Steven that started it last year even before he took a snap why Bret Beach the general managers of Kansas City he's a great friend of mine known for a long time come up through the ranks now he's running the show from the get-go he was like Lou this kid is ridiculous what he's doing in practice do you know greatness when you see it right you said like certain guys who just go I'm just telling you he's gone you don't have to sit there and go he has to play 10 games or you know you don't win basketball you don't have to play a whole season 2 you go this guy's legit he was telling me that from the get-go I looked at somewhere to practice tape I'm going to read his work ethic number one attention to detail in the meeting room learning from alex smith transferring out on to the practice goal range to kick the game-tying field goal and then just never got the ball in overtime he he is as bright of a young star we've had enter this league in 10-15 years in the 2018 AP most valuable
