After entering the verification code , your WeChat account has been opened. After opening WeChat, now you need to open the Hong Kong wallet. Before opening the wallet, let me introduce the plus button in the upper right corner . After going down, you will see four options because WeChat is a communication software. The first and second are for chatting and adding friends . The second two are for scanning codes and receiving and paying. To open a wallet, click on the fourth. Usually after entering You will see a QR code for payment. Because it is not activated, you will see this screen. Press it to open immediately . Set a password. There are three ways to set a password for you. Select the first mobile phone number to set a password. Enter the mobile phone number and send a verification code to enter . After the verification code, you need to register your e-mail address here. This e-mail address is used to retrieve the payment password. If there is an elderly person who does not have an e-mail address, you can also fill in your name. After filling in, click confirm and fill in a 6-digit number. After the payment password is completed, you can add a bank card or a credit card. Here you can add a UnionPay card, a Visa card, a master card or 24 banks in Hong Kong. After selecting, enter the previous 6-digit payment password and enter the credit card information. When you’re done, the mainland wallet needs to be switched manually. Press the three points in the upper right corner of the service, and there will be more. After switching the wallet region, you will see two wallet regions. Select China mainland , so you can switch to the mainland wallet. At this time, you can press to enter the wallet. Check to see if there is a credit card added successfully , and then open a mainland wallet. You may think that the steps seem complicated , but follow the instructions step by step and it will be easy to open a mainland wallet. After you open a mainland wallet, you will travel to mainland China. It will be much more convenient. For me, the frequency of using WeChat will be higher than that of Alipay, because there will be more scenarios than Alipay. For example, communication software will be used as a payment tool. Sometimes when I go to a restaurant, I will scan the QR code to order food or even buy takeaway. You can use many different services in the mini-program in WeChat. If you want to use the mini-program, you can click in the search bar and you will see the mini-program. Then enter the place you want to find, such as the Shanghai Power Station of Art. Except for fast food like McDonald’s, you can use the mini program to order food or even book hotels through the mini program , so you don’t need to download their software . Just press the three points in the upper right corner and you will see the service management. Press it in After that, you can close or use it according to your needs. I usually turn off these functions. To turn it off, you can go to the settings On the login page, you will usually see the discovery page management. You can turn on or off these services according to your needs. Many people find it troublesome to use Alipay or WeChat every time they have to open the software every time. Then open some functions before you can use it , such as ordering and paying. I will now demonstrate a quick method how to scan the code to pay without opening the software. In fact, the method is very simple. Just press the software lightly for about 2 seconds and it will pop up . The shortcut key is like Alipay, you can quickly scan the QR code to pay and the ride code.
