flying Thunder God is one of the most overpowered abilities in the entire franchise so when Boro performed it in chapter 4 of two blue Vortex the first question that came to mind was how he learned it was it through jiah's memories stored in the mind of kashen Koji did Bor steal its forbidden scroll from the village or did he find a way to speak with the dead thus learning it from mat himself there are many possibilities that could explain how this happened since well this is of course fiction though with the recent reveal of boruto's Base off operations being orar Hideout it does more so imply that he learned it from one of his new Masters that being ultam Maru himself you see this is completely plausible since I also believe that or chimaru wasn't affected by omnipotence but I'll explain that later on what I want to focus on right now is why or chimaru would indeed help boruto and why he would also have information on how flying rain is performed you see this all goes back to what ult maru's true goal in life is which is to obtain all jutsus and gain a true understanding of everything in his world that's because he believed that only the person who understands everything can truly be called the ultimate being that's also why he ran many experiments on men women children and even animals he needed to understand what made these things function this is actually what led to his obsession with gaining immortality since in order to obtain every possible Jutsu and truth it would require an eternity which requires immortality so orar knowing the formula for flying ring isn't far-fetched especially since Jutsu was a part of Village records long before he was born now you might say that it doesn't make sense since he never used it but it is important to note that him not using it doesn't mean that he doesn't know how to in fact he lost all of his jutsus for majority of the series after they were sealed Away by the third okag he only received them in the war and barely got any screen time afterwards so it is possible that he knows the formula but isn't good at using it which is why he doesn't I mean even the third AAG stated to have learned all the jutsus in the leaf but we've barely seen him used 10 of them so it isn't an impossibility we even have boruto who stated that he isn't as good as Mino when he used it to teleport to the 10 tailes Dimension which means that skill does play a big part in the process regardless of whether you can use it or not it also makes sense that he would help boruto since he was accompanied by Sasuke the person's wind or chimaru decided to follow so Sasuke merely telling or chimaru to provide them with the formula for flying Ren and him doing it isn't far-fetched regardless of whether he's affected by omnipotence or not even so there is a possibility that or tomaru is indeed immune to omnipotence or at least he should be to understand why this is the case you need to go back to the events of Naruto during the fourth great ninja war more specifically chapter 618 titled the all knowing in this chapter we witness the resurrection of the prior for okag at the hands of or chimaru using the edot tensei impro world reincarnation technique this technique allows you to bind the soul of a deceased person to a living vessel but in order for that technique to work the soul must reside in in the pure lands or at least they can't be sealed or trapped in any sense however this was the case for the forages their souls were trapped in the belly of the Soul Reaper which means they could not be summoned so in order because you have people who still believe that Madara created the white zetsu using hashirama cells which isn't true but there's a reason why they believe that zetu himself was actually introduced in chapter 234 of Naruto's original manga which showed him observing about versus narut and Sasuke in the Valley of the end we later saw the character pop up a few times throughout the manga with no explanation as to what or who he was until chapter 512 in this chapter kabo requested a piece of white zetsu's body in the event that he wasn't able to capture Yamato that's because Yamato is one of orim maru's test subjects that were injected with Hashi raman's cells his experiment was a success which gave him the ability to use wood release and possess Hashi raan's genetic composition to some degree now the reason why white zetsu would go as a substitute for Yamato is because their bodies also consist of ashir cells to some degree you see later on in this very same chapter Obito who is still pretending to be mod at this point in time brought kabo to his underground facility where he revealed a husk of the tels known as the ghetto statue which was sitting on top what appears to be a mini Divine tree now I'm sure you guys have many questions about how this is possible when the tels is the god tree but I would address that in a few minutes what's important here is what was revealed to us later on which was a petrified form of hashirama St within the stem of the tree itself Obito himself referred to this thing as hashu then later said that it was something replicated from the living cells he stole from hashirama in their last battle which would be the moment he bit off a piece of hashirama's cells