okay the toyota came up you better hurry up here i wish i could do the car not yet not yet it's my co-worker i ain't my car if they don't pay their tickets it will be tough it's too late this time ready it's already on there it's already out [Music] first of all first of all calm down first of all because you don't know what's going on and the police will be over there in a minute for you get exactly what you want oh my god i got a little shook up here you want me to call the police yeah most definitely she pushed me five three zero two she need to uh go to some anger management classes or something like that because she just was wild and rambunctious all over blue and it might not even be affirmative it could be a negative we might have to take the boot off who knows all that hooping and hollering ranting and raving wasn't going to stop the fact that she was getting a boot and as you see the boot is still on the car so 1133 is affirmative my control specialist called back and this car is affirmative the boot does belong on this vehicle we have to do an immediate toll on this one so she can't come out here and tamper with that boot getting physical with their employees that's against the law when we're in trouble they come fast quick in a hurry and that's a good thing having backup is real good um i was putting the boot on the vehicle citizen came out she was hot and everything was she the owner of the car no actually her mom is the owner of the car you know i was like just give me a second you know it could be a negative just give me a second let me find out and then she pushed me yeah she yeah where did she go she's inside the this building here yep you know the thing is being city employees we have a job to do right right and we can't allow people to bully us and push us you know while we're doing our job exactly because you have a hard enough job we're gonna go over there there's actually a city ordinance uh interfering with a city worker while the performance of their duties and more than likely she'll probably be arrested for assaulting the worker even if she was mad we're just out here doing our jobs we're not trying to cause anybody any trouble or pain i mean you old tickets this is what we do and it wasn't even her car you work this job that's just how it is every day there's a chance of somebody acting like she acted and i mean you have to just be on your toes about to toe this vehicle it's a shame that it did come to this because the way she acted i mean was uncalled for but now she get what she get it ain't like we're taking your car you can't never ever get it back all you have to do is pay for your ticket and you can get your vehicle back it's just not that serious it's just the car i mean you can get another car you can't get another life nora edward yeah that wasn't too you got tickets i need you got buddy i'll tell you everything in a minute why you blocking me how are you putting the boot on my car because you got tickets buddy what's going on guys yo what happened yo yo yo yo what's going on you got tickets how many uh we won't know until you call and find out excuse me [Music] yo yo right now this guy's trying to drive off whose car he gonna tear up that one in front cause this one ain't going away he's going to make it harder on himself and i have to pay for that boot that's for an hour yes get out right here it's going to be a tight wedge go call the cops uh man we have a priority assistant trying to drive off with the boot on his car let's call a knee-jerk reaction and then the cops will come and they're going to lock him up being real so the cops turned right now these guys are fine for the boot how much is that 400. than a homicide or something somebody gets killed and stuff like that that happens all the time in this city chick saved his cheeks i mean he could have been ran over oh god forbid you know the guy could have pulled out a weapon what he's supposed to do is if there was a car parked like this just put a part next to it and block it in the clamp dug into the ground when he backed up snapped it off boot probably is not really even damaged but see he had the vehicle so now you got to hit run charging it wasn't even worth it he also scratched that car right there so now we just gotta wait for the supervisor and the police to show up you go donna yeah i caught on the radio we were brewing the car a guy jumped in the car he backed into this car hit that car hit our van drove off [Applause] [Music] there was two of them and one dude just stood there i don't know where the other guy went at first the other guy came up which we thought was the owner i told him to step back right now no he's probably parked somewhere right now scared saying i should have never did that i might end up going to jail audio was a couple of hundred hours you're gonna do all that for a couple of hours hey donna hi oh sure people are crazy just floored it and came through here smashing it and whatnot sometimes it's very dangerous out here this is a tough job they just handled it well they at least got out of the way and didn't get hurt you're okay you're okay [Music] i might be a little crooked and then if it's damaged we just charge them i'll take this with me leaving the scene of an accident is pretty bad luckily nobody was hurt you can't hit three cars and take off the trucks not really damaged they can still work they're not damaged they can still work all right guys your truck is fine my try to work a little bit faster i don't know who to own is because there's a lot of people out here ah that's not gonna work i have to use a big one that uh universal is not gonna fit on there the way it is it's a wide tire and that's why it won't go on there i hate having to change boots because it takes so much extra time and now i'm hoping it'll tighten enough to leave it yeah i thought the other one was on here yeah we have a major problem here neither boot is gonna fit on here we might as well just call for a tow truck is he talking to us i don't know b604 we have it unbootable and we need a tow truck or release person to sit on this [Music] so why are you putting the boot on i just purchased the vehicle parking tickets i just watched the car i'm on my way to go get the title and everything there now okay