[Music] because you gotta walk into the club first first you know this hello british folk i am nichola cochran and today i'm going to show you what is in my bag my bag is the todd's shirt bag it's my everyday bag it also fits a lot of stuff in which i think is imperative if you have a nice bag you're allowed to have like a terrible outfit sometimes when i travel to set i'll wear like an awful old track suit but like if i've got a nice bag like this i feel at least put together it might be me tricking myself but it's how i feel let's dig in so the first thing pretty obvious my phone it's um it's actually cracked i have a nice case and i have a b case which is a little bit bridgeton esque i thought i've got my keep cup it's one of the glass ones i feel like the cork is good oh i've got my name on it so this it's really messy but it's real i am quite the napper and this is my silk sleep mask i wear this on my way to set in the morning sometimes you get picked up at like 4am and it's really tiring and awful so i just whack this on and then i'm good to go i wear it every night too and it keeps your eyelashes curly because i have naturally like straight eyelashes they like stick out sort of like a cow and if i sleep with this on they stay up my keys obviously i bought this at dublin airport it's like an it's a lucky irish leprechaun that says look at the irish on it but he spins around it's like a fidget spinning leprechaun and who doesn't need one of those this is so good this is a hygiene key so in the the days of covid and the playground times we live in this is for pressing lift buttons um it pulls door handles it's not that good at that let's be honest i think i've always been curious if it works on phones it does i've just shown you my passcode there so i love like a clever gadget thing but this is so cool this is um a stainless steel retractable straw because my favorite type of coffee is iced coffee would you just have to throw a straw i don't like sipping i don't know i'm worried about it but look at this but it also looks like cool it looks like something they'd give you if you work for mi5 they're like here's your gun and your retractable steel straw okay what else got some sunglasses so these are actually tards too but i always love a good pair of sunglasses because you just instantly look much much cooler when you put them on i mean like not cool extremely cool i mean they're great for traveling they're great i mean also to push your hair back and it's just chic when you come into a meeting you're like sorry take your sunglasses off i feel like i'm in like dynasty or something good pair sunglasses always keep the case as well because if you scratch the lens you ruin them okay what else we got oh my wallet it's like a skinny i mean in this wallet i often have mixed currency so i'll have some euro oh yeah and i got some queens money as well i'm very proud of this because you have to work to get one of these my earl angus i'm going to cover the number on my air club card it's like my frequent flyer card and i got this for paying for a lot of flights for auditions so i feel like it's like my badge of honor shout out my pals are lingus none of them are my friends i just wish they were because they're really nice people so this is my writing notebook you can see again i didn't realize how much stuff i had in here i actually used the label maker on this is another one i have had a radio play commissioned and it's a comedy play called whistle through the shamrocks i'm riding it with one of my best friends camila whitehill it's a six episode series and it's super ridiculous and fun and yeah we're in the middle of production of it so i keep my little notebook with me with my little peachy pen to write down my ideas and i make notes on um different irish films i've seen in plays and things like that so we can incorporate them and then next the bridgeton book so this is the book which series two is going to be based on it's anthony bridgeton's story because i'm just desperate to see the scripts i really want to know what's going to happen yeah reading this for clues and i know what like then the general tone of the show is going to be but it's exciting i think the one item that should be in everybody's bag is something that makes you smile when you look at it i know that sounds like a silly thing to say but if it's like you know some little memento it's a picture of family and friends if it's for me if it's my little leprechaun man it's just something because i mean life's hard and we need to smile more [Music] although thank you for looking through the contents of my bag with me this has been a joy and let's do it again sometime [Music] bye you
