if you and I go in your town your backyard and we start you start selling SEO their websites or whatever and I start selling new movers by the end of the day I'm gonna have 10 20 businesses hacks up the wazoo I'm gonna have a ton of pain client and you're probably gonna have nothing you're by gonna have no one and start crabbing about although they already has the website done they already have some oh they're using Wix and Squarespace they know why you got to get something fresh and new when I first got into local marketing I did because I wanted to help small businesses I don't want to just have to limit myself to chiropractors and dentists and all these businesses that have all these huge budgets I wanted to help the little guys the won't like over there little holes in the wall I wanted to help everyone I read these products and stuff when I first started it's about everything that you read tells you know you got to just just got to deal with the ones that can spend thousands of dollars a month and I love there's got to be something better this little places it's look over there that place doesn't that's why I started selling postcard ads yeah I said I can use the power of Direct Mail oh we do listen it's simple I take a postcard that looks like this it's a pretty big postcard I pop a bunch of ads on it and I send it to new people who have just moved into the town the average family in the u.s. moves about every 6 to 7 years I gotta find a new chiropractic places to shop new grocery stores new places to get their pets groom their kids haircuts new churches all of the has to be discovered and if you can send people who just moved in a postcard full of local businesses no one else is doing this you're gonna be the only person Pro tching businesses for that most of the people you learn marketing from don't have local clients they're sitting there behind a computer and they're like oh what can I think of that's gonna scam you think of this stupid thing it's just so much crap out there if you are out there in the trenches you need to be learning from someone who is out there or has recently been out there as well okay all right we're gonna since we were in the area we're gonna stop that someone who actually owes me money a lot of markers you you stuff from them they tell you what to do but I've never actually gone it I don't know if you know but I got people s follow me well then they think that they only got a deal with like dentists and chiropractors budget but it's I'd rather deal with people who are in the business small businesses a lot of Conner daddy listen home at one point we wanted to kill you it was nothing no you've been doing this I've been doing this this is how I started in 2011 I started putting people on postcards right and then I started putting guys out how other people turn to think businessman it is it is to go I have people that follow the and copy that business and other you know energy because like you said there's a lot of people counting on you for marketing them when someone comes in and got something different do it it's crazy exact you know you may not be like me and not want to go around to every door and talk to people and socialize I understand I sell spaces like this all the time if you I never see face I never meet face to face I'll show you an example there's a gym that opened up near near me like I got to get a part of this I gotta get in on this you know I'm doing this when I hear why hit them up I'm gonna show you the Facebook by the way these spaces are super easy to put together I've actually included in this course a template so you get this template you just put them in there's no fancy graphic design needed this isn't it you don't have to make these expensive ads this is all over Facebook I've never met these people and then I reached out to him and said hey I was just wondering if you're able to get any signups I sent that out to him about eight days ago hey Jack yes I signed six people up myself I'll have a final count at the end of the month so six people it's only been 12 days or so that I put the thing out and they've already sent a Jim has signed up six people here's another one this is some guy he's got is he's got a catering you know like like banquet place put the fish fry on here yeah some new people have been coming in now continuing to keep my next month all I do is I just take these cards and I send them out to people who've just moved in town all these other marketers are out there trying to target the same little pool of prospects all go the chiropractor that test some stupid product that's outdated in three three months right Google changes the algorithms I can't keep up with that crap post cards don't change they've been working for like a hundred years you sent a postcard in the mail you were like wow I actually got something cool in the mail rather than the stupid freaking dealing with Google all over the place more power to you if that's your thing that's fine you know what you're gonna be able to sell more that I'm going to show you how to bring so many clients in that you're not gonna know what to do with them you're gonna have all these paying clients people gonna love you you're gonna be able to sell them anything because that you've got response you are the miracle worker this is what could totally change your local marketing business in a week or two my advice is to learn from someone who's got a lot of local clients [Music] [Music]
