Green Onion. Add green onions to eggs. 2 Tomatoes. Put tomatoes in a bowl. Season with Salt and Black pepper. 1/2 cup / 100g Sour cream. Mix well. Pour the egg mixture over the baguette. Cover and cook over medium/low heat for about 2 minutes. 2 oz/ 60 g Swiss raclette (or see ingredient list).
