another with the same measure of the love of Christ my favorite part of one thing has definitely been gathering with people from my generation who are passionately worshiping the Lord and just going for it there's nothing like that just being surrounded by people who all are of one heart and one mind in unity and just on fire for Jesus [Music] and day and night they never cease to say holy holy holy is the Lord God Almighty who was and is and is to come god we just want to join with everyone in heaven ago you're so worthy of all the honor all the glory tonight every single bit of it we don't want to think about anyone else well we look at you're worthy you're worthy holy holy holy is the Lord God Almighty who was it is it is the comfort he keeps on saying it's just you and I it's just you and I this I can look me in the eyes and I'm like looking at the eyes and I'm beholding I like beholding our Father and beholding our king of all kings and just being in that throne room and my the okay.i I woke up with Jesus this morning every morning I wake up with Jesus it's been 13 years of the same thing like he's there to meet me every day I mean he's there anyway but when I wake up I get to meet him again it's so good and I've been with him all night but don't remember where I've been are you guys with me like what what Francis Chan shared last night is so important like when you come together how awesome it is to just do anything it says that whatever we do we're supposed to do it is under the Lord and on for people so whether it's your job whether you're going shopping whether you're pumping gas you're doing it unto Jesus you're not doing it for anybody else like this makes your job your mission filled this makes your school your mission field it's not about being in full-time ministry it's about being in love with Jesus full-time it's about being possessed by Jesus and everything that you do and everything that you say it's about representing him in everything everything no matter what we do and when we start to understand the reality of representing him and everything we do we want it we won't want to do the things that don't please him I know it sounds ridiculous and amazing at the same time for some it's so far away and for some it's the only way it is but honestly the truth is is that Jesus says this is the only way it's supposed to be so far away meaning like how am I gonna get to that place like I'm over here it's it's not a long journey to get from where you are to where he says you are it's actually one step it's the one step program are you with me I tried 12 steps it doesn't work listen I was a drug addict for 22 years I went through 12 steps my whole life and none of them worked for me as soon as I would say hey my name's Todd and I'm a recovering addict the first thing I wanted to do is use see the 12 steps don't work when you say hey my name is Todd I'm a brand new creation that doesn't go along with the program because people say once an addict only an addict well maybe that's true because I've been created to be addicted to Jesus see when you've tasted and seen that the Lord is good nothing else fits nothing else works family doesn't work unless you've loved Jesus with all your heart with all your soul with all your mind I love that in the New Testament strength is taken out of it because you're supposed to love God in all of your weakness because your weakness is a magnet for God's strength if you try to love him with all of your strength you'll never be strong enough but if you love him with all of your weakness his strength comes and then all of a sudden you can love him with all that he's created you to be because Christ in us is the hope of glory it's the hope of glory it says there's a hope says that we might have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him that we might know the hope of our calling what are you called - you're called to live like Jesus lived you're called to love like Jesus loved you're called to walk like Jesus walk you're called to talk like Jesus talk it's pretty simple all of him all of him it's not John the Baptist said I must decrease so that he must increase John the Baptist said that because John and the law were decreasing and Jesus and righteousness and truth were about to become everything John didn't say I must see I've lots of believers say I must decrease something he must increase no you must die so that you can live it's not about you decreasing it's about you dying to yourself dying to your selfish ambitions dying - all that stuff that we call wisdom actually a lot of the church calls wisdom when you gotta use wisdom brother what kind of wisdom self seeking self-centeredness self-preservation envy saying oh my gosh I wish I had Todd White's life know the reason why you say that's because you don't know the life that he's created for you to have if you wake up in love with Jesus if you go to sleep in love with Jesus if you wake up in the middle of the night in love with Jesus you will fulfill the first command the first commandment is to love God with all your heart with all your soul with all your strength with all your mind but you can't be strong enough to love him I can't I can't reiterate that enough to you some people are so trying to to do this thing and you can't do this until you become this you have to become what God says you are Jesus who knew no sin became sin he didn't just like take on some sin he didn't just have a little bit of sin his whole life he became sin so that we might become something how we supposed to practice what we've become if we don't even know what we've become it says to practice righteousness it says if anybody has this hope in him he ought P Rifai himself just as he is pure there's some big sandals to fill are you with me can you hear me see I love the healing I love the miraculous it happens every day everywhere I go it's supposed to signs are supposed to follow believers like it's just the way it is God wants to heal but my greatest priority the greatest thing the most important thing to me is staying in the place of becoming what the love of God says that I am Jesus who knew no sin became sin so that we might become the righteousness of God that's in Christ Jesus I am thoroughly convinced 100% like with everything that I am that until we step into what it means to be in right standing with God we can't step into relationship we can't wake up in the morning and be in love with him because guilt condemnation and shame completely bum-rush is our head if I were to take a show of hands of how many people revisited their past in the last four days it would be the majority of people righteousness sets you free from who you used to be so that you can become right with God so you can step into the reality of becoming becoming beholding are you guys with me still I've had the privilege of being saved for 13 years it's like the most amazing thing and when I first got saved and I first believed that Jesus said I am this and I am this and I am this I just said amen yes and amen I believe it I got rebuked by people for believing the truth because I was too young in the Lord see I wasn't pressing for a pulpit I just was fascinated that God loved me like I didn't do anything to deserve it are you guys with me there's nothing that you did to earn anything and I know like we've we've heard it this is like the Christian language