the same cells he grafted onto his wounds which then allowed him to awaken the renegon he then showed Kabuto that he has over 100,000 white zetus and explained that he took most of the chakra from the beu stored inside the ghetto statue to create them again this is still Obito pretending to be murderer which means that the information he's relating to kabo is just what he heard from madra himself now I'm not saying that madra lied to Obito but more so that he himself didn't know the truth you see during the battle with kagia BL zetu confirmed that M did indeed awaken the renegon and summoned the GTO statue years after he grafted hashirama's flesh into his wound he also revealed that madra then cultured hashirama's flesh using the ghetto statue in an effort to prolong his life so that's what resulted in the Petrified form of hashirama sticking out of the Divine tree however what's most important here is that black that zetsu revealed that MAA thought he created the white zetus using hasham cells because they seem to be an incidental byproduct of him feeding the cells to the Statue but the truth is that they were actually the people put under infinite suomi from the past black zetu was the one who extracted them from the statue and made it look like M created them so what this revealed is that the white zetsu are not being created using hashan cells they only possessed those cells because it was fed to get a statue who then cultured it and dispersed it into already exist existing white zetus by the way culture just means to be grown or propagated in an artificial medium that Medium being the ghetto statue so then possessing hasham cells will be similar to how Kabuto injected hasham cells into sas's body to heal him that doesn't then mean that sas's entire genetic structure was remodeled with hashan cells but it does mean that they exist within his body now the reason why I brought this up is because the white zsus are in fact remodeled humans this was stated by BL zetsu when he informed team seven of the true Origins of white zetsu and confirm that the humans were transformed slowly over time in order for them to become soldiers now this is public information we already knew this but I wanted to place emphasis on the word transformed which in this case means they were genetically altered to the point where it started to sh their physical appearances and the abilities they were later able to use what I'm trying to say is that the humans were remodeled by the Divine tree using utsuki DNA now the reason why this makes perfect sense is because theils can only turn into a Divine tree and bear a choc of fruit after consuming anot susuki so even though we never saw anot susuki get fed to the Divine tree kaga took her fruit from that doesn't mean that it didn't happen in fact per the lore and what stated in Canon that had to have happened so that simply means that the fruit kaga consumed consisted of utsuki DNA and so does the tree she took the fruit from this also ties into kaga's backstory which is that the TS isn't just the Divine tree it's kagia herself so it wasn't the Divine tree's Incarnation trying to reclaim its chakra fruit it was actually kaga's will attempting to take the chakra that was dispersed into her children this also implies that haaro didn't know that kaga had merged with the tentel nor that he was actually battling his own mother he actually thought he was just fighting a Mindless Beast trying to reclaim the power taken from its trer fruit which the two brothers now possessed by the way this is backed up by Hagar himself when he stated that they battled the tentel to atone for the sins or crimes kagia left behind which implies that kaga wasn't even present at that time so this directly contradicts the story told in the anime so I would recommend writing that off as filler with that said the point of all of this is to show that instead of being consumed by the entails kaga found a way to merge with the entails instead this led to kagia Awakening her own unique beu form which pretty much manifested in the form of a giant rabbit in fact she somewhat became the tenent tale of the entails as show when off the beu was extracted from the host body this also lines up perfectly with CO's entire goal of feeding boruto to the tentel which hinges solely on the fact that boruto's otsutsuki DNA will be included in the fru he reaps from the tree which will then utsuk ify his body so carrying over that same logic to the white zetus who were created using the Divine tree remodeling humans the same Divine tree that had already consumed an utsuki and merged with another utsuki should mean that the white zsus are being remodeled using utsuki DNA and as I said before this manifested in their physical appearance as well with them now possessing white skin and horns protruding from their bodies these are all characteristics of the otsutsuki now you could say that they only have these physical characteristics due to hasham cells and I thought of that as well since you are the example of danzo's hasham cell hand having this white grayish color however the reason why this hand looks the way it does likely isn't due to Hash ramama cells but more so due to the skin color of its original owner which would be Shen AIA