well you're gonna have to take care of the uh transfer and get down to 913 filbert and they'll release your car why is you putting a boot on it i just walked in the door from buying the car you should have for sale son i don't even have the title in my name yet i'm on my way to go do it right now okay well we have to go buy the tags on the car yo can you take that dog you don't take it off i can take it off okay well if you do that you're gonna have to deal with the police for that lock me the up i got money up bill right now all you gotta do i got money you see that right i got money i don't think we're gonna deal that with this now ma'am could you send police to this location he's talking about getting tools to take this off get that boot up [Music] yeah we're waiting we're not going to fight with him over a car he takes the boot if he destroys the boot he's going to be in for a fat missing boot fee uh b604 can you try and see if you can expedite police in this location the man is trying to get the boot off and we're going to have a problem here can you uh get police over here he's going to try to pull off with that it's in on the rim if he moves it now he's going to tear us apart it's not a good situation owner is very upset he said he's going to cut the boot off he just cussing carrying on broken out of here money i got i make your paycheck in a he's acting like some kind of crazy person and i had a feeling we'd have a problem with this one how you doing this guy came out he was real agitated i got money you see that pull the boot halfway off complaint from a business owner people parked and then going across the street to the pizzeria right then a silver car to the left [Music] i just want to pick up a pie come on i'm just picking up a pie over here and this guy's towing my car come on buddy i just wanted to pick up a car all right no problem right now i'm gonna help you out i'm not gonna take it but i gotta charge you a drop fee of fifty dollars all right you can call 9-1-1 because you're the police [Music] no the police it's not a problem because you're parked right in front of the signs if you paid attention to the sign you wouldn't have that problem somebody was scamming people you can charge and drop these call 911. oh if you want to call i have no problem with you calling them they're going to tell you the same thing i'm telling you right here all right all right cool let me just stop the receipt i'll give you a receipt with a card i'll give it to you want to know what they're doing still you'll come running out he'll go okay give me a hundred hours and i'll drop your car all day this is what they do i'm calling the police right now other guy was a scammer he'd run over put you on the list and then he would say ah give me 100 i'll drop your car man ma'am let's get this straight right now this wasn't me that didn't all that crooked stuff before i'm a whole new tow company so if anybody wants to call the police nobody's even in this life ma'am bill let me just say something come here but you gotta talk to the landlord about the landlord once it's done see everybody gets mad at the toshiba driver but it's the landlord that wants this done give me the doors remember i'll let you scream at me let me just talk right you're right layla once it's done it's his property so if he wants you to patrol 24 hours a day we're allowed to go 24 hours a day and he owns that parking lot yeah this whole parking lot right here he owns i'm not here to make this up i'm not here to start it up but that's exactly everybody you're not allowed to park here look at the sign right there nothing here really is open i don't understand why the landlord gets so freaking pissed off if i did it during the day i would say yeah fine everything's closed at night it's bad for the good people like you that just coming home from work and just wanna go get some pizza but you gotta do our job at the same time i mean it it well you know why it's a friday night because it's linked and everybody's running for pizza so they know that they're going to know it fell at the top sir unfortunately the sign's right there and you park right there but you don't think that you're going to get towed how many times i've walked in this side yeah i ain't doing it again thank you i'll drop it down right now for you what are you charging for 50. oh that was reasonable something about 135 to get out of the yard thank you all right i dodged a little bit of a bullet but i don't feel it's right i mean everything is closed if i did it during the day i would say yeah fine but i mean there's nothing uh there's nothing here it's close all right let me go get my pie that's how it works bro now i'll be on my wall hook up see if plate is on the boot list so if it's not your plate it's not my place okay so you got somebody else play on your car that's the felony for having an impoverished felony i mean it's quite not even my place [Music] he's improperly driving we're supposed to call the police officers over the pawn in the copper and pop a plate it's improper play let him pull it he says that he put the wrong plate on the vehicle and that's illegal so we run our check first yeah tell us whether or not to leave the boot on to take the boot off the vehicle well anyway i'm still running the check on the tickets first we need to come back to this car either way vehicle it's going to be impounded okay i ain't paying nobody else's tickets from the previous play that's not even the right place i just rather pay get a ticket for improper play with 75 dollars and i'll take this boot off and go down to the impound yard and pick it up yo over fifteen hundred dollars so he would rather have the police towards because it would be cheaper for him to get ellen pounded by the dvd than it gets empowered by us once we voted it's too late bmw will be an affirmative plate is on the party to someone in the same household so we are keeping the vehicle they're keeping it on sir the play don't even go to it on top of that i'm sovereign i'm a sovereign citizen i don't even need a player that means he claiming that he's his own state his own little country he's trying to make themselves so they'll be above the law religion is just trying to get out of the boot they're not taking it