here you do have an rv parking optional look at that nice right i'm gonna take you guys up to the front here got some pavers landscape mature the exterior of the uh property has been repainted also um killing two birds one stone today i have a client that's very interested in this property out of state so we are doing a full video tour might as well do the tour and uh show you guys what's going on inches on here i think this is actually higher than 36 inches love that looks good let's see here come into the shower all the way up there you go again you got this beautiful solid door now this section right here is just kind of like a say like a family room or like a game room right i believe this section of the home the way it's designed was actually an add-on i'll show you that here in a second love this mirror here this mirror was so huge i thought the home well i'm sorry the mirror took up this whole wall and as i was walking i thought the home kept going it was such an illusion however here we have a theater room ready to go gorgeous huh obviously you're gonna need some chairs led lights definitely has some potential here now i feel that this section right here was actually walled off this whole section right here is an add-on i believe so now we can exit this way let's exit this way show you how beautiful this backyard is [Applause] look at this let that soak in for a second gorgeous right let me make adjustments here before you come on this side now that's what i was talking about the rv parking this takes you into that one room this right here could be uh look how gorgeous this is though it's no better than this folks all right let's go back upstairs you got an old school intercom here take you guys i'm going to take you guys upstairs but before we go upstairs let me just show you this here we got the hallway down here back to the front then we have the laundry room we're off to the left we have kitchen i'm going to take you guys back up to the front again so that way you guys can get the lay of the land so here's the front door okay coming back this way we got some closet i know it's a little bit dark so i apologize just closet with shelves now coming into the bathroom again you got some marble flooring look at this got a beautiful copper sink look at this that's cool then we have our toilet with some beautiful wallpaper look at this old school radio man cassette deck just like you can reset it isn't that kind of crazy down here we have another room it is a little bit dark here this would be considered sweet original cabinets basically everything's all original here and you have your toilet this one has vinyl flooring actually hardwood floor engineering flooring on this one here is your water heater now back in the day they put the water heaters inside the home but now it's required to be installed inside your garage here's your laundry room now the laundry room is very small that looks like your clean out right here sewage so this is going to be gas and electric wash here's your four car garage definitely needs some work here it's a little bit dark i'm gonna go back inside it smells a little uh old in here like old wood coming back in the house and we're gonna go upstairs second floor spiral staircase look at that see this is the part i was telling you about where i believe this part of the house is actually an add-on right here you have a nice catwalk going this way to the third floor engineering wood again so we're gonna come up this way got another bedroom this one is very large eight foot ceilings we have a bathroom here original bath let's take a look at this all original hair looks like this definitely could be redone oh that's for sure here's the balcony the front of the house i don't know if i mentioned that um the lot size on here was a 21 334 square feet beautiful neighborhood all right let's go i don't know what bedroom is this bedroom our four five here's another bathroom oops copper fixtures wow this is like so old it's kind of cool though whoa check this out oh my gosh wow look at the design on that huh looks like some of this stuff has been remodeled some of them some of the items haven't been remodeled take you guys down this way this is just all extra shelving here storage i like how they utilize this little nook area here's the main living room love
