hey everyone welcome back to cro so today I will be explaining that how to fix the finals not launching on your PC or laptop and how to fix the final black screen on a startup now the very first thing that I would recommend you that please check your PC specification and make sure that it meet the minimum system requirement of the game now many people are having the same black screen and it's not starting the game just because they have the low configuration and this game probably it will not work okay so this is the first thing that you have to keep in your mind now next what you have to do right click on the Windows icon then from the suggestion click on task manager now here in the task manager you have to look for the finals steam or any kind of third party application that you're not using like Google Chrome or Discord or any other application and even the application tuner like MSI After Burner so if you have opened any of these application right click on it and completely close it once you are done close it next look for the steam open your steam application click on library then you will find the final game on the left hand side so here make a right click on it then click on properties and in the general only you will be getting the enable the stream overlay while in game make sure this option has been disabled then you have to click on install files and here you'll be getting the option of verify Integrity of game file so click on it now this may take some time to verify the Integrity so wait until it's all be 100% completed and once it's been done now you can close it now again right click on the finals hold up to manage and then click on browse local file and this will take you to the location of the final so once you come to this page right click on the discovery. exe then you have to click on properties now here from the top menu option click on compatibility check the option disable fully screen optimization and also check the run the program as an administrator once you have checked both these two options click on apply and then click on okay now next what you have to do click on discovery. exe once and copy the path from the top right click and choose copy and now you can close it next click on your window search type graphic and from the suggestion you have to click on the graphic settings now here you have to click on browse paste the path at the very top hit the enter key select discovery. exe and click on ADD once it will be added you will find discovery. exe over over here click on it then click on options and it should be selected to let Windows decide you have to go with the high performance here so we are giving the high graphic performance so that it should not create any problem and it can easily Run the game okay so once you have done click on Save now you can close it now after applying all this solution you can restart your PC and check back if the problem has been fixed and if not the next what you have to do click on your windows search type Defender and click on Windows Defender Firewall then click on turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off click on it and turn it off both these two public and private option once you have turned off click on okay and then you can close it then make a right click on the Windows icon click on settings from the left hand menu option look for privacy and security then click on Windows security then look for app and browser control and here at the bottom you will find exploit protection so click on exploit protection settings and here you'll find force randomization for images so you have to click on the drop down and choose on by default click on yes and it will say this change require you to restart your device so you can go ahead and restart your computer then relaunch your game and check tag if the problem has been fixed now in case if all the solution doesn't work for you then finally you will have to go ahead and uninstall the game and reinstall it back again so what you can do you can again bring up the steam application right click on the finals hold up to manage and then you have to click on browse local file then from the top you have to click on common and here you'll find the final folder right click on it and and choose delete once it's been deleted again right click on the final hold up to manage and click on uninstall so once you have uninstalled you can go to the store and look for the final game and redownload it back again so this is the last solution but I'm very sure that the previous solution I shared with you that will be surely working for you that's all guys for today hopefully all the solution will work and let me know in the comment section which method work for you and in case still if you have the issues then also you can let me know in the comment section along with your PC or laptop specification so that's all guys and I see you in the next video bye-bye