now Shen was experimented on using hasham which is why his hand consist of those cells but him having that skin color was never stated to be because of those cells in fact you have characters such as H chimaru himself who had white skin since he was a child and so was the case for Sai you also have cases of people not developing white skin after being injected with hashirama cells those being timaru's other experiments such as Yamato and even Sasuke who received those cells during the war so there's really no evidence suggesting that having hasham cells gives you white skin now I really didn't need to say all of that because the fort data book has this exert where it says that white zetsu seem to be born from a cross breed between Mao and hashan cells however actually they're imprisoned by kagia in ancient times in infinite suomi the people became inhabitants of a dream world as M Shadows of their former selves people that are captured by the god tree spending time in it solely become white zetsu so not only does that confirm that they get transformed by the god tree it also specifies that they become white zetus in even absent of hashirama cells so the most likely case is that they were remodeled by otsutsuki DNA that was introduced into the tentel by kagia and yotsuki that it consumed now this simply means that orochimaru's body which is the body of a white zetsu is either fully or partially otsutsuki and as you know otsuki are immune to omnipotence which would make oamaru immune to omnipotence so the logic does make sense but there is one issue do you need to be fully Uki to not be affected or do you just need to be certain percentage of susuki for it to matter the reason why this question needs to be answered is because kawaki was confirmed to be just 80% otsutsuki before he lost the Carmen seal which is what otsutsuki finds the body he did later regain the Carmen seal in the form of a weapon which allowed him to utilize the data that was already extracted within his body but nothing said that he somehow got the remaining 20% of is shiki's data well nothing aside from code somehow knowing that kawaki and boruto are now full otsutsuki which I wouldn't count as reliable since he has no way of truly knowing what percentage of toi kawaki is it just seems like he made a guess based on kawaki using isik's abilities now if you go off actual statements by Miki himself kawaki should be around 82% or 80% so this likely means that you don't need to be one 100% otsutsuki for you to be not affected by omnipotence you just need to be otsutsuki enough now I say that because you have characters such as mitsky who likely is partially Uki since he was created using some of orim maru's cells among other things but he was affected by omnipotence and aah charm ability so that likely means that he doesn't have enough utsuki data for it to matter similar to how the oia and Senus are all descendants of the ukis but SAS was still affected since his Uki Gene is like 5% or less at this point so it is possible that Timaru himself isn't otsutsuki enough if a full white zetsu body isn't otsutsuki enough to withstand omnipotence but it's also possible that he is with that said I did notice other things during my extensive research if you want to call it that such as this imagery being very similar to what happened in chapter 2 of boruto tuue Vortex where one of codes CLA Grime seemingly consumed one of the humans and then turned into a tree so what this means is that this minigod tree the Divine Tree ctin on was created using hashirama's cultured cells or it's also possible that it created the tree first then infused it with hashirama's cells which is how it infused the white zetus with hashirama's DNA now another cool thing to point out is that this area which shows the ghetto statue sitting on this mini divine Tre is actually the same area team 7 visited in Boral episode 52 which is where they encountered the evolved white zetsu you can see that The Bu The Ghetto statue was sitting on is now closed and it has the same marking on the walls around it it also has the same structure to stand on directly in front of the tree as well now of course this is simplified in the anime format so it looks somewhat different but it's the same thing also the markings on the wall which leads to the root of the tree is the same along with what's below the tree as well so it's pretty clear that this is indeed the same location store the army of white zetus what's also interesting is that in this episode mitsky knew every single thing about the white zetus and attributed that knowledge to or chimaru we also had uchimaru erasing people from existence without weaving hand signs which is very similar to an ability kaga displayed in the past and as we know shinjutsu are Divine abilities stemming directly from the otsutsuki which doesn't require them to weave hand signs so suffice to say that the ability Timar used to perform this feat is likely shinjutsu which is's likely able to use due to be partially utsuki now there are multiple abilities in Naruto that doesn't require hand signs but given the similarities to kaga's Ability at wer that this one is in fact shinjutsu but that say let your thoughts down below do you think that oamaru was boruto's
