To begin, create a project and then add bid packages for work to be subcontracted. Enter trade codes, instructions, and link supporting documentation to detail the work requirements. Identify qualified subcontractors by filtering on criteria, such as trade code and location. Publish packages to send out invitations to bid. Subcontractors.