yeah okay let's get on to something great no Hebrews 6 says that we're supposed to move on to different things but at first it talks about the first thing that we're supposed to move past actually God calls it an elementary principle it says repentance from dead works and faith towards God like what's a dead work anything outside of Jesus anything that we wish we'd never done all those things that try to produce guilt shame and condemnation every everything that tries to produce regret is part of those dead works see the blood of Jesus didn't just atone for us on the outside the blood of Jesus strengthened us and completely cleansed us on the inside if you look in the mirror and don't see what God sees we're in trouble when you turn away from that mirror you'll forget who you are sometimes I speak and they're like well you've got to be careful you got kids like they their attention span you know dude I'm the same way I just turned 48 on Christmas Day but I'm only 13 years old in the kingdom guess what I don't want to grow up if growing up means being too cool for Jesus I want nothing to do with that I've spent the last 13 years of my life never being rejected by people I mean before you come to Christ the rejection is like your life you're rejected you're rejected you're rejected you're rejected you're rejected I used to do sales and telemarketing like that's a life of rejection I did it was like crazy I was a manipulator I was a liar I would tell people anything to get my way and then that thing died in me like it's not about my way this isn't Burger King it's not have it your way it's about him this isn't something that you have to try to sell it's already been purchased it's like amazing the hardest part is people realizing that's a free gift like wait a minute come on we I mean we got to do something because we're in this performance mode our whole life this isn't something that you have to perform to receive this is something that you just have to believe to receive to believe to be fully convinced absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt it is impossible to be rejected by people if you see who God says you are see Jesus was despised and rejected he was looked down upon he came to his own and they knew him not he came to die for people they laid down palm branches a week before they wanted him dead if anybody had the right to have an attitude and to feel rejected it would have been Jesus I don't think we can I don't think we see that I mean Jesus the King of glory humbled himself became a bondservant was tempted all points was born a baby came here chose to come here because he knew that what he was going to do and what he was going to become was gonna open the door for everybody that would confess that Jesus is Lord to actually become what you don't deserve to become right with God to boldly approach the throne of grace in time of need and when's the last time you didn't need Jesus is it possible that we can live in the throne room it is possible have I seen it no do I live there yeah how can you boldly approach the throne of grace how can you boldly approach God Jesus made a way for us to live in and with the presence of God not because of anything we did I mean the Old Testament you've got people that wanted to be close to God but couldn't be close to God and had to go through this high priest here on earth that would perform services and would go behind the veil he would meet with God once a year on the Day of Atonement I mean you've got you've got a king that thought I'm going in the presence of God no one's gonna stop me and he did and he became a leper and lived with leprosy for the rest of his life you've got Moses and you've got Aaron you've got Aaron's two sons who went in before the presence of the Lord when they weren't supposed to and both of them died there like the presence of God couldn't even be approached it was like the scariest thing ever if you read the Old Testament you read the ordinance of service and you read what the high priest actually had to do exactly the way it was supposed to be done or he himself would be dead and they dragged him out of the Holy of Holies he would not be able to to function because if you missed it if you messed up you were dead you were dead and it was impossible to approach the presence listen they carried the Ark of the Covenant and it tipped a little bit and David's good friend touched that thing and bam he's dead it was dishonouring to the presence of God so all the Old Testament is built on this and it's so crazy because to the Jew to the Jew the blood of bulls and goats the blood of animals couldn't take away sin the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of effort the blood of animals could not take away sin it would have tone over sin but guilt shame and condemnation remained in the Old Testament because there was not a way into the real Holy of Holies that was the one not made by man but the one that was created by God we don't see this but we have to because this is priority you cannot function in relationship unless you can boldly go before the throne of grace in time of need every second of every day realizing that you have right standing with God how can we combat shame how can we crush shame how can shame how can guilt how can condemnation be taken out of a believer the blood of Jesus what can wash away our sin not just cover it it's not just a covering see the problem is to most believers the blood of bulls and goats is the same as the blood of Jesus I'm not bringing down the blood of Jesus and and making it a mockery no I'm not I'm telling you that to the Jew the blood of animals only covered over sin the Jew that's not a messianic but the Jew that's not saved doesn't believe that the blood of Jesus has come because they don't believe that Jesus was the Messiah god forbid there be believers Christians sons and daughters of God that don't know their sons and daughters of God god forbid that we'd be believers and live in guilt shame and condemnation under an Old Testament Old Covenant reality not believing the better news the better covenant with much better promises god forbid we live with guilt shame and condemnation and not believe the cross come on I'm not talking about something that's technical I'm talking about something that's simple it's the simplicity that's in the Christ this is not technical which means it's easy Jesus said unless you become like a child you'll never get it you'll never enter in so it's time for us to not try to be so smart it's time for us to let our heart our heart the eyes of our heart that God would give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him because as he is so are you in this world not just as he is glorified and powerful although the Bible says [Music] it says as he is so are we what does that mean where does Jesus sit at the right hand of God the Bible says that you and I are seated with him there how can you be seated with him there you couldn't be seated with him and lost unless God cleanse you from all unrighteousness do you know that we're in the world and all of a sudden like let's say we step into something that we're not supposed to step into the Bible says that when my heart sees that and let's say I I just accept somewhere almost sudden my heart convicts me the Holy Spirit convicts me this is not the place to step then all of a sudden my next