hey y'all and welcome back to my channel today's video is going to be all about some new and updated planner products that will be releasing or have already been released by erin condren this past week today i'll be sharing with y'all two primary planners that we all know and love the first one will be the monthly planner which is actually formerly known as the deluxe monthly but it has been rebranded to just the erin condren monthly planner that one is coiled and i will share more about that in a second the second planner that i have to share is the academic planner and i have both the coiled and the soft bound planner options to share with y'all today and then i also have the new vision journal which is featured in the spring seasonal surprise box and then i also have the monthly desk pad calendar one thing that i want to quickly mention is that i was sent these products by the erin condren team for free in exchange for an honest review i want to thank the erin condren team so much for this opportunity but also trusting me to review these products and share with y'all my honest thoughts and that is exactly what i'm going to try to do in this video so the first planner that i have is the monthly planner and you can see this is one of the covers that was released with the life planner launch i did get it with the rose gold coil with this cover which also has some rose gold foiling on it and i just think it looks so so pretty you can see on the back it does kind of have that same look as it does on the front and some of the details regarding this planner so you can get this in the seven by nine version which is what i have this is the standard size for you know erin condren life planners um notebooks things like that but you can also get it in the eight and a half by 11 size which is a great option if you actually want to use that as like your primary planner just to have some extra space but it would be great to have for other uses as well so for this year the monthly planner will be only in the layers design i know that there was two different designs for the life planner this year but they're only sticking with the layers designed for the monthly planner so we have the layers design and then of course you can always choose between colorful and neutral i did pick the neutral for this this planner will be my budget planner which is going to be interesting getting into again because i was doing that for a little while and then i completely dropped it off but we're going to be trying to go at it again using this planner and the coil options are standard you know with the life planners with the notebooks all of that you can choose from platinum gold rose gold or black and if you get anything other than the platinum it is an extra ten dollars on top of the standard price of the monthly planner which is forty dollars so if you get a rose gold coil and a rose gold cover that'll increase your price by at least ten dollars so definitely keep that in mind if you're you know trying to maintain you know a budget because i know what that's like when you're shopping on the website so um here we have the front page so we got the monthly planner and we have a little spot here to put you know your name the dates you know that you're using the planner for maybe what you're using it for i'll probably put a budget planner down there and then we have the layers design with a quote page and then we move into the monthly you know overview page right here so i love how it looks with the neutral layers it's just so so pretty very neutral and i love how it pops against this rose gold coil it's so so pretty and then we have the goals page which is kind of what they've been officially calling it you don't have to use this for goals you can use it for whatever you want but there are 12 boxes so you can have it set for each month that you're using this planner or you can you know have 12 different goals or something there's lots of different uses for this page and lots of different ideas that are floating around so um if you need some inspiration definitely you know hop on instagram or you know search on youtube for some videos about that i'm not entirely sure how how i how i will be using this for my budget planner quite yet but i'm hoping to do a setup video once i kind of you know figure that out but um yeah so we start moving into the months here and the neutral is so so pretty i love how the neutral looks with the layers especially as compared to the kaleidoscope design of last year i really love the neutral of this one a little bit more than the kaleidoscope so i love that and you can tell i have a july 2020 start date so with the monthly planners you get four different gut options and the guts meaning like the actual um planner part of the planner so gut option one you have 12 months they are all 12 months you can start in july 2020 and have it go until june 2021. the second gut option starts in august 2020 and ends in july 2021 and then the third gut option starts in september 2020 and goes until august 2021 and then the fourth and last is 12 months just like the others but it begins in january 2021 and ends in december 2021. so it all kind of depends on you know when you want to start using this and maybe what you want to use it for if you want to use it more for like an academic setting it may be you know it make it may make more sense to start in august or september you know it just kind of depends on your personal preference but i kind of like to go along the lines of the erin condren launch season so i started with july so we have that and then um you also have a page right here and i love how there's just like the dotted lines around you know what would essentially be the header of the page and it's just lined so very simple and then we move into the monthly overview page and this is very similar to how it was last year not too much you know not too many differences going on um they remove the kaleidoscope or the hexagon up there but other than that it's pretty much the same you have the same you know kind of rotating colors that go along with each month so july we have like kind