why does this channel exist is Rudy ever gonna quit the most important questions of your life then nobody really cares about the answer to and today we're gonna address these questions by opening the box from our Odyssey where it continued the Odyssey Ford on Timmy's investments a proudly owned subsidiary of this guy's shaved head well hope everyone's in for a nice treat today should be a nice fun school Odyssey box remember uh this box was sealed with shrink wrap barring the official Wizards of the coast logo if this shrink rack is not intact the product integrity may be compromised do you see that guy's face that is not a face of compromise alright everybody so we're gonna cut right into this thing and we're gonna see how it goes no turning back good luck Vader uh not a lot of expensive cards in this set this is so straight up in the stash of video today just say nostalgia box opening you're not gonna hit anywhere near no you know $3,000 a box that I charge the patron and but we're gonna have a lot of fun and we're gonna take a look at these old-school era cards and Wow look at that everybody how cool is that that is neat that's pretty sweet beautiful beautiful looking blueish with like these red that's pretty cool okay biggest thing people I think need to be aware of is on this particular type of product and set the money is pretty much gonna be in the foil slot it's all about the foils in these old cards man the foils in these old cards are worth ton that is were massive massive money as I so weird only a couple of the common cards sorry the might be a little fuzzy on the quality today we got bad weather or some weird lighting going on but overall hope you guys enjoy it should be let's still looks pretty clear though sold Smith we've got the old card frames - huh well older card frames not the not quite the originals but you know what old enough am i right very cool cards everybody execute is our first uncommon the egg volcanic spray and the shrine is our think the land cycle is probably my favorite in this particular old product it just love it a lot of nature style animals and bears and a lot of what is that guy's head look at the beast on his head hundred and something dollars so I know some really spicy cards but they're very tough to get in the set are they numbered on the bottom they are 350 cards in this set holy smokes I thought was like 180 chamber manipulation resilient warrior and we've got the lieutenant cacao alright alright I know what I'm doing so so much ah I guarantee you there's gonna be people who watch this video that this is like a major throwback for them on this old set I know a lot of these this was the era well unfortunately a lot of the cards don't have much financial value but don't underestimate the mint condition version of these most of these old cards are just in rat shape alright look at this Colosseum the first uncommon love that look at this awakening another ogre and the haunting echo what is that is that a cone head look at this guy uh.okay what year was this we're so busy reading the warning label I didn't look at the year 2001 right there everybody's hit 2001 Wizards Wow 2001 holy crap bucks for like a foil common it's unbelievable the price of these old foils really is crazy Oh nomads uncommon stadium and a beast attack look at the flash back cause my god it's like really it's pricey and we're looking at Oh the patron wizard Wow oh my god leaver God this was in this Odyssey set man this was this is actually one of the more expensive cards in the set and we got a foiled peek look foil peek everybody all right so we got to foil Commons in a foil uncommon fool rare is still at large everybody all right here we are moving forward animal bone yah the squirrel nest screams of the dams and the maneuvers impulsive maneuvers anybody member this I but yeah this was I was like I think it's a coin flip card it's kind of weird to see that stuff because you know I mean think about it everybody it's 2019 honestly how many cards do you see wizards making right now then actually have coin flip minute abilities Oh Tim Berlin ruins love that common artwork right there I mean you just don't see that kind of stuff oh my god what is this creepy sin look at this guy if I saw him in my backyard eating my grass I would be pretty upset still life diabolic tutor ah dude you realize a that's pretty much what we got oh man I'm getting nervous everybody that foil rare still has not been found everybody we have the foil rare still up in arms he is on the loose Fanta tog concentrates ant oh wait wait we're missing uncommon we got a foil uncommons we're missing one okay we got a crazy angel look at the angel and we've got a wild we'll have a blister uncommon this is a good foil box man Wow was it three seven foils already that is above the average very nice demolish chamber of manipulation squirrel nests all the foil rare oh I can there's so much foiling I can't even see the name a Bosch I can't even read about in some Emperor squid Rudy guy I don't even know what that is well it's not a home run and two more some sort of patron wizard but we got a full okay I have no idea if that's like a foil rare that's worth like a dollar or if that's like a fifty dollar foil rare alright at least we got one holy smokes okay dwarven streams and we're heading over to the uh persuasion and another foil Wow earth rift this is way more foils than I've seen in previous old box openings that's a lot of foils that's which is great because literally all the financial value is tied to the foils in these old boxes that's that's what you want to see all right aura up dere overrun and we got a pendant alright charm pendant taka real ROH good lord okay and never even heard of that card it's amazing how after all these years just you run into cards that you still physically don't even flip and remember oh look at that uncommon guard and I love the land cycle look at that oh and a cabal pit a double in the face of fear with the Squad same thing I don't think they would use this type of thing in 2019 anymore it's just laying that out there everybody laying that out there okay psycho tog brain ping er shadow blood egg and we got Ernest fellowship each creature has protection from its colors whoa oh another oh my god are you serious a third foil land Wow I don't think I've ever seen that this is the most amount of foils I think I've ever seen one two three four five six seven eight we're at ten files and then one box that's like on red almost a one-in-three booster packs have foils that's really unusual steam claw spiritual eyes and the stalking bloodsucker I remember this never never a major card right there wow this is actually a pretty impressive box opening for this old set ah Nomad Stadium steamed vines ogre and a chloro these guards are like I don't even remember I really didn't I think most people didn't really play during this time lava blister gorilla and the mystic enforcer I remember this because the first time I saw the art I was like whoa look at this crazy car then on wait a minute is that a cat Ninja Warrior Nomad mystic enforcer that looks like I can't head that was the first time I remember saying that so anyways all right overall vaner not not bad not a bad box the foils is just epic and time stretch we got it the most expensive car in the set at 41 cents we got it baby if this was foil it's like a hundred and fifty dollars in mint condition foil flipping infamous ten drop time stretch everybody we actually got one all right boy that just really put the video absolutely epic and epicenter I remember seeing I just remand that was a cool piece of art that's what I thought was cool and another foil oh we did get a foil land Timberland ruins Oh God you see that little fool look at the foil line right there yes see that like going across there and that crazy-looking the way they did the foil oh my god the foils all right we're getting towards the end of the video everybody I hope you guys are really enjoying yourselves and enjoying today's video absolutely oh my god wait what is this is that a rare it uncommon is that opened an old box with this many foils in one box by far coils and old boxes were so difficult to get oh we did get a petrified field oh god the old lands in this man oh my god alright very last pack crap as me as scared the crap out of me as a kid well we ended today's video ready 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 13 oils in one vintage booster box which by the way just to let everybody know where's the doesn't have the rates the pool rates of the foils no does they don't do that back then Wizards of the coast I was curious with the pull rates for foils were holy crap 13 foils at a thirty six packs that's
