Our Houseboat Adventures! Good Ole Cajun Fun...PART 1!

[Music] [Music] what's up everybody welcome back to that Louisiana life we back out at our new house boat and we probably will be spending about a week out here huh yay I'm actually really excited about that so we got Andy with us huh just Tara Andy and me oh So the plan is to do some chores around here we got a lot of stuff we want to do some pressure washing especi to the deck got to get it good cleaned up T got a lot of work to do I'm sure so we're going to get some chores done around here and we're going to do a lot of playing too and cooking and whatever else we get into so come along for the ride yeah two alligators chilling right there they're probably looking at Andy and waiting for them to get a little close to the water so they can maybe take a leg off or something the weather is amazing today so good day to go take a little cruise with the Drone I'm going go see how close I can get to them two alligators right [Music] [Applause] [Music] there [Music] oh [Music] [Music] a on here I don't know if I can get it out that thing oh yeah it's still in good shape I can get it out this rope well you know them fisherman they really cast clothes oh look at here I would never fish with something like that not bad good little bab I would hook myself so many times and this is so we can get to the bank right now without a permanent walkway I can't hardly see you I can't hardly see [Music] you the front porch looks amazing thank you you did great it's like night and day look the difference it's terrible you don't realize how bad it is until you take off that layer huh mhm look bra you I got my stuff done put a new brace got that done got our little Pontoon over here we doing good yeah we only have three other sides three other portions the front porch is the main thing this where we going to play at the most and now I got to take this off a Rudder that's what that is for those that don't know what you do is you take a boat and you hook it on the back of the camp and you lock the steering in place forward straight ahead and you steer right here on the front of the boat yeah you can sit down on your chair cruising down the river real slow huh but it's kind of coming coming apart right there so we got to get this thing off of here so you only need it there if you plan on moving yeah if we if we need to move the house but we could put it back on but we're going to have to put some meat back right there a couple more boards or something all right I think we did enough work for the day so we going to play for a little while see if we can go catch some fishies huh yeah I know we didn't bring enough food to last us a whole week so uh we definitely got to catch at least two to three meals right yeah probably so at least so if not we'll be we'll be hitting in the town get some grub no we going to catch something we have stuff of sandwiches we're GNA uh catch frogs maybe tonight or tomorrow and we C we're GNA catch some fish it's perfect right now beautiful all work and no play leads for what crappy day yeah Houston we have a problem yes we dang it that sucks I left the troll mode at the camp man you have one thing to do I don't even want to hear it came back to the camp got the Troll Motor cuz somebody forgot to bring it I wonder who you not me what you mean why it's never my job to get the trolling mod whatever so we decided we're just going to fish right here by the camp cuz it's starting to get late and Andy's going to chill out the camp while we fishing yep I think we're going to catch a few right here though it looks good I hope I'm going to go ahead and use this color right here what T's got Old Faithful yep I have it hooked right yeah dang it another bite no got a stick dang it we already caught our limit of trees that's my first one I caught two oh what I got oh watch the size of this sucker oh Jee now why I putting a c that he was right on the side that tree I don't know if you ever saw a Sac black like that yeah somebody's eating good well yeah look like a fish po boy to me good job what is it it better not be a suc it's a bass not what I was expecting look at the SI oh my god look how beig oh my God look at that me see man I didn't know what I had that oh my God that thing was giving that little pole everything it needed huh let me see turn it where I can see it it's a beautiful fish huh yeah look how big is on that little bitty old jig that's a beautiful fish yeah you know what letting it go I know I just feel bad for these suckers sometimes there so many people that fish for all right buddy oh God he's pretty live to bite another day I know sometimes I was nice sometimes I could be nice I well that's would I didn't think I I didn't think I was getting that in the boat that was great why can't I hook on to something like that cuz you suck yeah they got a gator right there I'm not even lying when I tell you that thing it's 10 11t Long Easy you see it go I can't believe he let us get this close you ready no no look at this his eyes are blue oh he's blinking he just blinked oh god wow that was crazy wait till you see my video wow that was a massive Gator I don't know what it is oh oh it's another big SOC okay I'mma just be um the film person today W there always the ons in the front the boat beautiful fish yeah good job now I you to eat too y we each got a fish sandwich it just looks like they would have a big one right there oh that's money get the net that should have been a fish that should have been a fish I'm going give it another look this time oh no you finally got a fish what