of a lavender color but other than that it is extremely bare you can you really have a lot of different options to you know customize this with however you want so then moving on we do have another notes page over here that is just like the one that i just showed and then over here you do have the dashboard page and so you can see there are some layers being carried out up there um so it's going to be kind of difficult to use stickers on you know this page with the neutral design so just keep that in mind but you do have the lavender color of july carried over with some lines and you know circles right there but you have dot grid you have lined you have blank lots of different options for you to kind of get creative and figure out you know how best you want to use this page and then we have one two three four five six seven eight notes pages for the month so that's i think quite a bit of space to you know put what you need to put down especially for budget planning um or even you know content planning i have used a monthly planner for content planning for youtube so there's a lot of space and they're all lined i wish they would you know offer a different notes style like maybe a dot grid because i could get some use out of dot grid more than lines i would say but i'm happy with this i also love how it's just very simple there's no accents anywhere there's not even like you know like in the in the coiled notebooks there's always like an erin condren logo down there i love how it's just the notes pages and that is it so you can you know add stickers you can do whatever you want to you know make this planner just your your space and kind of set it up to how you want it to be so after july of course we move into august and we can see what the color is it is a lighter sort of blue i don't know the exact color shade but it's definitely a nice soft sort of blue and then of course we have the notes pages and then we move into september which is the peachy kind of color and then the notes pages and then october with a darker blue it's kind of like a dusty sort of blue it reminds me of like the dusty mild liner um that kind of matches that shade and then november which is um the lavender color again so we're gonna be repeating here and then december which is that lighter blue and then the notes pages and then january which is the peach and then february with the darker dusty blue the notes pages and then march with the lavender again and the notes pages and april with the lighter blue right there the notes pages and then may which is the peach and then we get into our last month which is june and this is the darker dusty blue and then as you're going through the notes pages for june you get down to the tab down here where it says notes and the deluxe there we go there's the slip it's going to happen so the unique thing about the monthly planner is that you can actually add 40 or 80 additional notes pages in the back if you're familiar with the life planner it does come with some notes pages but there's not a whole lot like there's not enough to really last you for an entire year so that's one thing that i love about the monthly planners is that they do come with the option of adding additional notes pages i think i have the 80 additional notes pages and mine are all lined but on the website when you are purchasing your monthly planner you do have the option of adding lined dot grid or productivity pages which is amazing so happy about that i don't think they did that last year correct me if i'm wrong but um as far as i remember i had lined last year and i definitely would have chosen dot grid um if i if they had that option but anyway this year they do have three options that's four they do have three options um for you to add in the back which is fantastic and i absolutely love that they gave us that option so if you choose to add 40 dot grid pages it is five dollars more on top of the price of the monthly planner and if you choose to add 80 additional pages that is a 10 increase on top of the base price of the planner here's our last note page right here you flip it over and we have the future calendar look and this is for 2022 which is insane to think about but we do have a space to sort of plan out what that year may look like so you can put you know all of your plans down here if you're saving up for a vacation and using this as a budget planner you could you know put that down under the month or if you know you have a wedding to go to and want to make sure that you budget in a gift or something like that travel all that stuff you know you can put that down there as well and we do have a section down here for you to add any notes or comments or things like that as it pertains to 2022 so that's another great functionality of this page as well moving on we have a quote page at the very very back and then we have some sticker sheets so these definitely differ from the ones that are in the back of the new life planners those i believe have a you know they're a little bit um thinner on this side like the design is much you know it's pushed back a little so you have more space to write and i think there is also some metallic let me pull out my planner so i'm not making this up so here is mine i do have the colorful um and this is what it looks like in the new life planner so it doesn't look like they completely updated them for the monthly planner which i wish they would have but um you know we're we'll just have to work with these for the time being or if you wanted to you know buy the separate labels that came in the neutral life planner you could definitely do that but we do get two sheets of these and they do match the different colors that coordinate with each of the months so and then we have our standard pocket folder here is double-sided so we have the pocket here and then one on the back and then that is it that is the monthly planner so like i said i will be using mine for budget planning and stay tuned for some videos on that i am planning on doing a setup video but i'm also kind of thinking of doing some check-ins kind of like how i used to do them so stay tuned for