when it comes to working with financial services organizations we work across the full spectrum so that includes Banking and capital markets Insurance Assurance Asset Management payments organizations fintechs and Aviation leasing not standing the expectation that we'll have more muted growth in Ireland this year comparative to previous years we would certainly see that there are a talent deficit still exists across a number of different sectors in Ireland and financial services is no exceptions and even when we consider some sub-sectors too we see there's a deficit in key skills for key roles so for example a technical Architects a data scientists or otherwise so organizations really have to work hard now not only in terms of coming up with Innovative and creative Talent acquisition programs but also in doubling down on effective talent management programs and retention programs as well
