involve any of that when I say easiest this is the easiest and the most legal way honestly to make some serious passive income it involves about six steps and I'll take you through all the steps so if you're interested stay tuned hi guys welcome once again to my Channel today I'm going to show you how to make some extra money guys you know that because of living is about some way these days and everybody needs something to supplement with your earning from their main job and I've got you all right what am I talking about I'm talking about making low content books and selling them on Amazon KDP okay hold on hold on hold on you don't need to order the books no hold on so when I talk about low content books like the names that are books that have low content books like planners or journals or Diaries are low content books so we have the cover and then the inside is usually just some lines that should write something in so that's what I'm doing to show you today and you realize how easy it is and how much people are actually making from these guys and I have arranged the hostess to make it easy for you I've put it into about six steps okay to make it super easy for you to understand so they can do it by yourself let's go to the first step the first step is market research and choosing the kind of book that you want to do but there are so many types of low content books you would have to do market research and choose the kind of book as a wise businessman or as a wise entrepreneur you'd always have to do your research before you start any kind of business right so that's why we're using the software called okay because it would help you do this easily okay so let me show you how this works I already have an account because I needed to know how it works before I come and talk to you about it right so I'm going to just log in okay so when you go on book boats okay and you're doing a market research there are a few things that you have to note down when you're doing market research check the books that are selling and then check the how they are pricing them how the sellers are pricing them check the dates that those books were published check the number of sales and then check the keywords or the tasks that those sellers are using okay if it's working for them it's most likely going to work for you as well okay so now we're going to go to our research okay so when you come to the research section of book boats there are a couple of videos that you can watch okay about how the whole thing works how the whole software works so let's go to Cloud okay so as you can see here we have notebooks we have journals music sheets calendar planners coloring book so I want to make a planner okay so we're going to look at top 100 planners on Amazon KDP okay to do our reset so I'm seeing like a lesson planner I'm seeing a homeschool planner I'm seeing low income savings challenges I'm seeing build tracker notebook monthly bill payment tracker let's love how it looks so this is a Bill Planner okay this it's a book that helps you plan your budget like and so the name is Bill Chaka notebook monthly bill payment tracker book to track your personal expenses Budget Finance look at the keywords that a person has used okay this is just an example okay the actor's name is there the publisher was independently published okay so just like about to show you and this was published in November 2021 and the price is about 7.99 and the person is estimated 360 planets every single month so you do that multiplication and see how much this person is earning this person is making a lot of money so let's look at how it looks like okay it's just and a bill payments tracker so paid bill due dates amount amounts paid on paid notes and it just has lines to take your notes so it's nothing really complex okay so now we've seen the kind of things that we want to do so maybe you also want to start like a notebook you want to do the same way okay you go to the notebook section it will give you the top 100 notebooks sellers on Amazon KDP so when you click on this this is a graph composition notebook okay this is how it looks like it's just the cover and just graph lines and let's see how many sales this person is making every month so this pressing is making an estimated 541 sales every single month and one book costs 3.99 okay and most of these sellers they sell other books as well so it's like you are spying on your competitors or your future competitors okay so let's say this person is called joyful journals okay so bookbot can also help you spy on the seller so let's search the seller so this seller is selling this book selling this book selling this book look at the number of books that the person is selling and from one from one part notebook it was about 541 sales estimated in a month so you can do the multiplication and see and guys the thing is it's so easy to do this as well it's super easy so now those are the kind of things that you can check in your research okay so you go through a couple and then you choose the kind of book that you want to make okay for the sake of this video we'll just make a simple notebook okay so the next step after doing your market research is to make your cover the cover of your book okay so it will leave the research bar and go to create so now when you're creating you use the same login details to go into the create section so the project is paperback cover and interior let's just name the project notebook okay okay and then usually the standard size of a notebook is six by nine inches and then I'm going to choose black and white interior with white paper okay and I'm going to select bleed okay so now you can also change the number of pages let me increase the number of pages to make it 30 okay and now I'm going to select create project okay so this is the cover so whenever you're making the cover I always remember that the right section the right box here is the front cover and the left side is the back cover okay so you have to make