those videos that will be coming up in the next one or two months i also wanted to add that erin condren is offering the monthly planner in the binder option as well so you can get it in both the coiled and the binder option so the binder this year comes with the layers colorful and neutral and then the champagne and the shane champagne book cloth binder has a coating that apparently makes it a little bit more durable than the previous versions i have the light pink cloth version which is a hair magnet so hopefully you know the champagne one is a little bit different um and has a you know a coating on it to kind of repel that kind of stuff but there is that option and you can also get the the the guts of the planner in both neutral and colorful and the binder does have gold hardware and you can customize it at the bottom with your initials so that is an option if you are interested in getting the binder over the coiled so that is available right now on the erin condren website if you are interested in checking that out the next planners that i have to share with y'all are the academic planners and i have two options to share with y'all today i have the soft bound and then i also have the standard coiled academic planner so i will be going through both of these but for the time being let's go ahead and focus on the coiled so just like with the monthly planner we have some specs to go over with this one the first one being that these will be launching on the erin condren site on june 11th i believe that is a thursday and by the time i am posting this video those will not be on the site the monthly planners will be but the academic planners will not be so just keep that in mind but these will be coming soon these planners only come in the seven by nine size so if you're looking for a larger planner like the eight and a half by eleven hopefully this one will you know will meet your needs but i understand if it's if it's not quite large enough but this only does come in the 7x9 size so keep that in mind and also just like the monthly planner the coil options are the same so we have the platinum gold rose gold and the black so just like with the monthly planner if you choose to get any of the other coils other than the platinum that is a 10 extra charge on top of the base price of this planner which is 37 so that seems pretty low you know for an erin condren planner but once you start adding those extras it does kind of get up in price so just keep that in mind as well but for 37 i think that's a great price for a planner of this type with the 80 pound mohawk paper and the fun design inside that i can't wait to share with y'all all of that all the bells and whistles and note pages it's i think it's a great price for the academic planner so we can go ahead and get into this um you can see here i did get kind of a it reminds me a lot of the shibori cover that was on the website a couple years ago and it was blue and kind of you know similar to this design but this one is very fun very summery lots of you know kind of summary colors on here and you also have some metallic gold font down here for you to customize i just put my name but you can put your school you can put the year anything like that and then the design does carry over onto the back and moving into this you can see here the design you know on the inside of the cover and one of the most exciting things y'all ever mid-century circles design that is used throughout this planner i am so excited about this i really wish that they had this in the life planner as well because i would buy that in a heartbeat over any of the other designs i just love the mid-century circles and for the academic planner this is standard for the coiled version so you're going to see a colorful mid-century circles design throughout and that is the only option that you have maybe in the future they would add a neutral design as well because i think that would be great to appeal to different you know people who may not necessarily want a colorful version but this year we only have the neutral or we only have the colorful mid-century circles so on the front page here we do have you know academic planner and a space to write your name and the school i would also maybe recommend putting down a phone number or an email address just in case this gets misplaced you know i i remember finding like random people's planners like in the hallways and stuff in school maybe they wanted to get rid of it i don't know but um i know if i had this planner i would definitely want you know a way to contact me just in case i misplaced it so maybe add that as well up to you and then we move into the monthly yearly overview page so this covers july 2020 to december 2021 keep in mind this is a 12 month dated planner so depending on when you start this obviously you know you'll use the months accordingly but this planner has an august start date and it does end in july so i will be you know primarily focusing on august 2020 and july 2021 i don't mind having the option of extra dates but just know that this is what this page looks like and we do have the colorful mid-century circles up here at the top i just think it's so so pretty and it's very minimal as well despite having the design at the top so then we move into the class schedule page and you do have a tab right there to show that and if you want to use this for school i know people actually use this for their daily planners and i'm kind of thinking of using it as a content planner maybe i'm still thinking about it but this page won't necessarily be useful for me but if you are using this for a academic planner there is a place to write down your class schedule as well as your courses your teachers the location and credits as well as some notes and so it does have a semester up here and then a place for the second semester as well so i really love how that's in there because just helps you keep track of everything in one place on one piece of paper and then you also have a notes page over here as well if you wanted to make some notes or maybe plan out your next semester schedule or courses that you need to take