step needs to be this the Bible calls this repentance repentance isn't just saying you're sorry o God please forget me now repents isn't just oh god please forgive me repentance is changing the way that I think I am changing the way my direction I was facing this way and repentance comes and now all of a sudden I'm facing this way and guess where he is he is this way so I was here oh and instead of saying O God please forgive me because if you say please forgive me you have to wonder if he really did the more you have to say God please forgive me the more you wonder if he really did because what happens is your mind still thinks about it and the devil attacks the mind and he tries to come back to you and come at you and come at you and he says will God forgive you while you're thinking about it and all the sudden your mind starts to go I mean this is so simple if we don't get this right here you will live a life of guilt shame and condemnation I have lived free I have lived free from guilt shame and condemnation for 13 years I haven't had one day of it out of everything in my life this is the most this is the the highest priority the highest priority is living a life believing that the cross did what it was supposed to do otherwise you can carry it this seems like such a complex message but I promise you it's not it's really simple second Corinthians 10 verse 4 we we started we were praying last night it says the weapons of our warfare are not world they are not carnal are not of this world or are there divinely powerful for the tearing down of strongholds it says taking every thought captive says that we take every thought captive how do we do it by taking heed according to his word by getting God's truth inside of me so that when a lie comes the truth and the Holy Spirit he takes the truth the Spirit of Truth he takes that truth and he applies it to that lie and he doesn't just encapsulate it what he does is he drives it out so a lie will come this is why it's so important for people to get in the word and for the word to get in them but righteousness opens up the reality of what the word is and then when you read the word you start to read it through a lens of right standing with God and then the enemy comes and he brings a lie and your soul is so occupied by truth that that lie has no access because there's a No Vacancy sign on your forehead it's the only way to live man when I came into this thing I couldn't even read I had no idea how to read for 34 years of my life I'd never read a book I I couldn't concentrate my mind was so fried man I smoked an ounce of weed a week for for 22 years that's just the beginning there was coke there was all kinds of other trash there was so much fantasy and pornography and trash my mind was so crowded every time I tried to read whether in school I mean I'm talking 16 15 14 years old trying to read my mind I'd read three words and my mind was off riding a bike I was like what am i doing like oh my gosh I read a whole chapter where did it go my comprehension skills were really bad I couldn't comprehend darkness can't comprehend light so I was full of darkness and and I couldn't comprehend it and I never read the Bible I didn't have Christians in my family going hey Jesus is Lord no I came from a line of heathen man I didn't come from a bunch of on-fire Christians I came from a bunch of non-believers [Music] I get saved I can't I mean I get safe like I get saved like you see we say saver yeah you saved yeah brother I'm say yet we live with guilt and shame and condemnation I don't believe that what a save mean what does it mean it means you got set free from you the gospel sets you free from you so that you can finally be free free from you if you're free from you you're free from everybody else come on do you understand that God is not I love you I said I love you he's not that way God's not I love you come on say it back tell me tell me you love me back hurry up that's not our Father but we learned that our whole life boyfriends girlfriends come when I said I love you three times already come on you didn't even say it once it's not cool I mean I said it first the reason why you act that way is because you didn't say it for them you said it for you it's selfishness we're trained by it we are trained by selfishness I love you do you love me that's not God at all God says I love you and if you didn't love him back he wouldn't feel insecure about being loved you have to see this man and second Corinthians 11:3 11:1 Paul says this he says o that you would bear with me in a little foolishness and indeed you do bear with me he says I've betrothed you I have set you up to one husband I've set you up to Jesus set you up with Jesus I've betrothed you to one husband then I might present you as a chaste virgin to Christ this is amazing to me because like my whole life I was totally with everything I was when you're with the world you're you're with the world and then you're not a virgin anymore like well that's not true yes it is see when you've been betrothed to Jesus and you see the one that you've been set up with and you see the reality of what it means to be a new creation and that all things pass away and that all things become new when you see that the life that you lived before you said yes to Jesus is completely washed away there's this amazing news and my whole heart is to get this across through the body of Christ [Music] when you see that you've been set free from sin when you see that you've been set free from guilt you've been set free from condemnation you've been set free from rejection see the Bible says that I've been accepted in the beloved now if I have been accepted in him then no matter where I'm at I'm content if someone says they don't believe what I say it doesn't mean that what I said isn't true it just means that they don't believe it if I go to pray for somebody and they scream at me and cost me out does that mean that me wanting to pray for them was wrong no that just means that I'm suffering for doing good Christianity is not supposed to be like war on your sleeve people died to give us what we have like people got their head chopped off people were sawn into they were cut into they hid around in holes they were they were they wandered around in animal skins to hide they saw this thing that we were gonna have they pursued it and it says that the people before us read Bru's chapter 11 and 12 it's crazy these people it says that they prophesied about a day that was coming this day that was coming that they couldn't have they weren't to have it it wasn't for them it was reserved for us and they fought the fight of faith so that we would receive what we have and it says that their joy they saw it and their joy was full because they saw a day that was coming see in that day that they were there was no way for them to be right with God because the law produced condemnation there was no way 613 laws and ten commandments and performing them every day perfect and never missing one was the only way that you could have right standing with God and God had mercy on us and he sent Jesus who was born as a man he wasn't born as God he didn't walk as God he had to walk and be limited as a man on the earth some people think that's blasphemy I'm not taking away divinity from Jesus Jesus had to lay it all aside he had to lay aside yes he was with God the Word was with God