sure that you know what you're doing okay so now let's make the cover so I want my cover to be a bit nice okay so I'm a nurse I want to look for a nest okay at this point in time if you have your own pictures you can go to your uploads and upload an image okay let's say you want to do a Nexus notebook or whatever but if you don't have any picture and then you want to use a picture from the internet make sure that it's non-copyrighted okay so this software called bookboat already has a non-copyright website integrated called pixabay where you can get like you know copyrighted images to use as your cover or for to design your book okay and then they also have on Splash which is another non-copyrighted website that you can find images to design the cover of your book so I'm going to go to pixabay and I'm going to choose like a nest okay so I'm going to check a nurse because I want to make like a nice notebook so these are all like nurse related images so I like this cute baby okay so the front page is going to have this cuteness in here is that no cute right and then let's say I want to design the back cover as well and then I would upload another one for this section something simple because it's just the back right I think this is okay this thing's very very nice guys my book is coming together right yes and then I would like to add maybe like a text to it and then you can choose the font size that you like okay so I'm just going to choose um this and I'm going to write nessa's Rock okay okay so this is a nurses Rock and that's my book okay so always make sure that when you're designing your cover the cover design actually covers the red line okay just like you see on the screen so that way when the book is printed out there'll be no white Gap around the book okay so now I'm Gonna Save my book so after doing the cover now the next step is to design the interior Pages the inside okay like I said I needed about 30 pages okay so now what we'll do is we'll select like the first page okay so this is the first page okay and this is where it gets exciting so bookboat has several templates that you can use you don't need to design those yourself look at that guys guys just look at the templates that they have look look look look look at the templates that they have look at this so many like hundreds of templates that you can choose from and make your book for the purpose of this video we're just going to go with this one okay this one because it's simple right so it has three different variants widely rude College rude and then narrow road I'll just go with the color route okay I would like to all the rest of the pig is to have the same kind so now I've done page one so now that we have the first page we can also add a design right so I can go back to the photo icon here and maybe add like a nearest image again maybe like a stethoscope okay so I already use the size of the stethoscope and then maybe I'll put it at the very bottom okay you know because we said it's a nice notebook it has to look like a nice notebook so I'll do that right and then it's now saved okay so now instead of doing the same thing for the rest of the 30 or 29 Pages all I'll do is I'll select this page and then I'll say clone this page when I select clone this page all I have to do is Select select all okay and then you deselect you deselect the cover because you don't want that on the cover right you leave the selection highlight on the rest of the pages that you are you want okay so that's page two to page 30 and then you select clone okay so you select okay and now the rest of the pages will have the same design so now if you look at page two it's the same you know college rule lines with the stethoscope at the bottom okay so that's what you do and now this is saved okay so easy peasy right so now we're going to click download okay and you always choose download current project c m y k okay it will download it on your computer or whatever and to two different files that cover and then the interior okay that's how Amazon KDP wants you to do guys stay with me I'm going to explain something very shortly okay so that's what you do so the next step is to list it on Amazon okay so we're going to go to Amazon KDP so Amazon KDP means Amazon Kindle Direct publishing okay it is where you would upload your book that you have just designed and then when somebody goes on Amazon to search for a book if you use the right keywords and you use the right tags your book will rank in the searches and then anybody at all can buy your book okay so stay with me we're going to go through it okay so now I'm going to select create okay so because we selected paperback in book balls when we're creating our book over here as well you're going to select paperback okay so create a paperback okay guys Amazon KDP is free just create an account like just creating accounts on any platform it's very easy so I'm going to choose English you know the language that you want also you have to know that's the book title should match the book cover okay so because we put nessa's rock as a book title here in Amazon KDP as well we're gonna use nessa's rock as the book title okay and it doesn't need an addition number and the offer you can just put your name there or you can create a pen name and put it there it doesn't matter I'm just making a nail okay and I make the surname in t okay you can also put another name there if you have anybody helping you you can put the person's name as a contributor and then the description okay so this place you'd have to be very very careful about it you have to describe it very very well that is where the book boat comes in okay so let's say you go back to book boat and then go to keywords okay and maybe search nessa's notebook okay book both is going to give you all the frequent keywords so you will see the one that's a bit relevant to the book that you have just designed and then you will copy and paste it there okay so we have nesting notebook for nurses pocket notebook