I repeated 15 times. Rest for 15 minutes If your indoor is cold, extend the rest to 20 minutes The dough is even more relaxed than before Time for the first fermentation Fermentation could be accelerated by putting a bowl of hot water in the microwave with the dough. First fermentation time: 50 minutes if it is warm, 60 ~ 70 minutes if it is cold It could be done in room temperature if your indoor is warm and humimd like summer After 50 minutes... Looks great! This means it is ready! I'll show you how to make in both Pullman loaf pan and regular loaf pan.
