freighter what we need to do is we need to go get a frost protection module a cold protection module because i think every every derelict freighter i've ever gone to or desolate freight or whatever it came out like i got a little bit of early access to it it was fun it was a good game it's a lot of fun the only thing for me it's a lot of fun to play but it i think it's one of those games it's a you also don't want the ships to be super expensive because you're not going to get that much off of them don't do freighters freighters are not worth it uh making a formal live ship maybe i guess your price so 3.8 million not bad um i'm going to buy it now to collection i don't want to replace my living ship by any means and then i'm going to go ahead and dismantle this stuff basically just dismantling what i can and then moving all of this to probably high capacity high capacity high capacity so now that ship is technically mine mine is still over there and um basically what you do is you go over here you go into this guy and you click on claim scrap worth 2.6 so that's what 3.8 i think so it's really costing us 1.2 million in order to scrap it and get uh we have to confirm it because they don't want you accidentally scrapping a ship um yeah discuss and what you get out of it can depend on the ship so i got oh what did we get what did we get okay so we got two a class modules so then i can talk to this guy right here uh you go to purchase upgrade modules but don't purchase go to sell and then i can sell uh starship shield module and pulse engine module so i could sell this for 587 annettes so that 1.2 million just turned into 600 nanites ish so that's a that's a valid way to do it it's easy it's quick it's fast um but as you do it you start losing money and you got to make sure you don't do it on expensive ones so like if there's a cargo hauler in here what is this guy oh my gosh hello this is an s-class oh okay so this is where this is where it might on the squid that actually gives me a reason now uh so scrapping ships would not only also give us nanites it would also get us the stuff to upgrade the squid because the squid's gonna become my cannot upgrade storage you can't have a economy scanner on it but you also don't need the different types of drives you can warp to any planet warping it doesn't cost warp field it only costs chromatic metal landing uh the landing gear stuff you don't have to have a thruster fuel all you need is um oxygen and then pulse drives costs silver or gold so uh it's just kind of different i uh where are we going we're going here so that's kind of the difference and like upgrades work a little bit differently too so as it like like this is my storage slots i can't actually expand these in any way right now uh ogre living ships don't look cool they i said they look squishy uh they look squishy but i've they can hold their own they can hold their own fun um but yeah it's just a little bit different so like this is my uh essentially my take off and landing stuff all i need is oxygen to replace it i don't have to have launch thruster feel uh singularity cortex that is your warp drive just play through the story and once you hit a point you will uh you'll actually start the heck you'll actually start getting glyphs every time you uh you warp so jelly shrooms begum jelly shrooms all one oh it was a long one what's the next modest line rancher uh i um i don't know for sure i don't know for sure yet i actually don't have my videos that far out yet i've been working on i got i got so far behind uh with stuff recently so i don't actually have my videos that far out right now what's so great about living ships um because what's so great about is it's just the the the operating costs let's say that the operating costs the refueling the refilling your supplies and stuff like that that you need to do stuff much much cheaper much easier in my opinion because like i said i don't i'm super worried about inventory size because i don't usually keep a lot of stuff on my my ship because i mean look at like exo suit you have all of this you have all of this and then you also have your freighter that has uh well when it's within range it has like you know all of your stuff on it so it's just like i don't need a ship with a lot of storage unless i'm hauling a bunch of stuff to like from a farm say to sell then i use the squid chip once we fully upgrade it my gosh we're so close we are so close yeah natural resources versus manufactured exactly i don't worry about i don't worry about that stuff trying to get avoided that's 3200 quicksilver from uh from the quicksilver guy you just gotta save up from some of the missions you'll be good i had no man's sky crashed the other day uh in my live stream but i actually haven't had any issues today i haven't been having any issues but i think it could have also been because like i loaded up so what was that what i was doing was i was trying to get my freighter and i could not get the freight i kept spawning in systems and all this stuff and nothing would spawn in and it was because i had a mission for my freighter so i'm almost wondering if i crashed it myself because like i had that mission and the game wanted to load freighters in and it was just like it was just like backing up you know it's like oh it should have loaded a freighter oh we should load a freighter you know what i mean i play the normal the normal survival whatever it is i don't play permadeath now i'm not that hardcore if i die i do not want to lose my save what are my base i don't give out my base cards again i haven't given them out yet i have not released the base cords yet uh no i'm actually offline right now so most of the time i try to play offline uh and that's like i said just because like uh recording streaming whatever i don't want people just like randomly joining in you know unless i'm doing the quicksilver missions or things like that then uh then i'll play online what's my favorite series gosh i don't know i like new series i like playing new games that i haven't played before that's like hands down my
