One simple concept to help you freestyle in dance

yo what's up guys my name is Jeff I shaved my head  fully into this training Arc to become the one   punch man I can be today is episode four of how  I practice today I'm going to share with you guys   one idea that really help me with my freestyling  coming from a choreography background is always   hard to Freestyle especially in front of other  people because choreographers would seem to have   this perfectionist idea inside us every move every  musicality need need to be executed in a certain   way which makes it really hard to let go and just  enjoy on the dance floor so today I'm going to   show you guys that one idea that really helped  me it is a little Advanced because it requires   you to have some sort of experience beforehand  to apply it but if you're new and you just want   to know about it so that in the future you don't  run into blocks when you're freestyling it'll be   good for you as well I call this technique the  acronym toolbox how it's going to work is that   you're going to have an alphabet from A to Z  and then for each of those those letters you   think of a word that starts with the letter  for example I have a for angles B for bounce   C for control D for direction and so on so on  you can make multiple multiple words out of   the first letter but just having one it will  help you with this exercise that we're going   to do every two eights we're going to change  a concept based on the letter we're going to   form those alphabet tool box and into a word  so for example if we have a word of bang you   can start off with a bounce for 28s into angles  for 28 in two in for navigation for 28s and then   G for Groove for 28 that way your freestyle will  become a lot more uh diverse and have different   elements within your rounds and it'll be really  fun for you as well and if you're interested I'll   list out my 26 LS tool box at the end of the  video if you want to have a look [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] he oh