is it what is it oh I think it's a perch I mean a bluegill a nice one too look at you oh my goodness how fat that thing fish go oh that is a fatty holy moly look yay look at the size that thing wooo that's a beautiful fish oh don't you make my own fish pee on oh no that's wrong well she take that's a beautiful little fish man you did good yeah I provided a little bit of our meal about time I know I was feeling bad put them in there with them big fat SOC need my own fish yeah up Wast of the damn time don't lie oh and she wanted to why she ain't catching fish the trees she live in the trees stay in the trees I'm going just show all the times you in the trees I try to be nice do a whole video of uh tape out tape just tar in the [Laughter] tree yep that's what I do she get out of One Tree throw right in the next one and every once in a while I catch a fish yeah when you bait hits the water she catches the fish she gives them trees hell though you nerv I catch a few oh thank you have something go ahead you in on a stump go ahead all right I'm a video me stuck but I'mma video all of yours all right say that like I always oh see mine come off all [Music] easy [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we came back to the camp fish off the porch for a little while but we did do pretty good we got [Music] [Music] [Music] just to get to my truck without being eaten alive I do not see a mark on any of you we use off sometimes but like oh I got a fish of course hold on hold that I'm sorry I messed it up oh my God you have a baby catfish tiny catfish yeah all right I I'll pick my pole up so you can finish no you can finish no go ahead I want to hear it so we use off when we need mosquito repellent we use off but a lot of times out here after the first hour after the dark maybe the mosquitoes are gone yeah they're not near as bad but right about now they start coming out we just go in for a little while I hear those dudes buzzing around my head right now but I see them a little bit of off and wait a little bit come out and it's usually good to go yeah so Drake Drake gets bit by mosquitoes more than us so he's fair skinned he got that sweet blood but anyway thanks Perry for that question because he sure made us laugh thanks again everybody for checking us out leaving awesome comments it's awesome we love reading them yeah we do get a laugh out of a lot of them and the perch thing sorry about the perch thing guys we always called perch panfish perch over here I don't know why Tara called him that I call him that that's what we grew up call if it was a panish it was a perch I actually know the names of them so we catch bluegills saket which people call crappy or white perch I think those guys in Florida call them uh specs yeah we catch um is it um Lake Runner yeah chickenin Lake Runners red ears they all they got a bunch of different names bass some people call them I guess green trout somewhere I don't know we call them largemouth bass yeah Sak I know that's a Southern Southern Louisiana thing what called and we we actually looked looked it up it's a sack of milk yeah only cun's name uh something like that huh sack of milk old sack of milk anyway well more to come [Music] yep I know we just talked about this but the mosquitoes got a little crazy we came inside for a little while do a little supper what you working with we are doing um mixed vegetables I was they supposed to be grilled but we could do them in the oven no and um hamburger patties from tomplay grocery in pierport jalapeno and cheese they make them there yes they do looks good to me it's going to be good this is how we rolling tonight burgers and fresh vegetables first time we use the oven and vegetables are hidden you you know I I love me some mushroom now you got to try my try my jalapa and cheese cheeseburger I already know that thing would be good very good yeah burger ain't got crap on [Laughter] this I'm glad you like it very good you did such an amazing job on supper tonight I'm going to going take me frogs I'm going to take you catch frogs I'mma take you catch supper for tomorrow night that's a good train off all right whenever you ready let's do it I'll be ready in a minute let's get it on ready straight down no you missed him the first one he was facing towards me oh stay home she missed the first one start over start over start over no come on no over she's not perfect the first one start over she missed the first one right there Tera stay down no he's in front of the boat Oh I thought you saw him still there don't oh he's still there straight down Tara like straight down can't believe he stayed there I ran that dude over with the boat and all he's still there wow that was crazy that's a good one too okay she missed the first one we'll take got the second one why is that so much fun what catching frogs I don't know they make me smile when they make their noises I got some good news though you see another one or you see a lot of gators well I see a lot of gators but I do see a good bit of frogs somebody asked us earlier if we uh ever see frogs when it's in the 50s well yes it's in the 50s we actually caught some what a couple weekends ago in the 40s it was low 40s they just move a lot slower they play nice when it's cold [Music] yeah no excuses oh oh you got him by a to I hate they facing me you got him by a to I got him that's a good one there see him yeah oh nice PE that's tera's that's the size fro she likes right there yes I do her favorite size not too big not too little where he at behind that Moss I [Music] think I know it it's a lykin oh God he's about to