and the Word was God he was with God from the beginning God had mercy on us and Jesus was sent Mary was impregnated not by man but by God Jesus was on this earth as the son of man he was fully God but he had to do it as a man the law couldn't have been fulfilled couldn't have been completed unless somebody came and walked out 613 laws and Ten Commandments every day without missing one because if you miss one you transgress them all James 2:10 says that if you transgress one law if you fulfill everything but you miss one your whole life is a wash but Jesus didn't miss any he was tempted at all points yet without sin he didn't miss anything and he did it all because you were the joy set before another I and all my twisted 'no sand in all my lies and in all of my junk and theft and people are dead because of the life I lived and God saw me he saw me in that place it was like I want that one Jesus in heaven because he saw me before the foundation of the world he he knew you before the foundation of the world we were like well I can't grab that well yeah because you're not God but he saw you and he saw you and he was excited he was like oh my gosh Jesus is like can I go get him dad I didn't deserve it he pursued me I didn't know it I had no idea matter of fact Christians would you hypocrite get away from me I'll be so mad so angry yet Jesus was like oh I want that one we don't think like that but if you would see through his eye she would see people like that never certain people that are mean to you and angry after I am I am convinced that this is the only way that Jesus functioned you got Pharisees and bring yourself down off of there if you're really the Christ come on call on your God ha ha ha Jesus like Oh God Father forgive them they don't know what they're doing God I'll die for them on the cross I'm like Oh give me that give me that give me that I want to see people like you see them people that hate me I want to love them you can't do this in your own strength you'll come and attitude and you don't have the right to give people a piece of your mind anymore we think we got rights you're wrong when you came into this kingdom you left a democracy and you entered in a theocracy and Jesus is king and you are not the head he's the head if you think you have the right to be offended the only right that you have is to be an imitator of God dear children and walk in love even as Christ loved us and gave himself for us yeah it's called right standing Jesus lived he went through it all he was tempted at things that I would never be I was never tempted at he did it all he did it all and we've watered down the blood of Jesus and we've said let's move on to something more let's move into miracles because maybe if I move in miracles I'll I'll Know Who I am no you won't the miraculous doesn't doesn't seal your identity I promise you the disciples weren't even born again and they healed people [Music] they weren't even saved and miracles flowed through them every day that Jesus told them to go out and do it he saw them he knew I want to be first who's first Lord tell me who's first come on tell Peter I'm first she's just like guys come on He Who Must who wants to be the greatest has to be the least okay then Peters in front of me then serious yet Jesus didn't say I take back my power it says it says too eagerly to pursue to pursue love but earnestly desire the gifts I want to I want to pursue love with everything I am but love isn't selfish and love isn't just being a minister and love isn't having a pulpit and having a big ministry love isn't having a big church and being the pastor love is washing the feet of people that want to kill you love is seeing someone's created value because you've seen your own love is Jesus [Music] I start preaching this and share this and I mean I have four uh I just I just went in my bedroom with with God when I got saved and I was like oh my gosh this is amazing I would read I just like I came home the last year I shared my testimony I think I don't know I share it every day somewhere so probably but when I came home I I was you know is with Jackie my girlfriend at the time for nine years and I had a seven half year-old kid and I destroyed our lives and I I lied and I stole and I hurt people and and then I got shot at and it's it's scary that someone has to submit once they get shot at yes gosh that's hard we shouldn't have to get to where Jesus is all we have left to realize these all we really need I talk to people all the time I talked to somebody just yesterday or no the day before I don't know I talk to people every day I don't keep my faith to myself that's a basket headed Christian it's illegal in the kingdom actually people are like I'm not in Evangelist now you're a believer you're supposed to preach to trees all creation and I'm sharing the gospel in this lady goes well you know I just haven't had that time yet I'm like you really need to get shot at to have your time well here she's well I just haven't had that encounter I said do you really need to get to the bottom of everything in order to she has maybe let me pray for you Jesus bring her lower that's scary gosh Wow I feel like I stand up here for hours I don't even get anywhere I'm really serious I need help I love you right by the throne I don't care I don't care it doesn't matter how get on my knees and god I have to have you I need you Jesus help me please help me make an impact into the hearts of people God help me be the best witness you created me to be God I didn't eat you I need your help God please Holy Spirit help me empower me today I can't live without you and I know I'll never be without you but God I need your presence I need to have a greater awareness of who you are God you have to do it you have to do it Jesus I need you please help me like I wake up people you need to it's 13 years and I know him but I feel like the more I know him the more I realize I really don't know him like I need to know him I'm so loving you God I need you to possess me this is my prayer God to Jesus I didn't just push in a little bit I gave everything you're either for him or against him you gather or you scatter he didn't say you know you were over here in this place of cold death darkness and then you just come out a little bit it's not what the Bible says but a lot of people make it that way well you know I just want to get my feet wet man you'll die there and you have the fear of death Jesus crushed the fear of death there is no fear of death anymore one day one day I'm gonna go boom but to live is Christ and to die is gain it really is its its gain to go and be with Nisour messed up this when you look in the ring you're supposed to see Christ in you the hope of glory with the veil removed you're supposed to see him inside of you Sharon back at you God likes what he sees when he looks at you we live with this thing called a guilty conscience a guilty conscience see what the devil wants to do is he wants to disable you from ever seeing what it means to be Sun conscious and he wants to make you live with sin consciousness this is what it's really about are you guys what they are you okay sin consciousness means that I am conscious of my sin Sun consciousness just gonna break it down real simple means that I am now conscious of my sonship jesus paid a price to crush what the Old Testament carried the Old Testament carried sin