for the next year things like that so definitely a good a good use of space right there for the academic planner and then we have another notes page on this side and i love how there's just a little asterisk at the top there just a nice little touch and then we start moving in to the months so here is august we've got the mustard color i love how it looks it's so pretty mustard is one of my favorite colors so i always love looking at august but just like in the monthly planner we have a notes page on this side it is you know fairly neutral instead of that dotted line that we had in the monthly planner this one is solid but it's you know just as minimal just as neutral you know you can do whatever you want with the space and then you know the quote page with the reinforced tab and then we move into the monthly spread so this is i just i can't get over it i think there is just so much opportunity to you know customize it but also play with the yellow and the mid-century circles it's just absolutely gorgeous i love how minimal it is with just a little pop of color so you have that whole space you know of course for anything that you would need to use you know to put down during the month exams projects do you know meetings that you may have with you know groups and whatnot that you may be working on class projects with um and then you also have a space down here for notes so lots of space i would say and then i did not know this existed you know i have i haven't looked at the academic planners really that much so this took me by surprise and i actually really really loved this and i could see different ways to use this page in particular if you weren't using it for an academic planner so right here we have august 2020 at the top and you have a box down here uh for goals and then you have one for events and then you have a spot for notes and this is all lined down here and then you have five different sections or five different bullet points for goals and events and so just some space to kind of brainstorm what you have going on for that specific month and then over here you have a space for projects and exams and i would say you could even repurpose this page if you weren't using this as an academic planner you could use this as a work planner you could use this as a content planner something like that because you know deadlines and and details and you know projects and things like that those aren't you know specific to an academic setting so you could definitely repurpose this if you wanted to which is why like i saw this page and i was like i could be using this as a content planner easily and that's kind of the route that i'm heading toward right now but i just i love love this page i think it's really really nice and then you start moving into the weekly page so one thing that i wanted to mention are the different gut options of this planner so all of them are 12 month just like the monthly planner but they have different start dates so you can start in august september or january and it will go on for 12 months after that start date so this one like i said does start in august 2020 and goes until july 2021 so that's what we have going on here you can see here this is the you know like i said the weekly page so one thing that i love about this is that you have a dedicated section for a to-do list you have some areas over here for you know maybe you know an extra to-do list you could use this section for certain things that are happening that day meetings or projects do tests things like that maybe take out the garbage you know things of that nature that you can track we can move through the entire month of august so you can see what that looks like and then we have one two three four notes pages at the back and so you can use these for whatever your heart desires and i love how they they give you that option of just having some extra space to kind of write things down that may pertain to that specific month or maybe the next month um you know or maybe not at all maybe you just want to doodle in here and that's completely fine um there are asterisks at the very top of the right hand page which i love they match the color of the month which is a nice little touch but after those note pages we get into the next month which is september so we have the quote page we have the note page on this side and this really pretty purple color sprinkled throughout we have the overview page and the projects and exam page and then we move into the weekly pages and then we have the notes pages and then october so i'm just going to flip through and kind of give y'all a look as to what this you know looks like for each month and you can see if there is you know a block in between um you know the two months if they start in the same week one side has purple and the other side has orange or you know whatever color is specific to those two months and the notes pages and then november and i'll go ahead and flip right through those the notes pages and then december and like i said i've seen a few people on instagram actually use this as a daily planner which i think is a great idea i think it's you know the different format is definitely attractive for that and here's january so don't feel compelled you know to use one specific planner layout or type of planner in a you know a specific way you can definitely get creative get out of the box and you know make something different work for you as you see fit and here's february and i'll try to fast forward through the weeks and here are the notes pages and then march and the notes pages and then we have april and the notes pages and may and these all follow as you i'm sure you've picked up on and they follow the standard colors for erin condren you know planners so you could definitely you know find different sticker shops because a lot of them do customize their labels using the monthly colors so all of that will stay consistent and here's june and the notes pages and then our last month which is july and this is our last note page right here and then we have a quote page at the back now you can add on 40 additional note pages and they are