land the boat oh my goodness you saw that he almost landed on us what I think maybe he was startled or something or he startled me I'm not going to lie I thought he was laying in the boat see we've been challenged by I think a couple people challenged us to try to catch a frog with a fishing pole I've heard of people doing it I've actually watched a video last week somebody told me to go watch and they catching them on a fishing pole so I want to see if we can do it what you think I think we can I did bring I brought one set up with this little bait on it right here we're going to uh we going to give it a shot let's see first time frogging with a fishing pole oh he tried oh he got it I got him I got him no way I got oh he got all I had him okay wait so we have to said the hook I was trying to I was trying to pull him up he was Heavy wa right in his face what he's going for you think I got him oh how look he's still there he's still there he's closer oh I got him this time I got his but way yes I got him I got him for FR no God D it he pulled it out of his mouth with his foot got to be faster oh my God Drake would love this oh goodness oh I got his butt this time get in here oh watch out I got him fishing for frogs oh yeah finally oh my God God that's a frog oh he got my beat he didn't want to let go oh my God we did it we did it I wish wish I would remember the name of the um the names of the people that wanted us to try this uh I go back yeah that was cool I really didn't think it would be that easy let's see if we can get one more with the fishing pool and then we're going back for grabbing them by hand look at right there let's see now I got him that's what you call oh he got loose I think there funny you chasing frogs in the boat there he is he's not a monster no you letting him go yeah why not how was that was that fun it was fun so you did good with the challenge did it took you a few tries to figure it out hey we did it yeah but we're going to go back to Old Fashion grabbing by hand snatch and grab yeah but that was fun yeah thank y'all for suggesting that it took you probably um that was awesome that they even suggested to do that was that was actually fun Drake We're going to get Drake out here to do that and he was going to he's going to love it oh right here about 5 ft on your right 3T 2T snatch and grab ooh that's a eater huh no I don't think oh yeah you think definitely oh he's missing a foot oh he you have to let him go that dude's missing a foot oh my goodness poor thing man I feel bad for man I can't keep you man you already had a rough one poor thing what could have happen well they only got about 10,000 Gators right here so yeah true he's lucky he only missed a foot man that's some fatty huh y look he just sitting there oh there you go look there's another one back there by the tree look how big that one is oh yeah it's like a herd well at least we know if we need something else to eat where comeing yeah they are so big look they got something right here grab them yeah right on that grass line right in front of you see them all right one right in front of the boat you got them both yeah look at wo you got two that's awesome hold on let me get the motor off now now you catching two at a time that's what I'm catching that's awesome let me open up that's not bad for being out here for not long no and we played a lot with fishing Poes yeah oh look at [Music] you they all over right here just so you know I'm talking like hundreds of them he cute oh look they all over this H the boat look they are cute when they little there's so many of them probably bite my finger there you go I got him see them straight down look right there big one big got him yeah I thought you was joking you was that that was that little Gator you was looking at look right front look look look right there there's Gator everywhere in there froges just hanging out you see what you see the gator right here look I didn't even see him that frog that's what I thought you was looking at when you was clowning me about catching a frog I thought was that frog doing right here with 100 Gators thing oh he's coming to us that's a good frog too does he see us think cool huh the Frog's like oh Don't Put Me by him watch he's going pop right back he's right there I see him swimming look oh look how cool that looks he's still swimming you see him good H yeah woo woo whole lot of goodness right here look at that it's like hair thick hair we're going to go ahead and call it a night we're tired a long it was a long day but a good day caught some fish caught some frogs got a few chores done around here it was great more for tomorrow yeah ready Andy the dude's got baggy eyes red eyes that dude's ready to go to bed yes nighty night good morning Shake Tara out I had a fish you had a bite yeah I had a fish we literally just got up a couple minutes ago I'm making coffee and she's fishing and yes I know my hair looks awesome so so is mine my buddy out there was telling me look like I had a mullet going on but uh no a mullet is uh party in the back business in the front right yeah party everywhere mine's all party no business oh sort to wake us up a little bit Yeah so that we can do what look at this dude here what are you doing under there bro we got to wake up so we can do some more chores and go play some more yeah finish up on the pressure washer few other things to do getting back on it got to get it done what go ahead what was that come on water let's see before and after checking out your progress it looks good huh it looks fantastic look at that the difference hi Andy