done um in his house during the pandemic okay okay all right so uh because of that i'm really interested in to like to hear what he has to say like we've kind of already heard a couple things from the guy so we know he's introspective he's you know he he's uh he deals with he deals a lot of his emotions he puts it all out there and he he he talks about things that you know matter right well this is during a pandemic so he's in the house with and i know how i was feeling during the pandemic i don't know what this guy was thinking in a pain to make obviously he's still the creative and he's gonna put some good things together but i'm telling you i have a feeling that this is going to be you know um one of the most interesting uh videos you watch and i'm also interested to see what what genre years ago i quit performing live comedy because i was beginning to have uh severe panic attacks while on stage which is not a great place to have them so i quit and i didn't perform for five years i spent that time trying to improve myself mentally and you know what i did i got better i got so much better in fact that in january of 2020 [Music] i thought you know what i should start performing again i've been hiding from the world and i need to [Music] re-enter and then the funniest thing happened [Music] okay i love so much of this right now um okay from a technical style point i love that he did this by himself and like he's got crowd reactions and all this stuff in his house like it's just so so dope you know i'm saying and like he understands that he needs the crowd he needs an interaction but he's also making a point as he's doing it i think that's really dope i think this is really cool and clever and creative i also think it's very interesting that we just watched the video and i love that the the people who who commented and told us to do this in this order knew what they were talking about the setup of watching him bear his soul on the last video talk about how tough it is for him to do what he's doing and then hear him talk about it on his own in this next video goes right back to what we talked about last time about the mental health man yeah like man brave man that's why i keep saying he is a brave soul like people need to hit this stuff man because like other people are going through this like you know some people somebody tomorrow might try to end it because they feel like they're not themselves they can't they can't they're having anxiety attacks they're freaking out because they're nervous or you know in different settings or whatever and he's talking about it while he's also like right right like a guy who has a crazy following and all stuff like that and that's why i'm curious to see where he goes with this man i'm saying like well he's bearing this he's burying his soul bearing his soul on the track you know what i'm saying oh yeah yeah kendrick sorry all right the funniest thing happened were you feeling nervous were you be your form of therapy i think we have to do what we were created to do in order to be the happiest that we can be luther said and luther said a chair is not a chair unless someone is sitting there you don't say we not who we we are not who we are unless we're doing what we were created to do like use your gifts so he's using this his gift as therapy awesome i love that he's doing this and bearing his soul in front of other people because like you said there's a lot of people that you hear like i need to hear this you know i don't think i was in a place where he was i don't have those love it this is this is the reason why i like this this this whole thing is because we do this on the podcast we have these conversations these tough things all the time and i feel like to watch a person go through a five-year struggle with mental health and how he's dealing with it goes right into a pandemic where he's stuck in the house when he wants to get back out he finally wants to get it's like it's very eye-opening and and telling that a lot of us are dealing with this stuff man and a lot of us aren't talking about it especially men just don't talk about any of our problems don't talk about any of our issues we just don't put it out there and when you see somebody be vulnerable to do that it gives me or others all the coverage the courage to do the same thing so my my thing is if you watch bo burnham videos you already know what i'm saying but if you don't and you just follow us for shot for shot reasons if you got to talk to somebody reach out to somebody you know reach to somebody close to you and just bury your soul man tell it what it is it ain't it's not there's nothing to be embarrassed about nothing to be embarrassed about we all go through these things we all have our issues we all have things we struggle with but we don't talk about it we keep brought up inside it's only going to hurt ourselves and then we get sick you know what i mean don't keep it on