only lined so there's not the options you have dot grid or the productivity layout you can only choose from lined so but you do have the option of adding 40 additional pages and i do believe that add-on is five dollars so if you're interested in that which you know may be a good investment especially if you're using this as you know i mean honestly any planner but thinking of like content planning in particular i would definitely want to have 40 extra pages in the back just for you know some extra space so we have the quote page here and then we have one sheet of stickers in the back and so this has different colors for different you know words or different you know things that you may want to track we have exam midterm test quiz read paper due study guide study no class and vacation so these all correspond to the different colors of the erin condren you know annual planners so they're keeping that consistent with the stickers and then that's it that is the back that is that is the end of this academic planner so this is the coiled version like i said so now we can get into the soft bound here is the 20 2020 2021 softbound academic planner and this is a 12 month planner it is like i said softbound so it does lay flat whenever you open it up fully which is great especially if you're left-handed i know that that's a struggle for many left-handers just kind of maneuvering around that coil can be kind of difficult so i love that they do offer this in a flat lay soft bound version this comes in four different colors and it's important to note that the colors do correspond with the specific design that's included on the inside i have the peacock color as you can see which is actually coming up more blue on camera than it is in real life it definitely has a greener tint to it so it is not blue picture this with some green on top of it and that's what the peacock looks like i'm not really sure why it's picking up so blue but it's peacock it's definitely think of like the the june color and the erin condren planners that is what this looks like so i have the peacock color but it also comes in rose gold and these two colors have the colorful mid century circles design the other two colors which are camel and gray have the focused design on the inside so it's a little bit more minimal and streamlined there's not that mid-century circles design going around it's very black and white very simple so there are two different design options that you can pick from and four different colors so just keep that in mind these are in an a5 size and the exterior is actually a faux leather and i actually used the focused planner for work this past year and i really really loved how durable it was and just how you know nice it was and just compact this is an a5 size so this is very slim it fits right into your work bag or you know on your desk next to your computer i really really love how they've designed these soft bound planners so that's a little bit about it these do have a base price of thirty dollars you can personalize the front i do believe that the personalization is down here but you do have the option of adding that down there in case you want to jazz it up a little bit but taking this off here we can go ahead and get into the guts of this academic planner when you open it up we see that colorful mid-century circles design as well as the academic planner header and a space for you to write your name and your school and when we turn the page you do have the annual calendar spread that starts in july 2020 and goes until december 2021 we have the mid-century circles design up there at the top and one thing that i wanted to note also is that the academic planners and the softbound variety do also come with 80-pound mohawk paper which is exactly the same type of paper that is used in the coiled planners so just a note i love the paper so i want to make sure that it's staying consistent across all the planners which it is so on the next page here we do have that line notes page just like you know we saw in the coiled version and then we have a class schedule and then um the other you know the second semester class schedule on the back with another notes page and then moving to the next page we start with the monthly spread so here is august and one thing right off the bat that i really wish that they did but they didn't is add hidden tabs on the side of the pages and they did that with the address book the new softbound address books have hidden tabs along the edges of the pages which i really really wish that they did that with these because you know you can use the you know the tabs that are you know adhesive and stick them in yourselves but it's just so much easier to just go and have those tabs already in and you know they're hidden so they're not going to get dinged up in your bag like the um you know the paper-based tabs are that you can buy on the website so i think there are some that are um they're a little bit more durable than that so that may have to be an option for the softbound planners but i really wish they would just go ahead and put them in like i don't know what they're waiting for but um yeah this does not have tabs unfortunately but here we have august we do have that standard notes page on the left hand side and the monthly page right here which i think is a really good size for a softbound you know a planner of this size the a5 size so standard right here with the calendar and then we have the notes section on the side and as i'm turning the pages they turn very easily there's no like you know resistance going on like it feels like this has already been flipped through you know um it's that kind of it's flexible in that sense so we have the goals events and notes page and then we have the projects and exams for august it looks exactly the same as the coil planner and then we move into the weekly spreads here so we've got july and august and then we move completely in to august and you can see here it does have the mid-century circles design at the top and then we have september so just like in the coiled i'm just going to flip through so you can kind of see what it