consciousness Moses was given the Ministry of condemnation since second corinthians three actually it's all over the bible but it's really clear there Moses was given the Ministry of condemnation engraved on stones but we have been given a ministry not of condemnation we have been given the Ministry of righteousness engraved on the heart so condemnation has ended so in the Old Testament you couldn't be free you can try as hard as you could but you couldn't get free from condemnation and the high priest would go into the Holy of Holies once a year he would offer blood for the people's sins committed in ignorance but the high priest would leave the Holy of Holies still condemned himself because there was no way to be free from guilt shame and condemnation Jesus came when Jesus said it was finished something happened to the veil see that veil that separated man from God where only man could go through the high priest once a year on the Day of Atonement when Jesus said a is finished that veil was torn by God from top to bottom which separated man from God because God wanted his kids back God wanted family Jesus who knew no sin became sin so that we might become right with God not because of our works or what we've done but because we believe the cross of Jesus Christ that we believe that all of our sins and all of our lawless deeds all of the handwriting acquirements of us every law that we broke all of our lives the day that you say I do to Jesus he looks at you and says I am and he takes everything that you wish you'd never done and he wipes it out it's nailed to Jesus on a tree this is the this is the good news this is the simplicity of it are you guys with me still gosh I'm sitting up here burning right now I'm burning with his love for people I said God make me a better witness help me help me share the simplicity of your message going once again make it simple I don't know how God you've got to do it I need people to connect with this so they can believe that they're truly forgiven it's crazy how can you be martyred for your faith if you don't even believe you're forgiven if you can't you'll sell out like Judas what's your sellout price how much would it cost for you to sell him out what is it a little fame a little money what is it what would it take for you to sell out Jesus for a lot of people wouldn't take much it would take some people laughing at them man that's not the gospel it's not the gospel jesus paid a price for you to lay down your life coz greater love has nobody than this then he would lay his life down for his friend who is your friend everybody that you see yeah but they don't like me that does not define friendship will they treat me bad they make fun of me welcome to the gospel do you think that people don't make fun of me gospel for it's the power of God unto salvation for them that believe for in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith for it is written the just what is just I love it I have been Bible God doesn't call you a sinner when you got saved God calls you a saint that used to sin actually you were a professional sinner before Jesus came you didn't know any better but then when Jesus came he wakes up your heart gah it's a whole new world and all of a sudden you're convicted before you step in it you're convicted what is that oh it's him I love it God bring conviction so good I love you so much you're amazing he brings it brings conviction and then Wow why would I do that I got this and then all of a sudden you fall deeper in love because you actually read your Bible who that would be amazing huh to read your Bible and actually believe what it says not tear out the pages that you're not comfortable with after all the Holy Spirit is called a comforter he'll help you read those pages [Music] and allowing God's Word to come alive sharpen active separating your soul which is your mind will and emotions from your spirit man your spirit man gets it your heart gets it because it already has the word in it oh and then your mind tries to reject it within your heart says shush and switches and you start to think with the eyes of your heart so good and he separates soul from the spirit divides it and then he separates the joint from them or the bone from the marrow the joint from the marrow your joint and your marrow never touch so it goes cellular lennie judges the thoughts and intents of your heart and cuts out all the trash places his word in there you start to think with a vibrant new thought process that comes from having your mind renewed don't be conformed to the world don't be squeezed into what the world wants you to be don't fall into peer pressure because your friends that aren't Christians are going to hell you're like I don't like to hear that I don't care whether you like it or not one day we're gonna stand before God and you're gonna answer for your life what did you do with the life that God gave you what did you do did you give it all to Jesus like he gave it all for you or did you hold back from him did you put a basket on your head and call it Christianity it's not Christianity people lost their heads for the gospel are you willing to lose yours I don't like that mom he's making me feel uncomfortable good I hope so I hope that God shakes you to the place where you're so shaken that you can't function anymore without him Oh God what is this it's called the fear of the Lord it's what we need actually we need a massive baptism of the fear of the Lord again in the body of Christ we do because the fear of the Lord crushes the fear of man the fear of man can never compete with the fear of the Lord the fear of the Lord is because of how good god is you realize how good he is oh and you fall so deeply in love with him God you're amazing I don't know what this is but I want more of it God people hate me now that used to love me God I want more of that well you're messed up man you don't want people hating because we all need to be like him he knew that he was the one that Jesus loved this is crazy like in the Old Testament like he's with Jesus like the disciples are with him like Jesus asked the guys who - people say I am and they said some say this and some say that and some say this and then Peter he says yeah but who do you say I am and Peter with a bold step out said you're the Christ the Son of God woah blessed are You Simon you didn't get that your own God gave that to you but this disciple John he was the one that laid on Jesus he was the one that knew that he was the one that Jesus loved now all of them were loved by God all of us all of them all of us are loved by God when I tell somebody did you hear the good news you know that God Jesus loves you oh yeah I knew that well maybe not there is a difference there is a difference between you knowing that God loves you and you knowing that you're actively being loved by God the difference between knowing that God loves you is that that can be a habitual saying or a theory that God loves you but an active relationship with God is the visible expression of someone being loved by God boldly approaching the throne of grace and time of need and spending time with Jesus in the secret place going in there when no one's in there going into a bathroom because you don't want to wake up the baby and you're going into the bathroom where you go to the bathroom to go seek Jesus in there Jesus is okay with it but are you but when