One of the biggest Campervan Conversions I've made

[Music] hello and welcome to another video in this full tour we're going to be looking at a very special conversion uh it is the first bespoke uh conversion i've done in quite a bit of time now and i'm hoping it's gonna be the first of many valencia leisure but let's get straight into the full tour okay so this is a feature catal extra long wheelbase high roof it's the 2.3 140 brake horsepower model uh as you can see it's it's a massive vehicle it's beautiful there's loads of room inside as well coming down obviously you can see the size double glazed windows uh there's two down that side we've got a full length uh awning there as well with the awning light uh and a slide out step as well at the back here this is a an external 240 point uh for barbecue barbecues grills uh whatever it is the they're planning on on using that one for uh this vehicle a standard comes with the uh the reversing camera that's uh straight from fiat moving a bit further around we've got the exhaust here uh for the uh the truma combo system you see a couple more windows down this side here as well i've got the filler point for the uh for the water this is a sog system uh for the toilet i'll go into that detailing a bit more as we get inside we've got a couple of drain-off points there for the fresh and waste tank uh both are huge by the way let's see if we can get underneath and both insulated and the fresh water tank has a heating probe on as well so no problem when it comes to uh the cold months and this is the filler point for the underslung gas tank as well so we've got on this one gas tank on this one uh 240 cut point and it's got deadlocks all the way around for added security as well i believe there's trackers alarms everything on this one but it is absolutely massive it's really nice and it's been a pleasure to convert as well uh everything that we've put together the plans that the customer had for it went absolutely perfect no problems at all let's move into the cab let's have a quick look so we've got the the screen um i do know it's the reversing camera point though that's the screen i'm not sure if you can integrate a sat nav with that not too sure but um if if anybody's drove one of these you'll know how easy they are to drive the power steering is so light really nice plenty storage pockets plenty room in there both these seats are on swivels uh i'll show you that in a second and we've got curtains around the cab as well for that bit of extra privacy so we'll do we'll move into the habitation all over and we'll have a look in the back okay let's get inside another look right so as soon as you open the door you met with the uh the kitchen unit we've got uh the sink on here and the hob uh grill that's full oven grill oven as well um the cab seats as you can see both on swivels and so these are is going to be part of the dining area it also makes up the sleeping arrangement as well i'll show you that uh in a little bit so obviously you can use the cab seat with this table i've got an extra two traveling seats at the back here as well um to carry extra passengers um this has also got a lift up flap as well to act as a table while this one's turned round so everybody's got a table to use um we've got a raised floor here as well we've got some extra storage pockets underneath we've got one here and one further further back so we've utilized as much as that as we can i'm just moving back out again we've got some fly nets on these ones i'll uh i'll put some pictures on in a second of it in use uh and it's from service flyknits uh mosquito nets i'll i'll put a link in the description for that because they're really good we've got them one on the back as well um so let's get inside and shut this door cause it's a bit windy as well so uh the side of the down here we've got the window there sights window with built-in blinds and fly screens uh we've got usb sockets we've got the tv point there as well and a 240 under this uh seat uh we've got basically all the electric so we've got the battery the battery battery charger um we've got the sterling kit um sorry the sergeant kit we've got a sterling inverter in there so all the electrics is all neatly stored all the fuses and everything they're all neatly stored under that seat we've got a couple of things down here as well so we're gonna that's a dedicated socket to the inverter and we've also got a level indicator for the onboard gas tank which is underneath we've got cab land round right in there for extra privacy at night time added an extra mat in as well just to keep everything nice and neat storage at the top and do this with one hand so we've got plenty storage up there as you can see um we've got the uh the surgeon kit they're probably familiar with that's the uh the switch for the awning light that's part of the uh the flyknit kit that i was telling you about i'll show you uh that in a second um we've got top locker storage over the top and that the is the the solar controller um that is a really good bit of kit actually because uh there's an app for this uh and you can have it on your phone it works via bluetooth and it tells you how much power is being pushed in through the uh through the solar panels which there are two of on this roof and there's two 100 watt solar panels um so it's it's throwing in quite a lot of power uh just behind us here we've got the sink hot and cold water in that as well this one is a full oven and this one has got an electric hob point as well so you can use either gas or electric so if you're on mainz on site you don't have to use your gas to cook um you've got the grill and other option there there's another bit of storage down at the bottom there's one of the isolation taps as well or two to isolation capture to say the gas appliances for inside let's just uh come down here a bit more storage down there under the sink quite a lot actually just above here got the top block of storage and just above me here we've got a turbo vent as well uh which is uh has been handy on these warm days that we've been having um just a bit further back i've got a bit more storage in here and again each cupboard that you seem to open pulls so much um we've got the i think this is a 60 litre compressor fridge fridge freezer compartment in there as well decent size it's quite deep that one and then underneath here we've got four big draws put them on proper ball bearing runners just for that good quality feel to them as well so they're all the same depth that goes