looks like with the different colors and here's when you start getting some of the you know the flipping of the pages just because of how it is uh bound so you know you're gonna kind of have to put those you know put your weight on it to keep them down but still like i would have no issues writing on this it doesn't it doesn't bulge too much to where it would become kind of an obstacle so that's great and that's how it how it was in my in my focus planner as well for work very easy to maneuver and write in regardless of where you were within the planner you just kind of have to you know put it down a little bit and it should be okay and here's november and i think the one thing that is missing with the softbound planner are the extra note pages at the end of each month i wish that those were included in this planner but they're not that may just be you know a like a thickness issue with this with the softbound binding i'm not really sure but i do wish that it had those extra pages at the end of each month so here's december okay i had a brain fart there for a second so i had to go back so i thought i saw something that was a little off but it was just me this is january and then we have february and you do have a little ribbon here to kind of mark your spot but you could also use a magnetic bookmark you could use a paperclip you know there's lots of different things that you could use to mark your spot so but you could definitely use this to maybe mark some notes that you have in the back because it does come with some notes pages fyi here's february and then we have march and then april and see this is where it may get like a little kind of hard once you're at the very end of this planner and you're writing on this side like you may have to kind of you know position your hand in a certain way to make sure that you're working with this bulge here because it is a little higher on this side and this color is very interesting because this is from may but this almost looks like an orange which is interesting so um this may be good for those who don't like peach it's definitely more orange at least in my planner so um yeah that's kind of interesting but and then we have june which like i said this is the exact color it's very very close um to the peacock color and then we have july with a navy blue and we can fast forward through these weeks here and then we do get into those first i guess well no oh the first day of august so that's down there and then we have one two three four five six note pages in the back which i wish there was more six pages is it's not really a whole lot for at least how i like to use my planners this is obviously different across the board but i wish that there were more notes pages just so you could have extra space to kind of you know write some extra things down in the back or keep track of different things that you want to keep track of so there are six and then the very last page here is a quote page with the mid-century circles um design on the other side so that is the softbound planner and it is definitely you know once you move through it it does kind of um bend open and the spine kind of you know is warped a specific way but you know just move it around and it should go back to normal pretty quickly so that is the softbound planner i'm really curious if any of y'all use these soft bound planner products over the coiled planner products leave me a comment below and let me know which one you prefer so the next thing that the erin condren team sent me was the desk pad and this is a giant calendar for your desktop you could even you know put some command strips on the back and put it on your wall if you wanted to or a bulletin board so there's definitely different uses for it it definitely does not have to be on a desk but i typically use this at work i will put this on my desk and kind of keep track of events and paydays and things like that just so i you know have it all in one place and i can redo this every month um just to you know match that that month that we're moving into but this is the 17 month metallic monthly desk pad for 2020 and 2021 it does start in august this is just a cover page so it starts in august rather than january and it measures it goes until december 2021 and it measures 19 and a quarter inches by 12 and a quarter inches so it is quite large you can see with my hands it's a pretty large desk pad which it's not too large but it's also you know big enough to you know make sure that you get everything down and have a space for notes so i really really like using this desk pad and i'm glad and grateful that that was included in this package because these are not cheap y'all they're not cheap they're 30 and that's a little out of my price range for like a desk pad usually i bought them in the past using discounts and even like credits and things like that because it gets expensive um as you all know but here we have august 2020 august is a yellow color in the erin condren monthly color scheme but i think this is more of just like a plain yellow gold which i guess you know can match with yellow but we do have the calendar spread right here you can see that the actual lines of the calendar are metallic so keep that in mind especially if you're using a pen to mark out um you know a long like stretch of days or something where you may be on vacation or at a conference or whatever you may want to use a sharpie because i'm not sure how well an ink pen will will work on that metallic embossing so on this side we also have many many lines for as many notes as you need to take um i usually put my priorities on this side for that specific month things that i can anticipate happening in that month i like to put over there okay it's gonna be interesting flipping these so here is september and it matches the september color of purple so it's a little bit more you know brighter than the normal color but i think they tried to match it as much as they could i'm gonna see how i can do this okay that works october is an orange metallic november is a light blue december is almost it's not so much of a like neon green or like a lime