I know you guys yep that's it but when there's subdivision when we met with also oh we're gonna have a big one and we got bull crap of course you did and unfortunately you lived here for probably 20 years if not long and you had a great privacy unfortunately this property is sold to the investors oh I know and we were told and these are the Big Lots of going these are where the you know I've got a Wetlands behind my house it was never there because when they had that mountain yes it clogged up the drainage bike yes now I'm I'm trying to tell we go in there and open it up again we can't go in there because we can't go into Disturbed area what a lot of horse it is it's about money that's what it is and the thing is we're tired of getting crapped on yeah well I promise you what we're doing today we're not trying to crap on anybody I know we're going to come in here we're going to clean this up for this homeowner we're going to lay pine straw we're going to install two more pine trees okay nothing past year don't clear past here you're already in here right but this is so we can get this machine without damaging any of the homes well so I don't give I know you don't sir at a certain point you know why should I care we're being cracked on well once again you're not being crapped on boxes huh that's going to make all the difference in the world yes sir stay out of the disturb here we're not going any further back we're gonna clean up the slowly around this big pond and that's all and we're done oh yeah but you already went in where you shouldn't have gone it's all good man it'll grow back up sorry man oh you're good you're good you're that says all about the killing the trees I did my part to replant a couple today and this looks nice how's it look ma'am so fabulous I can't tell you how fabulous we should have done it before and after yeah it's unbelievable awesome I'm awesome if you're happy I'm happy I think it looks great and uh you know hopefully somebody we can get you some more trees planted here Greg Cannon it's all it's all look nice and you'll got a nice nice backyard in here now and uh more trees let's make it look nice a holly would look nice in here yeah Holly would look nice did you hear that Greg I did I was thinking oh okay I guess I better put that on the list get you some birds back here oh yeah yeah this all turned out nice that this is a perfect job for that little mini I mean you can tell this is just not a job for a skid steer Mulcher in here uh that is just it didn't work in here so but yeah no you know turn the foil on the Mulcher down didn't have it spinning too fast really didn't throw too much out here into the grass it all looks good we raked it out um kind of just cleaned up around the trees a little bit and they're just going to cover this in Pine straw and that's going to be that so all right hope you guys enjoyed it homeowners happy Greg's happy I'm happy and uh we're gonna get this road pulled out of here and uh that'll be that so hope you guys enjoyed it and I'm
