One year review on visible wireless by Verizon

how's it going everybody my name is tim and today's video is a visible wireless review who is visible wireless visible wireless is my cell phone carrier for a year now so this is my one year review and who is visible wireless it's verizon verizon has a company that uh has a subsidiary called visible and the way it works and why it's cheap i get the price out of the way right up front 25 with tax with everything including everything unlimited everything when i say everything i'm not talking about just talk text and data all day long on the internet but a free unlimited hotspot you can take your phone and turn on that feature called hotspot and you can give your laptop while you're driving or your park somewhere instead of going to a coffee shop to get wi-fi on another device your your ipad whatever maybe you got people traveling with you and they want to be on their ipads or laptop or you're sitting in a coffee shop and there isn't wi-fi or something you know what a hot spot is all unlimited for 25 dollars a month how do they do it well there is no store it's only an app sounds cheesy already right oh i got a t and t i'm verizon i got i got a store i can go in i got uh service technicians i can go in there and talk to well let me just tell you something you pay for that and they don't even want to talk to you anymore try going into a verizon store now and asking them to help you transfer your contacts or whatever if you buy a new phone from them they'll just say get on youtube or do it yourself they do not do that anymore they do not that's a fact um but by having this app you you do it you register online you get it they send you a what's it called a sim card they fedex it to you they pay for it overnight to your door in a big fedex envelope it's a sim card once you get it stick it in your phone and you're golden the only thing that you have to do is obviously provide your payment you have to provide them your esi in whatever number it is that's on that phone they tell you where to find that on your phone it's on your bill or something and you have to provide them your carrier of who you have now and your pin number everybody knows their pin number and that's all you do the only way you wouldn't be able to get visible wireless for twenty five dollars a month is if you have a phone with a carrier now and you're making payments on it you would have to pay that phone off you cannot join visible uh with a device payment still going on and i know a lot of people buy iphones and androids and they do the payment plan because it's cheap and the phones are expensive i get it but if you're down to like the last couple hundred dollars it'll pay for itself by uh joining visible than to make those payments now it's 25 you get the app if you need to talk to somebody it's better than going to the store you don't have to waste your gas you don't have to wait in line you just start chatting and these people are the most because it's verizon they're the most informative helpful people that have high pay grades they know what to do like if you ever call a verizon agent on the phone i was a verizon customer for 25 years before switching if you talk to someone on the phone not at a store but a factory trained verizon service agent you get exemplary service somebody that's knowledgeable that's got a high pay grade they know what to do they've seen it all done it all it's the same way with visible so you're not going to need to chat with them because you don't have any issues but you know if you ever do i i did chat with them a couple of times in the beginning because there was a rewards card they gave you a visa card of 50 or 100 to join them but anyway you get the app downloaded on your phone contact them give them that esi number or whatever it's called your payment information you don't pay until you get everything your your uh ready to go you don't pay right then and um get this sim card they don't want any money from you they'll send that to you up front and uh and it turns on instantly and you have wherever verizon works you have visible the reason i'm doing this review after one year is because i've had absolutely zero problems with them i live in sarasota florida and i go back and forth on the east coast of florida and back to the west coast of florida where sarasota is to visit family all the time i go to west palm beach in palm beach county and i go across the state i never have any issue with connected with connections at all but i've never really been out of the state with it but i'm doing this review today because i'm in texas right now and i've traveled mississippi alabama louisiana texas florida georgia i went to georgia about a month ago see my daughter no problems uh and i'm going to moab utah right now no problems yet and everywhere i go where there's cell phone service for any carrier i get perfect service in fact visible has 5g now it's been about four months already actually i get i get 5g because i have an iphone 12 which is 5g compatible you have to have a phone that gets it too and i'm on 5g which i don't really see a big difference in the 4g lte which is what the signal is because it's verizon remember uh that you get so now that i know that it works in all the states the only time that i had an issue in this trip here is where for a few minutes i didn't have a signal or it was slow or something it's where no phone works no phone because it's out in the middle of god's country you know and it's really not that many that far of a distance before you get a another tower um but yeah like i'm going to go to moab i mentioned in the video here i already know where i'm going to go uh i'm driving a toyota 4runner i'm going to go do some four-wheeling and i'm planning on doing some self-sustained camping some dispersed camping boondocking they call it and i've already watched on youtube there is no cell service for anybody so when people say oh but how's the service it's verizon so wherever verizon works it works and if you're paying 40 dollars a month which some people are they've got these deals now where you can get forty dollars a month um maybe you have to have two and three lines to get that you know your whole family or uh you work for a company or something but that's still twice as much almost twice as much now if you have a family that you're getting forty dollars and you pay the bill uh with this it's an individual thing you can still pay their bill they just give it to you you know you pay it venmo or whatever i don't know work that out but what are these guys looking at out there i'm traveling on i-40 westbound to albuquerque i'm in amarillo texas right now but you guys back here looking at something so get the visible get the app and stop paying 40 or most people are paying like 75 for a single line i know when people like oh switch your car insurance switch your cell phone people are like i'm good i'm good well fine stay good keep paying your money but i've got one year of service with them now i was 25 years paying as much as 200 a month for a cell phone for one line then i got to you know later in the years i started coming down and i was like 130 like cable like who has cable anymore paying that much when you can stream for ten and twenty dollars different things although i have youtube tv that's more than that but please folks listen to me get visible wireless and stop paying a lot of money you're you're full if you do and uh i don't mean that offensively i'm just saying you're a fool so i'm just trying to help and uh the 25 dollars is by joining a a group and they sign you up for that you can google it or go on reddit it's not even worth mentioning it's going to be 25 and they take it by the way out of your paypal or uh your credit card that you put on file with them auto payment so there you go that's my review on visible wireless 25 a month perfect service i don't even know why anybody's with anybody else take it