green as what it looks like in the planners it's more minty which is kind of interesting january is teal february is this gorgeous pink so pretty march is a mint looks very similar to the december colors april is actually silver that's interesting that is silver that is not the like indigo color okay here we have may which is kind of it's not even it's not even peach it's it it has some peach hues to it it matches enough but um i feel like they may have had some issues with picking metallic shades and here's june this is more of like a grassy color not jade which if you're if you're particular about you know the metallic colors then this may drive you nuts but i'm just pointing out the differences i like them but i just want you all to know and then we do start over here with gold and the purple and the orange the blue and the green for december and then it does come with some stickers in the back which i love having these because that just means that i can use these and not have to lug sticker books to work and there's quite a variety that it comes with we have some circle stickers with asterisks these all have silver embossing we have some different icon like teardrop stickers with bills due to holiday appointment take note love it and then it repeats we have some smaller labels here we have some flags happy birthday lots of happy birthdays all across and then we have celebrate to do and reminder and then we have some icon stickers which i love using these these are pretty much the stickers that i use the most using this desk calendar and then we have some check boxes here which i love those and some of the quote boxes some more teardrops and then we have some flags so there's a lot of variety on here which i think is a really good value for um this desk pad in particular so and then that's it so that is the monthly calendar and like i said i do think it's a little overpriced but the paper quality is really nice so and the metallic is nice and it's you know the stickers if we keep talking about it i'll convince myself to like actually buy one but um i have used this before and like i said i really really did enjoy it so that is the other planner related product that the erin condren team sent me and now we can move into a product that actually released with the spring seasonal surprise box and that is the vision journal this thing is really really interesting and i really like how they um they said that it you know they said it was going to be an exclusive item to the spring seasonal surprise box but they ended up putting it on the website because why wouldn't they this is something that i definitely would not want to keep away from people because i think this has a really good purpose behind it and um you know it's a great way to really you know goal set and plan and turn visions and ideas into a reality with very actionable steps so i'm going to walk you all through this there's not a whole lot to it a lot of it is you know the same pages over and over again but i still want to walk you all through it because this is on the website you can get this for 21. and it does come in different i think it comes with the same cover like cover design but in a different color colorway and metallic embossing so this is kind of a navy blue and gold and it does have a gold coil on it which i love and you turn it over and here's what it looks like on the inside with that mid-century circles design and it says turn your vision into victory in vision journal so it walks you through sort of what the vision journal is and you know kind of the intention behind it and then talks about how you know you can get started on creating your visions and how um you know different you know different tools that you can use to use alongside this vision journal to help kind of bring those visions into here and create a plan to act on them so there's some reflection sections so you can write down what has happened in the past months here you can put the past three months the past six months the past nine months or the past 12 months and you can also add what you're proud of within you know a specific period so that same 3 6 9 or 12 month period which i really like i like you know having that opportunity to reflect because a lot can happen in those those time frames you have another section for um just some thoughts on what you would like to improve upon and then in the next three six nine or 12 months what's happening in your life right now what you like about what is happening in your life right now what you would like to improve upon right now what you want to focus on with your vision or visions what you want to create with your vision or visions and what is important to you so this section you know you can see up here it's called getting clarity so you move from a more reflection section and defining you know things that have happened in your life and you know maybe how they made you grow what you would like to improve upon things like that and then you start to apply those things to your vision and kind of you know brainstorm you know what you want to focus on what you want to create and define what's important to you and the moment that you're in right now so you can put as little or as you know as much as you want for these for these pages and then this is where you start brainstorming and kind of gathering you know all of your thoughts and your intentions and ideas and start planning out some visions that you want to that you want execute and outline with this vision journal so we have some dot grid pages here for brainstorming which i love you have one two and three and then we have a quote page here and then we start moving into vision planning so we have several pages let's see here do to do okay so we have several pages of space for vision planning there's a lot there's a lot so what you can do on this side is you know you can make a mood board you can print out some pictures i recently purchased an hp sprocket printer and i'm planning on using this both in my vision board and in my memory planner and you can print out you know pictures and things like that of what you want you know this