Overanalyzing Naruto: Oath of Pain

okay I'm like 99% sure this is the first time you hear the chalkra sound if you don't know what the chalkra sound is it's the flowing sound you hear after someone is regulating chakra oh sas's right-handed here I'm pretty sure he's left-handed you you're finished just something personal I want to say here but I love when shows or pictures or anything do this like Shadow effect on people it kind of dehumanizes them and makes the tone shift to something more dark it just makes the scene more memorable and impactful in the moment that's a weird way to show that but damn it looks cool God the shot here looks so cool just the way his hand moves around the handle of the sword shows how experienced he is it's so nice so clean there's a puddle of water as OPP of his feet they ain't need to do all that fool water prison Jutsu no yeah they kind of did need to Nerf Kakashi he was getting too powerful at this point a couple more episodes of Kakashi being this good and pain would have even had trouble too escaping into the water bad mistake Kakashi's voice here has Reverb cuz it's his thoughts but it also has this other weird effect that kind of simulates the sound when you say anything underwater bad mistake like who thought of that that's genius when you've hovered between life and death so many times it doesn't phase you then you may be called a ninja when you've become so deadly your profile is entered in my bingo book then you may have earned the title ninja but to call upstarts like you ninja is a joke yeah zab's idea of what a ninja is is all interesting but I'm kind of more Wonder wondering on how he got that perspective he's obviously a dark person but like this kind of seems like he's hella misguided if anything he disappeared again okay is your headband actually falling off from that like you had to have tied that super loose for that to happen you can't win this fight he's using all his power to keep me in this prison so he can only fight you with his water clone but the Clone can't go far from his real body if you get away from him he can't follow now run huh that's interesting to bring up I'll love someone to say about this don't you worry if we try a mji defense formation he can get around it in an instant so where's the bridge builder like he's just been gone why doesn't Zaza just like kill him you know no one's protecting him right now so it's kind of the time to do it I swear they don't actually want to kill the bridge builder they just want to kill the kids bro I swear so this is what a jonine is a true Elite ninja I've got to get away if I don't seriously he'll annihilate me Naruto doesn't realize he has plot armor he'll figure it out don't worry okay so his hand physically hurts him but it like doubles as a reminder for him although I don't really like this moment personally I can acknowledge they need it here just so this would work and it helps progress Naruto as a character yeah I guess aruka had to be in the episode one way what he wanted okay this is pretty cool good character moment since Naruto's kind of been a scaredy cat for two episodes now but I do have a problem with it how do you get the headband from under his feet that is physically impossible if you thought it was an actual problem with this shot you're mistaken on how seriously I take this channel hey you the freak with no eyebrows I don't know he kind you algorithm boost this video cuz I didn't cuss in it do you know about the graduation exam what graduation exam what's the big deal anyway we had graduation test too yeah you had an interesting theme video's getting demonetized now in all seriousness I think this is something they need to say so zza has shown that he was kind of molded to be cold like yeah anyone would be affected by having to kill your classmates your friends and this graduation exam is at least one of the reasons Z's characters is so fascinating along with his exam probably morphing his own personality as a kid you're more influenced by stuff your upbringing shapes you as a person one way or another and zab's upbringing shapes him for the worse it's pretty rated R when you think about it deeper and I'm honestly surprised it made it past censorship in TV Tokyo although the censorship might have been different cuz it was 2002 I'm still kind of surprised yeah just just cut out what soccer said it didn't matter anyway I'm joking I guess it doubles as a silent gas but it's just like not executed well at all without pause or hesitation a young boy who was not even a ninja approached the class and took down over a hundred other students he wasn't even in the academy but my point still stands here it is the blood Miss Village even if you're not in ninja you're still around it it's actually crazier now if you think about it it felt so good and like do you genuinely think he was going to say good here I feel like this could have been taken as a crack in his armor before he covers it up yep the old shoulder and elbow then to foot technique not the let me use my big sword technique it's a classic honestly I don't know how you didn't think about it Kakashi's getting increasingly more mad here and it's so cool he did say he was going to protect them and now he has to watch I wonder what Kakashi is even thinking right here it's probably pissed off I'm not giving up I've still got this SAS that's good continuity he would have had a throw it in front of him cuz Sasuke was previously shown in front of him they usually mess up stuff like this and they didn't really need to keep track of SAS here I was going to point it out if they were wrong but I'm saying cuz they did it they didn't need to do it a so that was your plan not bad Naruto yes there is a second shk in here you just have to look really hard for it am I the only one that thinks this weapon is like really cool the only shuriken that will do something important that isn't a Jutsu like oh my God why didn't they use this more a second shuriken in the shadow of the first The Shadow shurik and jutu okay it's the shadow shuriken jutu not the my shuriken teleports a couple feet downwards this was not the previous height it was at before and I'm angry because of it hold on a minute this looks like a different shot from a different show this episode is like the best so far hands down it's the first episode that we have that just fighting and it's one of the best in the Arc in my opinion Zaba get a backstory before sakera mind you and I'll have words about that when it happens the subtle stuff is good too there's not really a whole lot to say about it it's just good for beginning Naruto next episode Kakashi Shing gon Warrior that's going to suck to title
