all right we're gonna do a side-by-side comparison of the Uni code of 16 and the pro and here's how we're going to do it we're gonna make two pizzas on each one so we've got some dough got some Trader Joe's mozzarella we got the Trader Joe's cameras oh so we're gonna have a can brizola and pear we've got some cold pork here so pulled pork and onion and cilantro for our second pizza so we'll put them in here fire them up side by side and see how many two minutes and the center of the Uni is high it's over 800 now let's take a look at the center of the pro like super hot that's 750 800 750 so I'm in the 750 both of them hot enough so that's going so we've got our pizzas here so we've got two pizzas one two those will go in the Pro these two one two are gonna go into the 16 so here we go it's recording over here so the first thing I'm gonna do I'm gonna turn this down to low down below getting puffy in the back all right take that out looking pretty good give it a little spin so you see the flames there that is likely from the flower extra flower what I like about this there's lots of space in there and I have this on the low setting with a low flame but a hot stone get a little crispy on that side hard to see up there take a note okay alright there you go here's our first our first pizza coming off pretty good okay next beat set coming in turn it back down it's hard to really see in there I need a flashlight interesting to note all right so that's looking pretty good in the back there we blend around it's a good-looking pizza yeah all right all right the the Pro has been on for about ten minutes longer and it has now gotten up to the same temperature so we're gonna give it a shot here all right there we go so a couple things to notice I have the pizza door on that really helps for getting the flame of it it makes a little harder to get access to but it definitely keeps it hot in there so we'll a few more seconds there you see it getting puffy [Music] this one is one of the questions that people ask is well there's only the one burner in the back it's better or worse than two it's different all right so there's our first one so one things you noticed I didn't leave it in that much longer but it got it got cooked oh I didn't turn this one down that's what happened there so I forgot to turn let's do that maybe a bit more of a failed comparison yeah well and you know one of the problems is we're gonna turn the heat down you're gonna come around the back here okay here we go so we'll do the second one I forgot and you notice those all slid off really easily that's the cornmeal cornmeal working its magic yeah we can eat these in a moment yeah yeah this is definitely taking a lot longer yes but I'm not a lot longer but it's yeah almost for supervisor doing a good job yeah take a look at the bottom here I'm looking good so I feel like I want it just a little bit hotter you notice it's tiny bit more off the top nope yep yep and we don't know yep all right okay so we've got four pizzas out these two we're done on the the codis 16 someone already got in on those here's the this is the Oni Pro and the got a little hotter I think maybe on the Unni Pro but you know a great cook great bubbles you know certainly no objection to it a little puffier whereas a little skinnier on that one and I was able to get a little better crisp on this one I was having a little harder time when I turned the temperature down like it was hot on the top but but still you know a fantastic that's fantastic puffiness so here's my verdict so first of all they're both great can't go wrong with either one if you knew you were going gasp I would go with the sixteen because you just have a lot better temperature control a bigger entry way faster heating time so if you know you're going gas a hundred percent of the time I think that's an easy easy decision but if you're thinking that you want wood and want the flexibility of wood and pellets and and gas you can't go wrong with the pro it's it turns out a fantastic pizza every time so they're both great choices if you're going all gasp I would go with the coda if you are interested in wood or charcoal or pellets obviously you're going to go with the pro thanks for watching you