I go in there and I just kneel down and say God Here I am it's like he's there to meet me like hey thanks for coming again this is amazing to me I wake up every morning the Holy Spirit's like hey like he's like a puppy dog that you let outside for one minute how many comes my kid I never saw you before that's how he is and that's who he is so when we're reading in here this is a disciple that like knew this and he says this he's to see how great love the father has bestowed on us that we should be called children of God and such we are for this reason the world does not know us look at that it says the world doesn't know you it has no idea who you are so you're in the world but not of it unless you look like the world then you're in it end of it but as a Christian a Christian you separate yourself from that so that you can see who you are so that other can people see who he is for this reason the world does not know us it did not know him beloved now we are children of God and it has not appeared as yet to what we will be but we know that when he appears we will be like him because we will see him just as he is and everyone who has this hope on him fixed on him listen to this everybody that has this hope fixed on Jesus purifies himself just as do you know what just as me just as means exactly like anybody that has this hope in him purifies himself wow this is crazy I know in in the book of Revelation it says the bride it doesn't say that God has made his bride ready it says the bride has made herself ready everyone who practices sin listen up this is John the one that knew he was loved by Jesus this is the one that was boiled in oil this was the one was sent to Patmos to die everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness and sin is lawlessness and you know that he appeared in order to take away sin he didn't appear just to cover your sin he appeared in order to take away sin as if sin never existed come on no one who abides in him there's that word abiding abiding abiding dwelling in Tabernacles tabernacled with him in the covering with him completely enclosed with him no one who abides in him sins and no one who sins has seen him or knows him people like what are you trying to say I'm trying to say this exactly no one who abides in him sins no one wants to willingly do stuff that's not pleasing to God no one who sins has seen him or knows him little children wait no make sure no one deceives you the one who practices righteousness is righteous just as he is righteous these are pretty steep script these are intense scriptures says everybody that has this hope in God purifies himself just as Jesus is pure that will be all of us do you have hope do you have a hope in Jesus three of you have hope in Jesus little children make sure no one deceives you the one who practices righteousness is righteous just as he is righteous the one who practices sin is of the devil that's pretty intense there's people out there that say that grace is a license to sin and that you know I mean come on we're all under grace though that is demonic strategy any grace that doesn't lead to transformation is demonic I'll tell you now because you'll answer for it before gone I promise you will it'll be a sad day in hell everyone who practices righteousness is righteous just as he is righteous the one who practices sin is of the devil the devil has sinned from the beginning the Son of God appeared for this person purpose to destroy the works of the devil what are the works of the devil sin should I read it again it was so good okay no one who is born of God no one who is God's child how many of you are children of God come on there you go alright here you are this isn't too heavy this is the Bible no one who was born again no one who was born of God practices sin meaning actively practicing it I'm not talking about stumbling I'm talking about actively diving in actively diving in no one who was born of God practices sin because his seed abides in him and he cannot sin in other words he can't go on sinning here's the problem unless you sear your conscience and you shipwreck your faith I'm not talking about faith to do miracles because you can still heal the sick and go straight to hell listen to me I am all for miracles but I am all for pursuing love and that's not love do you love me no that's the love of God who was born of God practices sin because his seed abides in him and he cannot sin because he is born of God he cannot go on willingly sinning and stepping into trash because he's born again and he's been referred by God he has a brand new dad you know the Bible says that a lot of the church is afraid of this the Bible says in Matthew says not everybody that says to me Lord Lord on that day will enter in and they will say didn't we prophesy didn't we cast out devils didn't we heal the sick in your name God will say away from me I never knew you he didn't say away from me you who said you knew me he said away from me I never knew you there's a place that you know God there's a place where you know that you're known by God listen to me if what I'm sharing right now is bringing conviction there's a front up here because I'm just gonna share a little more a peace feel free to get on your face because he loves you [Music] no one who was born of God practices sin because his seed abides in him and he cannot sin because he is born of God by this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious this is not a question in a saying it's obvious it is obvious that people that willfully practice sin are of the devil this is the gospel this is the glorious good news Jesus loves you he wants us just to abide in him he wants us to dive into relationship he doesn't want us to sit on the outside people are watching your life and they're wondering if you are really the real deal God wants to mock us with the fear of the Lord today he wants to shake what needs to be shaken he wants you to walk around miracle workers that are in love with Jesus that pursue love and earnestly desire the gifts God wants you all to walk in the miraculous but he wants to cleanse us from all the junk he loves you don't let the devil rule your life and manipulate your life don't let him maneuver you don't you let him maneuver you the devil wants you to live like him he wants you to lie in practice lies it's not okay he doesn't want you he doesn't want you to know that you're loved by God he wants you to live in some false grace some fake grace that isn't grace at all it's demonic strategy setup to get you to what Jesus is face in the mud in the dirt and saying look at my King Jesus isn't dirty and God says neither are you anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God nor the one who does not love his brother for this message which you have heard from the beginning that we should love one another not as Cain who was of the evil one and slew his brother and for what reason that he slay him because his deeds were evil and his brothers were righteous don't be surprised brethren if the world hates you we know that we passed from death to life because we love the Brethren who does not love abides in death everyone who hates his brother is a murderer and we know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him if you have hate for your brother God calls you a murderer get free today get free today get free right now God will wash you God