off sir cars are going to be impounded if the tickets are not paid we need to call our department and find out how much is old sir but they just told me to keep the boot on the car hold on i'm sober the license plate go to some car that's connected to him must be one of his old plates they're going to the car do not leave the vehicle that's the problem i'm trying to call down here put zero for operator once the um phone number comes on he actually yields a substantial amount of money so they requested another tow truck coming to his vehicle so we just got to sit here and wait but the plate don't even belong to this car man he's in the car now trying to do anything possible not to take this vehicle oh there's a police officer right there excuse me sir hi i think i got a feeling i'm gonna have to be calling 9-1-1 on this guy i don't think he's going to give it up easy i think it's going to give me a hard time let me ask you man the play is not even registered to the car they still told my car so you're saying all the parking tickets aren't yours it's the other person the plate is the plate goes to another car right so you're pretty much you're driving around a false player pretty much okay well they're gonna tow it though [Music] i'm a sovereign citizen i'm traveling in my vehicle i don't even need to play he left the scene but he's not going to let it go easy he'll be back before we take this vehicle all right take it easy all right [Music] the wheels are lightly dragging the current you know you messed up my transmission i messed up transmission under the car thank you all right i knew he was gonna come back out they ain't my right to even tow my car in the first place 10-4 man all right so we got to release the toe that's a different kind of rhythms now when you're releasing the toe i'll take the boot off and they'll tow the vehicle which means you might have some problems with people if they realize their car is going to be towed and they could give you some flack about that [Music] so we want to get this boot off as quick as possible less time spent the last chance the owner will come out and raise holy you know what let's try this key let's try this key [Music] he's already here so it's gonna be that kind of a day so i'll tell you there's no children's money attack you spent two hours right [Music] now you have 72 hours to pay but they don't yeah he doesn't do it yesterday right right but they don't leave these cars on the street oh you say i'm talking about yesterday okay sir if you're going to do that we're going to call the police okay [Music] 511 priority put this one yesterday looking at that dante man we need police on location uh gentleman's trying to prevent the tow truck from taking us all right i'm not going to deal with this guy since he's agitated i didn't take the clamp off because i saw him come out and give us the finger just wait for police all like to just get in and get out but in this case you have to call police [Music] this was on the car number down here i called he said he got up 72 hours to make arrangements that's what they gave her that was all this was in the car this is real quick this was on the car now the police are here they're going to take care of it but right now he is standing right where the tow truck has to back up so i'm going to leave the boot on there until the tow truck gets ready to take it you got this wrong it said payment must be made immediately after installation or the vehicle may be impounded it doesn't say you have 72 hours to keep your vehicle once you get a boot on it they can take it a couple hours later this means if you wait more than 72 hours you're going to get additional fines on it through the tow and the storage officer is trying to explain that he still has 72 hours before uh he's going to be assessed any additional penalties so this means that they're allowed to take it he must have read that wrong but in the future i mean if you have a question in the parking you can call us as well i mean when it gets to the point where they're calling us that's not a good thing i tried to explain the situation he's confused but you can still get your car back you can still make payment arrangements but there's no point in acting the way he did it so this was not a happy release for the gentleman he calmed down a little i love you philadelphia have that on tv we got the food off the vehicle and got it towed out of here so we're out of here i did think today was going to be a boring day but sherry really doesn't like to get involved in any kind of situation where you have to call police she's very peaceful and mild-mannered so i don't think she's missing anything [Music] temporary police dispatch call to come to a vehicle that paperwork is not accurate i guess we'll see once we get on location what type of driver that we have hello and here's your two citations thank you officer how you doing we got recall for a gentleman following his car they said it was stolen these good officers told me everything in the house wouldn't stop the car but it's my vehicle in the world so that's the situation [Music] [Music] i mean how many times get your car stolen and come down to the police station and actually be behind the car so i called by my one and i said i'm following my car that was stolen and they looked around a couple of blocks and jumped out of the car that was when i got in the car i really appreciate you guys coming though thank you all right have a good day stories get weirder and weirder and it is kind of weird that he said he was following his car but when he stopped he's in the car usually we don't catch the owners with their own stolen car back never in life heard any story like that through an investigation we found out he has suspended license that's why we're livestock in the car now if you're driving with a suspended license a licensed driver your vehicle's gonna get towed 293 tickets for driving two blocks with a suspended license we are off the lot number seven bad luck and good luck at least i know where it is have a fan that was a weird one i never have a person that's happy their vehicle was being told maybe our lot is the safest place for this vehicle today at least we have a satisfied customer with a vehicle happy to be at the ppa you
