Holy shit that was amazing. I never knew about his injuries. They sound really brutal but he overcame it. You can hear such passion in what he's saying.

Such a great dude. I know for a fact that if I never saw Rodney Mullen do a dark slide, there is not a chance in hell I would have ever thought it was possible, even do this day. It would have always remained a "oh man imagine if you could do a board slide on your griptape" type of thing.