will cleanse you God will completely overwhelm you don't be surprised if the world hates you we know that we have passed out of death into life because we love the Brethren who does not love abides in death that's pretty heavy we know love by this that he laid down his life for us that we ought to lay down our lives for our brethren if you have someone in your life a brother or a sister somewhere in the church that you're not willing to lay your life down then you abide in death right now let them go and forgive them now be free be clean be free repent sis Justin isn't just saying you're sorry repentance this after this session you call them up and you get free right now whoever has this world's goods and sees his brother in need closes his heart against him how does the love of God abide in him little children let us not just love in word or tongue but in deed and in truth your actions speak louder than you've been on your face repentance means that you rectify that you bring reconciliation into this are you with me little children let's not love just in word but let us love with our actions love is an action verb it involves action that we would step into this thing guys morning service with Todd white it was so powerful if you're watching along with us I hope you were experiencing that as well but yeah what are you thoughts absolutely I mean we're day three here and just as Christina said welcome thank you for being with us I think Christina and are kind of trying to gain her composure just a little bit having wrapped up after Todd white who just got done speaking and ministering this room is thick with the presence of the Lord and and more than just the presence of the Lord with a conviction of the Holy Spirit that you know living the new life yeah and and what it means to be a Christian just feeling so challenged and provoked by Todd and maybe you're in that place too maybe you're feeling some of what Christina and I and and many many people in this arena are feeling and I just want to invite you if that's the place that you're in to pray did you start to talk to Jesus about it and maybe he's pressing you in a certain area of your life and he's asking you to lay it down or change your mindset like Todd talked about and I want to invite you to do that to not you know Slough that off to not shoe that away but to to let it rest on you and so as we're trying to gain our composure by talking to the Lord we're exhorting you talk to the Lord for sure it is I've just really enjoyed I was really hit by that message just the foundational aspect of being righteous before God and being accepted in him as the first and foremost so that's huge Todd talked a lot about that this this this foundational truth that sometimes it's a it's a truth that we can almost skip over it's that I'm right with God yeah and then I'm forgiven and and what Todd was saying was that that really is this starting point like the launching pad like I'm thinking of the space shuttle and how it launches off in Florida without that launching pad that space shuttles not going anywhere and what Todd was really saying is is a fundamental revelation and understanding of righteousness and forgiveness and who we are in Christ is the launching pad for everything else that Christianity about whether that's forgiveness whether that's blessing people that have cursed us whether that's helping and loving our enemies well and those that don't treat us well are suffering under persecution or doing miracles or having the joy of the Lord it's the foundation of all of that that was touching me and stirring me and just so you know Todd's gonna be joining us in a few minutes too so we're excited to have him come and speak to you as well but talk to us more about that yeah actually one of the points that really hit me was when he actually said we don't have a right to be offended we don't have a right to be offended people who hurt us who abused us are only right is to be imitators of Christ to love the way that he loved and that really convicted me absolutely you know it seems so absolutely you know like as human beings we have our rights you know in the Bible we learn we to lay down your rights but then when he spoke that it just it just shined a new light on everything and I think one of the things is so provoking about that that's well you know what rather than talk about what Todd was talking about let's let Todd talk about what Todd was talking about he's here with us okay just for looks joined here obviously by Todd white Todd we'd love to just there's so much going on there's so much happening there and and I would just say for those in our audience that we're just joining in and watching with us and they're feeling like the Lord's resting on them and stirring them what would you say to them yeah I would I would say obey your heart honestly because I mean the word it comes with it's empowerment its freedom its conviction and so like obey conviction I wasn't planning on going where I went I had no plan actually just came up there and said God just used me to help to speak to people today so that they can be free obey your heart and just let God just he's wooing you he's fathering you and that word comes and it's not a scary word it's actually intense and but it comes it's a live living in powerful when it cups it cuts through all the junk and so what he does is he brings sometimes these things lay dormant it's like people don't want to continue in sin I know that we don't want to when we get saved we don't want to do that's the last thing that we want to do but all of a sudden just a little bit creeps in and a little bit more creeps in and a little bit more creeps in and if we don't obey our conscience what happens is we get our conscience seared but today I I watched God come and bring to awareness things that have been kind of laying dormant the things that have been ignored where God brings them to the surface and all that stuff is like the drops it needs to get cleared out it's like a refiners fire so what happens is he comes and he burns away that stuff so that we can be clean and spotless and beautiful because the Bible says that we're supposed to be spotless and blameless and he actually says that's who you are but the more we we enter into sin or we enter into that stuff that it seems like it's not a big deal because no one sees us but God sees everything and so when we see that he sees everything all of a sudden when he does like a cleansing like this just a washing what he does is he brings it all out and all of a sudden you start brand new and if we'd learn that every day his Mercy's new every morning when we wake up he wants us to start every day that way that way we can go throughout our day that way and then we can finish our day that way and wake up the next day and every day is an is just a new it's his mercies new and I've lived that way it's been 13 years and I don't have to live by anybody else's opinion I can live by what the word says people have said that this isn't really possible you can't live this way so that's a lie because the Bible says we can says to be an imitator of God all the stuff I shared wasn't just my opinion it's the Bible and so his word is just it's a threshing tool it comes through you know when things it brings to my mind if it's okay if I share it Jesus Jesus comes into the temple now the temples supposed to be a