hey cycle drag Universe I hope you really enjoyed the gator Nationals coverage there was a lot to see check it out if you haven't but there was one thing missing the Top Fuel Harleys and if you follow along on cycledrag.com or cycle drag Facebook you know that unfortunately that class lost their sponsor lost their person as for now are no longer part of the NHRA but guess what I love them you love the fuel Harleys I found out where they're at so before we go back to bike week let's jump on a Hayabusa and take a ride up to this brand new track North Florida Motorplex to see what's going on with these awesome Top Fuel Harleys at the ahdra opener you can bring a Hayabusa to all Harley drags right and fair warning with me riding this is the absolute nicest my hair is going to look all weekend it's going to be a bad hair weekend but we got a great show come on let's go see what we can find all right we're making time that's about uh 250 miles in check out this little cool rest stop it's awfully rural up here by the Panhandle Tupelo Honey Van Morrison that's what it makes me think of uh pecans pretty cool hey the good news is the gas pump was on only has 87 that's interesting right and here's a tip for you boost the guys out there you high performance sport bike guys out there Brock Davidson others on the dyno told me 87 is what they made the most power with so if you're putting High test in your street bike if it's not popping or pinging at 87 you're wasting your money put some 87 and see what it does if it likes it that's the best option it'll save you a couple pennies too that just plays out though is this country or what I wish it was open closed at seven o'clock on Friday I bet it's pretty cool inside I bet you can get some good stuff all right let's keep going power over here joska looking on with Hua hint to Caton they call him Sushi looking for a big win to get alongside Ryan Perry [Music] I thank Michael boss he's ready to go Nitro funny bike coming up oh another big matchup and as you see that is a supercharger on Sushi's bike it's run with your brung in Top Fuel there are no limitations something doesn't sound quite right on that motorcycle though it's Ryan Perry hits the water Perry versus Sushi a big one coming up oh and this is a tough break for the team out of Finland something not right I don't think they're going to be able to make the there competing great to see Steve rominski back as well he works with Michael Balch and after 20 ear Hiatus he's back in drag racing final round coming up attrition is a big factor out here and I don't think cornett's gonna be able to make it pass Michael bulge will get a free ride Victory or wins the wins a win you take them any way you can get them out here top and getting a little loose we racing and I was gonna buy a gas bike so I could make rounds and get back into it after 12 years Tracy said this trailer don't haul no damn gas it only hauls Nitro so we ended up buying the pro fuel bike Tracy puppy with Wally really with Johnny and I couldn't be doing it without Wally and I there's not too many people that know this Wally's tuning that bike with absolutely no computers so he has no dad at home [Music] as Walter takes on his Protege the woman he tuned for all last year [Music] here she is doing a great job your 2022 Rookie of the Year Mary bam dangral Walter olonsky Netherland tuned her bike without a computer by the seat of his pants he tuned in marry a real inspiration to many ladies out there a Nitro rookie in her late 50s making it look easy and she is gone she's gonna win this one makes a correction how about it Tracy Kyle I gotta ask you what's my name your winner bands Caesar you know I don't know she's trying maybe a little too hard let's hear that bam one more is so cool some say it's not safe but I say as long as they have on other safety gear I'm for it great way to grow the sport they can't get insurance for this on NHRA and ihra tracks but they can do it here and again as long as they have on all their safety gear how much more dangerous is this really than what they can do out on a motocross track nine second run and soon they could be doing this so if you ever wondered what do they do when they come back to the pits what state have I not seen the great Huckleberry Huckleberry first thing I could ask you about that crazy burnout contest are you okay and what happened so everybody thought I blew a head gasket I lit the pit on fire we're talking horsepower mile an hour Island the pit on fire they go straight with birth it was the pit that was on fire absolutely crazy I know right [Music] thoughts and prayers this is why you want to do this at the racetrack safety crew standing by we'll check them out hate to see this absolutely brutal incident for John Cabral he's got a lot of experiences that turbo bagger just too much today [Music] a cool transport coming in for John Raw and we have great news psycho drag Universe because I just heard from John cabral's lovely better half Lisa they went to the hospital and believe it or not guys absolutely no broken bones that is awesome so John is sore he's got a long road to recovery but no broken bones and he is okay so down below please join us in Wishing John Huckleberry Cabral an awesome guy a speedy recovery John so glad you are okay I'm so thankful and I'm also mad that you gave me a scare my good buddy Huckleberry I'm so glad he's okay Huckleberry what the heck happened out there well you know he got these these high-tech bikes turn the timing up a little bit we had it pretty hard we turned up a little bit and put a lot of horsepower to it and it was just it was too much so something that we learned that the bike they'll need to do those kind of jumps they've got to go one at a time on the timing so it's all it was the rest of the week it ran perfect it ran good runs 136 miles an hour in age I mean I think BT was great it uh it was all about it stumbled a couple times so we decided to turn the timing up a couple clicks and it was it no broken bones for you that is the best part back pain leg pain and ego hurts so you never think it's gonna happen after 40 years November went down so but you know you you play with these this is big technology even this bike so you know we changed a lot a lot of stuff in this bike a lot of things from the primary belts from primary chain to the rear sprockets everything was changed the clutch was changed so we were just testing and we laid really soft in it and it was doing good but it's a whole couple times so we tried to clean that up and cleaned it up the prayers just the prayers are awesome and all the I see it all over the sites and like that and we really appreciate it and I'm so thankful for the prayer yes thanks for all the kind words and well wishes for John here we go super gas final we've got Donnie Hoffman taking on Cody Hayworth top end of the racetrack win light coming on Donnie again the 30-time championship well Donnie you did it again you did it again a little bit a little bit of a rough start you know not it's not often that you start owing one yeah the rough start was yesterday we lost all the tickets lost the tickets well the ladders all the ladders okay but nonetheless my friend you did it all right old dog and hollering Winston Winston race dogs inside that motor congratulations Tony Hawk you're the man all right another win yeah nice tribute Donnie and speaking of tributes sadly just days before the race Shane Fisher of Team Rocky Jackson passed away she was honored at the banquet [Applause] rest in peace Shane will never forget you and perhaps she was John cabral's guardian angel on this run guys all is well that ends well I'm about ready to freeze but I'm gonna jump
