though this channel you gotta warm it up you gotta get the appetizer going first it's all about the appetizer so what i have today actually appetizer this thing is this box is kind of big put it right there i have today is actually an appetizer box from the youtuber box attack toys so i bought a few of his recent mystery box run back i think it was like yeah like the middle of may and this is the first time i'll be opening up from the ones i purchased these were not guaranteed value um i think without looking it up i think it was like 18 or 20 bucks a box i think it was it was around around that range you know at the same price as you know just a lower price point mystery box a mystery box of chance yeah these i do remember these were not guaranteed value and there were some you know decent hits possible um nothing was guaranteed so you can go home losing a little bit of money but that's the chance you take with mystery boxes i got whatnot app pulled up ready to go to scan prices exclusive black panther i got this whenever i got the credit core box when it came out and actually got a few more in collections and always sells really well i think i usually get 35 40 bucks out of 33 so actually dropped a few bucks in value like i said i usually get about 35 as high as 40 bucks for this pop it just dropped down looks like it's about 33 dollars but prices flux should weigh on pops all the time so 33 bucks today could be 40 bucks next week so by time i sell this in my next whatnot auction it could be 40 bucks again yeah that's a good pop and i do know i got one what i paid because i think i paid like around 20 bucks for each box attack toys mystery box so good appetizer actually made a few bucks on that one here we go the big boy the nerdy newt three hundred dollar guaranteed grail mystery box so i try to go to the actual web page and the web page is already gone so i'm on to their instagram and they just had like the sold out it went on or started shipping back in may or early may yeah it looks like the big three hits i'm just looking at the page right here are the yoda freddie funko 450 piece you've got the flocked lino the sdcc exclusive which is pretty highly desired i just lost the page my finger hit it there we go and then we've got it looks like the metallic freddy funko genie from that box of fun from like sdcc 2019. look those are three big hits um the description on the webpage i couldn't find anymore there i took down the page because they sold out like you know three weeks ago here we go so it's a guaranteed grail but it's not a guaranteed uh value mystery box though just guaranteed grail they use a double box they're more expensive boxes so it should be a box in a box a lot of companies will double box their more expensive mystery boxes because they don't want to take a chance of some of these releases for the pubs getting damaged and shipping and it is the box in a box looks like i think yeah you you chose the boxes that you wanted it looks like i chose box number 29 for this one and sometimes your mission box is gonna have four pops sometimes they have six pops in them it's kind of like i i can't remember half the time what i even what i even got but yeah there is the nerdy new tape that they put on all their boxes for a little little pizzazz to their boxes the box still all sealed up for when it shipped out here we go let's do this guaranteed grail so i think they define grails if i remember from the original web page before they took it down because you know it was weeks ago i think it was like 100 and upwards guaranteed grail i think with them you probably won't lose much more like 50 bucks max i bet probably 250 or you can you know get like 250 back in value but i've done well with with their company in the past um here we go 300 bucks my goal is to at least break even no peaking so on top you got their business five by seven card looks like for ten percent for next order with code newt or ones no protectors first first out of gate we've got a harry potter harry potter sdcc 2020 shared sticker probably not super expensive more likely since it's pretty much like what a year old actually less than that because sdcc got cancelled and i think they they released the pops like what june or something like that last year i could be off though but first one harry potter it's not bad harry potter stuff always sells really well sells easily you can move that stuff here we go next one we've got steve irwin is this the chase nope not steve owen chase calm and pop you actually don't see these in stores anymore you used to see this steve irwin pop like on the shelves at walmart and target and hot topic i actually don't see these anymore but this has a production date of september 2019 so we're coming up on two years so funko this actually might be vaulted right now i just don't realize it but you don't see this pop much anymore i know the common when i've sold in the past i'm lucky to get five six bucks out of it the chase i usually get like 25 30 out of the chase that common though you don't get much for it of course once it gets vaulted then watch it like skyrocket here we go next one the backs of haunted mansion oh is this the chicken nope not j this is alexander nitro cough had this pop before i think this actually does have a chase variation though pretty sure it does uh just a common pop right here probably like you know eight bucks probably steve was probably like eight bucks eight bucks this was maybe like 12 15 so it's probably a total of no more than 25 30 bucks during the first three pops here we go first pop that's in the soft protector let me get that there there's the back of it okay first one saw protector oh sweet we got the iron man black light target exclusive but it is the overseas specialist and sticker on it but actually it's a super cool pop iron man i've so actually whenever target restocked these i i bought like 20 some of them i i sold through them all in uh what not auctions i usually got about 25 30 bucks a piece for them it sells pretty decently pretty silly so right now the guy's probably like 40 bucks maybe there you go soft paw protector pop number five jungle book we have ca or k this is a 2014 pop this is seven year old pop right here original price tag of 1099 from some place called better rock city we have an old kind of good disney pop it might actually be kind of a grail for a lot of people this this over here could be like 50 bucks i bet so there's the first five pops we have one pop left that's in a hard stack i don't know how good how good that it's going to be because i think here might might be 100 bucks right here this this is probably gonna i should say it's probably at least like 150 i bet you ready heart stack in three in two and one oh sweet that's a good one i'll take that we have the babe ruth this is the nycc 2019 the actual con stickered babe ruth this one was only available at the con with this sticker like there are no shared stickers for this pop as far as i know first time i've actually had the bay ruth that's not bad let's uh see some value first one with this haunted mansion thing on the whatnot app it lists a ppg value of eight bucks so actually i called that one eight dollars and pop number two steve irwin with a crocodile is actually up to 12 bucks now it says but you're not getting 12 bucks for this pop but that's the value of it the chase is actually worth 40. harry potter world cup summer convention and it's coming in at 29 with the shared sticker that's i think it's worth that much it just came out last year but we're never looking at the first three pops 49 bucks i think i estimated i think the first three were like what 40 something like that i think it was i think i could be off on that and then we got the fourth pup the iron man blacklight sticker matters in terms of value the special editions were 20 bucks the target stairs were 24 so this is worth 20 bucks right now we're looking at with the first five pops or four pops 69 fifth pop we've got the jungle book call okay i'm not sure how we say kaa but it came out in 2014 obviously long vaulted it's only worth 38 bucks though that'd be worth a little bit more than that i think i said like what maybe like 50 bucks for this like i said like these pops here might be worth about a hundred dollars they're actually worth 119. okay so it's not that wasn't too far off with the estimated value we got one pop left the grail and the last one we've got babe ruth pinstripes nycc new york comic con 2019 exclusive only available at the comic con and it's coming in at 210 not too bad so it gives the grand total six pops 329 dollars so actually i got i got guaranteed value back of course shipping was probably like what 15 bucks so i probably spent about 315 320 this box so if you want to throw in shipping costs i pretty much broke even on this box so i'm happy with that my goal with a mystery box is always at least just get my money back if i can at least break even i'm happy and actually this is a super cool hit first time i've actually seen this one in person this babe