all the way down um so again lots of storage in there one of the requirements that the customer asked for was uh they didn't want any handles uh anything protruding walking uh through so that's what we've gone with with these catches here we've got the shower compartment i've got the c400 toilet bench style toilet um we've got the corner sink there this is one that uh i put together um the corner sinks that are available and they tend to be quite bulbous and they take a lot of room from your shower compartment so this going straight across they give you that bit more room in the shower part um as you can see show ahead there a bit more storage at the top there there's a separate hanging rail in here uh for any wet clothes uh these lights by the way they're all dimmable so you can have them uh turned in if you want to and obviously we've got the uh the roof vent in there as well uh we've got a little uh blown or outlet there to keep things nice and warm in here as well pull that too there's another outlet there as well underneath to keep this front part um not if you can see it there with the light the blown air outlet there okay so moving back uh we've got a set of steps here i'm going to make them up in a second i'll show you how that works um just below before we get to the bed area we've got some more storage points here there's a little cubby hole here another one down there the pumps down there as well and we've got another another storage compartment a little cubby hole but this um this looks fixed but it all this center bit can be removed so the center cushion can be removed this front panel can be removed and the actual bed frames that are underneath this can all be removed so all this going right to the front of the vehicle can be used if you want to carry anything well obviously long but it just opens it up and gives you the ability to use it for just more than a camera i suppose and that was one of the things that uh they did ask for uh so we've got two wardrobes here oh i've got the aerial point in here again storage for your clothes on this side another hanging rail quite a lot of room in these so going across there we've got uh three lockers on one side with a bit of a shelf on there as well there's leds running down these lockers as well and just uh underneath there i don't you can see it or not there's usbs there's two on that side and there's two on that side in the back corner as well charging forms or anything else that uh needs to do with these cameras or anything we've got a big midi hickey roof vent up there as well some more lights and just across the back doors there you can see uh that again is it's part of the fly net system that they've uh they've had installed again really nice system and the ladies sport 2 did a fantastic job on it as well um so what we'll do um we'll take around the back of the vehicle and i'll show you what's underneath okay let's get another look so no windows on the back doors of this one um but what we have got we've got um some quite good padding uh on these doors uh this is where the head's gonna be so they wanted extra comfort as possible i've done the same thing with the the covers in both corners as well um the bed itself is six foot six long uh from that petition to the back doors and across we're looking about six foot one so this is an absolutely huge bed uh it really is spacious um underneath uh is where he's going to be keeping the barracks when they're traveling and things like that we've got storage pockets that go straight through same on this side what i've done i've put a big lip on this if you will so nothing will fall out because the idea was once the barracks are in uh they don't want to be having to take the backs out in order to get to the the stuff that they've got in here so there's no doors on these but obviously we needed a bigger upstand to stop things falling out uh we've got a couple of outlets there for the uh the blown our eating so there's one right at the front of the bed and one right at the back so the bedding area is going to get really nice and warm uh again we've got plenty storage in there and we've got some more storage down here just around the other side of that i'll show you that in a second there's an isolation switch that you can get to from the inside which is just on the other side of this combo heater here um so like i said everything is tucked in nice and neat uh you can see straight through to the back there for the storage uh we've got this uh little rail here on the floor uh this is what's going to be holding the front end of the the bikes down so we've got a couple of uh clamps to go on here which will sort that out when the customer comes to collect uh that front partition there that's the other side where the step is and there's we've got a couple of shoot bolts uh on here to keep the saw it's just a case of taking that off and that will all come out as well these two frames underneath as well so there's one on the front one at the back some decent form in there as well and again i don't know if you can see better from here you can see the usb points a bit easier from there but uh to look from the back to the front it's you you've got room straight down so obviously once this is taken out you've got all that room right then back to the to the back of the cab seats uh so what i'll do obviously we've got this bed area at the the back here we've got another one at the front uh so i'll do i'll set that up and i'll show you that one okay so one of the requirements uh of this bisport build uh was we needed to fit an extra bed at the front here which we we've done so this front end has got three purposes obviously it's traveling um with the two seats at the back of fully crushed tested um with seat belts uh you've got your dining area obviously you've got your table and an actual flap here so everybody's got a table uh and also it's to make up a bed which we've done so you easily get a an adult in this here it's it's more than enough room uh for this and all this was was two extra boards with some makeup cushions uh so that's that's covered all that um i'm really happy that's come out actually let me just show you the the step um what i've done here so there's uh let me just turn the light on actually um so we've got a couple of steps here and these just fold away um but also when that's not in use uh it's an extra flap for for when cooking um you've got extra work space there to use that which is really will come in handy obviously with the extra flap here as