it's amazing they got some pretty wood hiding under there huh yeah they had a mud diver W Nest the size of my leg in there that thing was huge and it was causing problems with the hot water heater all right try it again she working now we're going to go do a little catfishing for a little while probably not the smartest thing we ever did considering it's already raining but we still want to go might get a little wet tera's already got her rain suit on so you over here let's get it the front I call first fish Tara what do they say when it's raining the fish bite no I don't know what what you got to blame it on oh you got a Blame It On The Rain everything BL oh yeah that was a great idea great you're the one that wanted to come all this way oh how how many have you missed that's three you saw me try to set it right I know she missed three fish and I just popped one off what did I what am I doing wrong it's not you it's both of us we're doing everything wrong we're not catching I know but like I Tri said to hook he told me you hooked him this time he hooked himself I was looking at my phone oh looks like it' be a good one huh oh I think you got a good one you called first fish let's see if you can get in the boat oh I shouldn't have said that huh you should should have said that oh my God go me the sucking continues what am I doing wrong oh huh show me I don't know I've never miss missed this this made oh he bit it already you got him I don't know I just thought resetting the hook no he's on there well last time we thought they was on there too that fish bit as soon as your bait hit the water that was crazy all right I'm not going to jinx you this time just don't say a word just get it in the boat oh was a blue cat oh look at the falling I'll get him we got one in the boat y a beautiful catfish he is pretty that's a beautiful boot cat huh yeah get a different angle take a few more like that well this is promising I got to get one in the boat let I hooked enough of them let's see feels big oh nice yeah that is a channel cat yep you learning it's a good one there I mine's not going to be lonely and I get two in a row what's the chances ooo perfect size job luing you perfect size y oh we got how how is that possible that was super quick I need to move my my cork my bait another Channel cat well you making up for lost time man just swallow up there how how is that possible he swallowed it like a couple seconds yeah m I I got a fish got one yeah he's probably swallowing it too go ahead oh you set the hook on that thing like it was a shark or something uh Pop My Line how you poped your line cuz you said the hook on it so hard oh no it's my fault oh Lord a one after the other no this is getting old this is getting old all right it's my turn that's a pretty one huh yeah it's my turn nobody stopping you you are pretty Channel cat yeah I tell you what the basket is looking good how many you got in there one that's it hey I reached my goal I got I got first fish you fell left out I did oh a good one they all running about the same size you can flip them in maybe good job thank you look at her free fish Yeah well yeah baby I think we're the only ones out here in this Lake today we the only idiots out here I wonder why cuz we the only one's getting wet out here I'm getting wet your rain gear is not the best huh no it's all used up it was good when I first got it I think these are frog togs does anybody have any recommendations on good fishing rain gear yeah don't go fish don't go fishing in the rain yeah no I want some good replacement rain gear so drop it in the comments if you have any recommendations on fishing rain gear I'm in a market I think we did pretty good they got plenty in there yeah and we're cold and wet so it's time to go this is going to suck you ready got yes got warm up with some coffee yes woo I'm warm up with a cold beer still raining I'm cold eight catfish nine frogs from last night and those few fish that we caught yesterday evening so we got plenty but I think I'm going to go ahead and clean them tomorrow we're going to try to catch more frogs too right I think so not I don't know about tonight the weather's kind of but before we cook those yeah so we'll probably eat fish tomorrow but I'mma clean up tomorrow tonight steaks yeah we're doing steaks in asparagus yeah I don't feel like messing with just tonight and it's lovely weather took down one of them bnk beds and Tara is putting together a full-size bed wooo you on your own hey huh I can do it let see what you can do I can do it I'm going to start getting supper ready that's a fair trade huh that is a great trade all right look at you you did it good job all by yourself all by myself supper time big fat riye for me t- bone fora tea fora huh tea fora there you go and some asparagus it's going to be delicious m terara that smells wonderful and things are looking awesome it looks amazing I think I did pretty good I didn't taste it yet so I taste it mine you did great it's about to happen well what the Verdi extremely good yours mine's delicious is that my pieces over there yes that is your pie that's yours yes this is is going to be yours too a big chunk of fat right there come on mhm all right what let's eat oh I guess we're going to call it a night I got a lot of stuff to do T got a few more chores to do so I guess it's going to be nighty night oh look that's for Andy tomorrow I ate that whole steak I ate my whole steak too that steak was Jam we we gave Andy a few little pieces earlier but that's going to be his treat tomorrow so all right guys nighty night good [Music] night