vision to be like i'm using this primarily to plan out just remodeling and you know decorating and whatnot throughout my house and so this is a great place for me to print out pictures from pinterest or different furniture pieces that i like i'm kind of just gearing me you know driving me in a direction of where i really want to you know how i see this space and so there's a part up here for you to put my vision for so i would put my living room in this case the date that you created this vision and when you added to this vision i'm not really sure why that's in there i usually just leave that blank because i'm constantly adding to this and you know flipping two pages and adding different things and making notes so i usually just put the date that i created the vision what this vision means to me and then plans and actions to bring this vision to life i will usually draw in a checkbox and then kind of an action item that i want to focus on to make sure that you know i'm staying on track and working toward turning this vision into a reality so that's kind of you know how i like to lay it out but you have tons of space here i'm not entirely sure how many pages are included for the vision but there's a lot like a lot so i mean that's the bulk of this entire journal is you know the vision pages and then after that last vision journal page you do have a quote page and then you move into notes pages so you have lined and then we also have some dot grid so there's some different options here for you to work with which i think is great especially if you're trying to lay out you know a some space or whatever or you just want a more flexible way to like illustrate your ideas you got dot grid and then you also have blank so there's there's quite a bit of space here for outlining visions which i really love how they gave us that option and this is 80 pound mohawk paper it's very thick very nice it's got that tooth you know that erin condren tooth that the planners have so and then you have a quote page and that's it so that is the vision planner and maybe one day i'll make a video or show it on instagram of kind of like walking through mine um it's definitely not complete i'm still building to it and kind of figuring out how it's how it's working for me but this is definitely a great product to have to that i've you know that i've used recently um that will really help kind of get those visions and those goals in line which i really i really love and i'm glad that they brought this to the shop because honestly you have to like it can't be an exclusive it's it's just that helpful i think so that is the other planner related product that the erin condren team sent and like i said this does retail for 21 on the erin condren website alright so the next two items that the erin condren team also sent me are just some little accessories the first one is an adhesive elastic pen holder these come in a variety of different colors i usually go for the metallic colors but i also have some of these dark gray and this is a great accessory to have on hand if you like keeping your pen with your planner if you don't want to get a planny pack or if you don't want to you know keep your pens elsewhere but you know just having it like right on the side of your planner is what you like this is a great way to do that and these are actually adhesive so the backing is a 3m sticky adhesive backing and you just peel it off and you can stick it on the inside the back inside cover and just you know close it and you can have your pen right there alongside your planner and so um if you are interested in picking one of these up i will link all of them or at least you know the webpage for them down below so you can kind of you know pick which ones you like and the last accessory that the erin condren team sent me were these colorful dual tip markers and this is the classic set so it comes with black red and blue and i love the dual tip markers they are some of my favorite accessories offered by erin condren there's a ton of colors they're very vibrant they're very pigmented i have not had any issues with them and i've been using them since 2018. like they are really they're worth the hype in my opinion so i do i do love those quite a bit i will be sure to link these in the description box as well in case you're interested in trying them out and if you ever go to the erin condren stores that are kind of sprinkled throughout the country on the east coast the west coast and then in texas they actually have a dual tip marker bar almost where you can make your own set of these and you know pick and choose which colors because they do come in like pre-sorted colors on the website but if you're only looking for a specific color or you know color range or something like that that's a great place to kind of you know get your money's worth and get what you're actually going to use because there's certainly some colors that i don't always use or you know pool for but i love having that option of doing that in the erin condren stores so just an fyi but these retail for 10.50 and the pen holder retails for 350 on the website as well so those will be in the description box if you are interested in picking them up but that is all that i have to share with y'all today i am so grateful for the erin condren team for considering me and trusting me to review these and show these on my channel and on my instagram page thank y'all so so very much i do not take it lightly and i am so so grateful for the opportunity like i said i will be sure to link all of these down in the description box in case you're interested in picking them up the monthly planner is already available for purchase the academic planners will be launching on thursday june use these two different types of planners because i i feel like there's just so many possibilities um that i've seen on instagram and i just i don't know i'm really curious because i feel like i'm missing out on a lot of ideas that um you know that we could be using these planners for and i'm just not even like computing in my head what i could use them for so leave me a comment down below and
