Vallejo. Joey. Thank you. In East Contra Costa County, a homicide investigation is underway following the deadly shooting of a pizza delivery driver. The Oakley Police Department says that it happened just before 5:00 tonight on Rutherford Lane, not far from vintage Parkway. Authorities say the 24 year old victim was sitting inside of his parked car just outside of his home, when a vehicle pulled up next to him. Police say a passenger in the car got out, shot the victim multiple times, then left the scene. According to police, the victim was on a break while delivering pizzas. They say