house of prayer and so but he comes into the temple when he sees all these tables set up for these money changers and just people doing business selling animals and just he sees money everywhere and he's like gosh this is not okay and he doesn't ask permission what he does is he goes into the temple and he starts flipping everything over and so like today this is where Jesus just came in to our temple and he just started flipping stuff over upside-down things that don't belong and he does it's the same as him coming in to the temple saying this is supposed to be a house of prayer you've made my father's house a den of thieves and what he's saying is there's nothing that belongs in your heart except him and so Jesus doesn't share occupancy the Holy Spirit doesn't share occupancy it's either all or none we've incorporated him in and just let him have a little bit but today he took full rein and just just surrendered there were people being baptized in the fear of the Lord fresh and anew just amazing and honestly I believe the church needs to get back to the fear of the Lord it's the beginning of wisdom it's where everything lies and the fear of the Lord isn't because I'm afraid of God the fear of the Lord is because he is so good and so lovely that I just want to give him everything one of the fundamental things that you share today and then I want you to ask to Christina is this idea of how foundational the righteousness of God in Christ is can you just talk a little bit more about that if you like that's such a powerful yeah I mean when I came to Christ I was 22 years an addict and you know drugs and alcohol and had been extradited across America twice kicked out of the military in and out of jail my whole life grew up was raised you know pretty much for from 11 to you know almost 18 17 years old in a place called the Masonic homes and I grew up and was raised by Masons and my whole life was it was a wash everything and everybody had written me off and I was the black sheep of my family and I was like a cloud everywhere I went like I think well who was it Pigpen on peanuts that he had a cloud around that was me I had a black cloud with me everywhere I went and then when I got shot at I was with my girlfriend for nine years had a seven and a half year old daughter threatened to kill her for seven years if she left me and just there everything was about me it was all about me and the wisdom of the world is sensual and demonic and it's full of envy and self-seeking and everything evil was in there and that's how I lived my life and so when I got saved I got saved when I got shot at one night and I away to a place called Teen Challenge I ripped a coke dealer off and he unloaded a 9-millimeter at me and I heard a voice say I took those bullets for you are you ready to live for me yet I didn't even know what that meant I didn't know what the voice was I thought I was dying when I came home I wasn't hit I went away to Teen Challenge a couple days later and when I went in there I started to open the Bible everyday because it's a Christian rehab but I couldn't understand it and a month and a half in it opened up that wisdom is is not sensual and demonic and full of envy and self seeking godly wisdom says if you lack wisdom ask him godly wisdom is peaceable gentle willing to yield full of good fruits without partiality without hypocrisy when I was in there it opened up to me and all of a sudden God revealed that I had no wisdom as he does to a lot of people but some people think that they're smarter than him so that doesn't work and all of a sudden I'm I'm awakened my heart is awakened to this thing called righteousness righteousness is right standing with God no matter how many things I missed I missed all of them actually because the Bible says if you transgress one law you've you've missed them all so we all miss 613 and ten 613 laws and ordinances and Ten Commandments and jesus paid a price and on the on Calvary says that he who knew no sin became sin so that I might become the righteousness of God the Old Testament righteousness could only be attained if somebody walked perfect and never sinned that couldn't happen God knew it so he sent his son and when Jesus walked out what he did he paid the price so that I could be set free from trying to perform the law to where I could actually live in two Commandments so those two Commandments are love God with all my heart all my soul all my mind and the Bible actually takes the strength out of it because in the New Testament we have to love God with all of our weakness because our weakness or humility is what makes a draw on His grace because grace comes to the humble not the proud or not the strong that think they can do it in their own strength and that says to love my neighbor as myself and when I see the cross and what it's done the Bible says in Hebrews 9 and 10 that the blood of Jesus cleanses our conscience from dead works in order to serve God now in the Old Testament your conscience was something that constantly was condemned because there was no way for you to be right with God but in the New Testament Jesus just doesn't cleanse over and wash over our sin like the blood of bulls and goats did in the Old Testament but the blood of Jesus actually cleanses us internally and cleanses our conscience from dead works so that means the outside and inside were completely clean we're completely spotless and we're right with God if this happens to the believer which is supposed to happen at birth but instead of diving in the Bible and finding out what Matthew 6:33 says which is seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything will be added to you we seek a lot of other things like finances or gifts god forbid we seek gifts over him and so when we seek Him it all comes inclusive it all comes inside of him but when I seek first the kingdom I'm not seeking the Dominion of God because a lot of people think that the kingdom only means God's Dominion it is partially that means the king's domain over everything and the way that the King has domain over everything is that Romans 14:17 says the kingdom of God is not meat or drink but it is righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Ghost so the kingdom is in the Holy Ghost and all of a sudden when we seek that we seek His righteousness which is right standing with God first and everything comes right there when I see that I know that I'm forgiven my sins are not just cleansed over but they're forgotten and God will never bring them up again Jesus I thank you for everybody watching either live or archived god I thank you that your presence is amazing and that God you have forgiven us you have washed away our sin never to remember it again god I'm asking you for the spirit of wisdom and revelation the knowledge of you to come upon us so that we might all know and understand the hope of our calling we are called to be like Jesus not to take glory to ourselves but to bring glory to Jesus himself father I thank you that we are called to reign as kings in this world through the free gift of righteousness and the abundance of grace not to reign as a king in that look at me I'm royalty and I'm above but look at me I a representative of a kingdom that's not of this world his name is Jesus amen thank you so much Todd for speaking with us and ministering to us today it was awesome thank you so much for joining us on
