Philly Steak Tonight on the Blackstone

all right everyone here we are we're at the the grill top got it all nice and heated up we're doing philly steak cheese tonight and uh let's give it a shot got some uh rib eye round roast never heard of it but let's get it on we got the griddle nice and hot check it out got it seasoned up with some garlic onion salt and pepper and a little bit of cumin so let's get that on the griddle there we go you can already smell the garlic going oh and i forgot to mention we got dried onions in there so not too shabby melo vision activated there we go let's add a little bit more oil seems to be i think some garlic powder sticking a little bit look at that oh we cut these about an eighth of an inch thick so we can get them on our sandwich and while that's going over here on the side i got some red yellow i'm sorry orange bell peppers and some onions let's get those on man that smells good wish you guys could smell it all together see that sizzle everybody that's what makes it good oh smell of the onions the peppers the beef the garlic you guys man i have to invite some of you guys over one day so we can get this done all right shouldn't take too long on these peppers in the oven because they're cut pretty thin i like a little crunch still left in my veggies so we'll let those work up the beep is looking good look at that you know what's right look at that i don't know if we're gonna put cheese on it tonight but we did call them philly cheesesteak so i think the white has got a little provolone she wants to put on them so we'll see but don't that look good looks yummy there we go look at those veggies i like putting the peppers on the grill too because it brings out the sugar it makes them real sweet so some of these up here get back to our meat all right guys we're gonna let it cook a little bit and we'll get back here when we put these bad boys together all right guys got the meat a little bit more brown look at those veggies aren't they all sweated nice oh look at that nice look at the color all right guys check out this meat juice over here we're going to add a little bit of olive oil to it oh and then what we're going to do we're gonna put our buns down oh man man oh man isn't that gonna be good pick up some of that beef juice the garlic the onion oh man that's gonna be nice isn't it all right and then we do have cheese tonight guys we have provolone and i believe oh just provolone let's check it out man these are going to come together aren't they oh man let's get a nice little toast on those buns and we will be right back to put them together so you guys can see what we're gonna eat all right guys we're back check it out we got them separated out into sandwiches all right sandwich pile number three if you notice that one's mine got a little bit more meat and we got a total of six here all right we're gonna let the cheese melt we got the peppers going we got the buns going man don't be so good guys you wouldn't know it but i have an audience around me that's waiting to eat so we'll be back in two shakes of a lamb's tail to put these bad boys together all right guys check it out got that cheese melted got them onions and bell peppers going got the bread toasted let's put one of these bad boys together shall we all right check that out man that looks nice don't all right oh look at that guys there it is get your little peppers throw some peppers on there what do you guys know that's what's for dinner tonight hope you guys are doing something great enjoy with the family we love you and we'll talk to you soon