for Nessa spiral composition notebook for nurses all these ones so it's also it gives you the number of people that are searching for nessa's Notebook on Amazon all this will give you an idea on how to write your description I also use AI tools to write your description and then get your keywords okay so for the purpose of this video Let's just put something here you should critically think about this part and do your research for this part because it is the kind of keywords that you use I'll help you rank extensions so when people go on Amazon and they type in your book will show up if you don't do this well your book will be hidden somewhere so yes I own the copyright and I hold the necessary publishing right okay and then your audience is it adults only content or whatever I'll just choose no I think anybody at all can use it right primary Marketplace amazon.com so when you get to categories always remember to take low content book okay and then you can use subtitles to add keywords such as NASA's notebook etc etc or you just go back to book boats and check all the keywords that are here pocket notebook for nurses with pen Black nurses notebook and then you can just copy these and go and paste it there okay so you save and continue right so it's been saved successfully okay so here we're going to choose the option publish without an ISBN number okay you should not publish a low content book with a free ISBN number you're gonna get an error so here you have to make sure that whatever you are selecting is the same as what you selected in bookbot when you're creating your book okay so you'd have to select this one and then you select bleed because we chose bleed okay if you want a matte or a glossy finish you choose it and then you upload the paperback manuscript so the manuscript is the interior or the pages and then you upload the cover as well so let's go and upload the paperback Okay so okay so it's now successful and then we'll go to cover and then upload the cover as well so this is how our book looks like there's the cover and these are the pages so when somebody goes on Amazon and wants to preview our book that's how the book will look like okay so I'm going to approve so now this is the exciting part so the next step is to price your book okay so Amazon is telling us that each book it will cost Amazon KDP 2.30 to produce it so note that because that's what it's going to help you to price your book okay so then this is how the whole thing works when people go on Amazon to search for nessa's notebook or whatever book that you have designed and if the person buys the book right Amazon will print out this book based on what you designed and then charge the person the amount that you are pricing it so let's say this is 2.30 and you want to price it for 10.30 which is a bit expensive okay so you don't need to have the book all you need is a bookboat account to do your research and to design the book because they have them all the templates in the world and then you have to just create an account for free on Amazon KDP you upload the book that you have designed on bookboat and then you use the right keywords blah blah blah description tags blah blah blah you price your book and when people buy the book Amazon pays you the difference okay so we're gonna save and continue right so guys here's how the money is going to be split to Amazon when somebody makes an order will deduct the print cost as they showed you on the screen and we'll keep a cut of 40 and then you will get the rest as royalties so that's what you see on the screen okay so let's say we're selling our book for um 10.30 okay for this book your Amazon royalty will be let's say 3.88 okay and then when you bring that to pound is about two pound 85 cents okay and then in euro is about three Euro 47 and you know it goes on like that okay all you need is a bookboat account your phone maybe internet access and then just design the book think do your market research and then design your book that's that's all so once she published your book it can take up to seven to two hours a maximum of 72 hours to actually show on the Amazon website okay that's the maximum what I would also say is that if you are on Tick Tock Instagram if you are on all the other platforms I think it will be best to advertise it yourself okay on those platforms as well share the link so that people would also have access and buys okay don't just leave it there you guys have to leave it there and make so many other books guys you can make Limitless number of books but when I was doing my research and I was watching people that are actually making money sharing their dashboard showing the figures when I was watching these people what I realized is that they are not making one book They're not making tea books they're making lots of books okay you guys don't just make two books and relax if you have the book books that counts you can make as many books as you want this is insane and so easy guys like I said you need a book both accounts okay and book both they have the basic plan and then they have the Pro Plan if you're thinking of making very heavy duty activity books maybe you should go for the Pro Plan but for the rest of us I was thinking of making journals or checklist books low content books I think the basic plan is good for you and the amazing thing is that with Amazon KDP account it's free but with a book account you have a three days free trial okay and when you use a link in the description you're getting 20 off your lifetime subscription on book builds okay so what I'm doing is I'm gonna create a couple of books in the next few weeks to the next few months and then I'm gonna give myself let's say three four five months or six months even and I'm gonna make another video to update you guys on how much I have made so far I'm gonna be so honest and share my dashboard so that you guys will see how much I've made and you know that I was not joking you know that this one really works okay I
