NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE | This Lady Wasn't Giving Any Deals, But I Still Found Some!

good morning welcome back to my channel if you're new here i'm tina today we are in jersey once again uh i'm loving new jersey this spring so we are going to some yard sales in hillsborough this morning so let's go see what we can find all right so we have arrived at the community and it looks like a pretty nice it's like a pretty nice area so we shall see it doesn't really look like there's much traffic in here which is kind of a good sign i guess so let's go get to our first sale it's kind of a nice jacket how much um how much is the doll i've never seen hair like this on a cabbage stuff here that's cute this place it's like another treasure how much are the mugs um oh this is my son's he forgot to take it i'm so sorry oh okay so it's two for um a dollar for mugs okay um thank you very much [Music] thank you looking hmm is [Music] um lots of easter stuff what's this this looks like nope it is freezing out here i think someone must have had a store by the looks of it how much these are how much are the dvds two for a dollar okay all right i'm gonna have to make a little pile here it's kind of neat i'm gonna get this pile right alrighty let's see what we have over here but we'll load i don't know it's an embellished cross stitch for a dollar i'll give it a i'll give it a shot oh that's never a good sign but you never know these are kind of cool but they're chipped unfortunately with some collector plates reindeer sitters shelf sitters these are kind of cute wmg i feel like those do okay they don't look like much but you know what though this oh that is a reindeer too i think i'm gonna get those i've sold can't say it but i've sold shelf sitters before there we go it's 11 best of her she wants 10. that's wild those however there's a poshmark it's company poshmark all right well i'm gonna make money with these anyway some seashell decor hello come on now come on to another one here magazines i'll tell you i have some luck with magazines probably 15 for a dollar i should probably just grab those why not this guy's cute little bank oh these look kind of older they're nice but the frames kind of aren't oh how much on the sneakers would you do 15 let's see how much how much on there um okay they're a little born so wait would you do 15 on the sneakers hmm see what's over here it's an interesting scale is this one of those like lizzy fizzy high dolls all right one of those left all right so i paid up for these bad boys i did get them but you know i'll make a profit on them they are in like really good condition like you can tell they've only been gently gently used so i will have to look up this particular model model style i guess the model sounds like car parts or something i don't know all right let's toss these in with everything else all righty guys let's get in to the haul uh both together today because i did not film as much yard sale content so hoping the video won't end up being too long with attaching the haul to it but um anyway let's get into it so another random assortment i've also tried to move the camera closer uh because i know you guys said it was too far away so i tried to move closer hopefully it works don't mind the look it's been a crazy crazy day of shopping i am tired but i want to get this done so i can get some of the stuff listed although i might not get it listed tonight anyway because there's another big day of yard sailing tomorrow so anywho let's get into it all right so got the hoka ones paid up for them as you've seen in the video as you saw in the video um but you know what they're in very very very good condition so i did pay 20 for these but i think they should sell for at least 65 and probably fairly quick too honestly oops all right then i got this roomba she wanted five on this i got it for uh three this is a replenishment kit these sell for about 22 plus shipping so not too shabby uh i don't know where the other one is but i actually got two of these um hallmark huntington cackling witch luminary so i got two of them uh i mean it might even be you they both might be new oh there it is there's the other one it's right in front of me i don't know i thought maybe they were used because the lady was talking about she opened one up and she saw that it tackled or something and she didn't know that so i'm like well maybe they were i don't maybe they weren't used though i don't know what i'm you know what i'm saying no they definitely don't look like they've been used like they're all fully wrapped and everything else so i don't know what these are gonna bring uh i have not looked these up so i'm not entirely sure but i will find out but anyway they're a dollar a piece then i did pick this um thomas kincaid cross stitch kit up even though it is it is open and a little latch hook just fell out well i'm not sure why that was in there because you don't use one of these to cross stitch i don't think not that i'm aware of i've never seen that before uh anyway moving on i got this little snowman votive holder from lennox he's this little crystal guy i'm probably not gonna take him out right now but he will be listed in my store at some point uh excuse me i have like allergies um so this this lady wanted eight on this i ended up getting it for five dollars um and this is the florentine and lace pattern um that pattern usually does pretty well in lennox i actually sold i mean this not as well as some of the pieces you want to look for like the angels um the tree topper i sold the tree topper sometime in the fall winter and i sold it fast but i mean that was like good timing for it because people needed it for their trade but anyway i think i sold that for like maybe i want to say 80 dollars maybe if i remember i don't know but anyway the florentine and lace pattern is usually always a good pickup all right i picked up this harry potter scene it oh uh this is the deluxe edition i'll have to make sure all the pieces are in there um the games at this house seemed like they were taken care of but um i think maybe like twenty dollars used now if this was new it would go for a lot more if it would be factory sealed this is this is a good one to pick up the deluxe edition all right then i got beachbody the body beast these get taken down any like beachbody dvd type stuff gets taken down off of ebay so this is not going to be allowed to go on ebay um i might try to throw it up on poshmark and see what happens there um i do have a mercari account i don't use it very often i don't really care for the platform so um i think i'm going to maybe see if i can throw this up on poshmark see what happens it is it is new i mean the books and everything and then there's i don't know lucky abs or something but this is like new and still sealed the lady was like the lady was like i don't think my husband even ever used it but don't tell him i said that okay so yeah um five bucks i paid for that i don't know maybe like 30 35 i don't know we'll see we'll see how that we'll see how that goes i picked up two of these and these seem to be on the rare side two of these kills um facial fuel heavy lifting firming lifting anti-wrinkle moisturizer for men this is for men so they do appear new when you open them though like that little like that's the little cover that would go on top of it and that um kind of is like stuck up there on both of them but these are new i paid two dollars a piece for these and i think i should get probably 60 for the pair with um like free shipping all right then i picked up a mary engelbreit mother's journal book for a dollar i'm not sure how this one's gonna do we will find out though uh bath and body works candle iced balsam probably not retired or anything it looks like probably oh it looks like a newer a newer style jar but sometimes some of these bring really good money it just depends and i'm sure this one isn't available right now i don't know i will look it up but i paid three dollars for it all right then i picked up this mikasa set of vip black paid five dollars for i think like a service for four i only brought one piece in uh i think this is gonna be done most mikasa stuff is but what are you gonna do i didn't look it up or anything i just bought it okay so here is a nice little bolo i've never heard of this brand i don't know if you guys have but this brand is wolf designs and it is a and this is like this is like fancy packaging here it's got this little like pull out probably care thing oh it's a warranty and it's got a little dust bag and i'm like okay packaging like that must mean quality even though this doesn't really look like a whole lot right i don't know like i said i've never heard of this brand before but it was a nice little a nice little surprise so i gave it a quick look up and it's the caroline traveling jewelry case caroline leather travel jewelry case and this is in red and one sold on ebay for eighty dollars i can't remember if it was free shipping or not but the red the red sold for eighty uh a couple of the other colors sold like maybe 45 to 65 so yeah i paid five dollars for this actually the same place where i got the lennox florentine um this handcrafted in leather and luster lock protected um this is new so this this woman this woman didn't have this price she had like everything oh and then that folds out too she had everything else priced and didn't have this price and then i said to her i said well you know how much is it and i'm you know like fingers crossed and she was like oh just give me five for it i'm like woo hoo i mean after having the eight dollar on the lennox i was a little concerned you know i didn't know how it was gonna go so yeah pretty sweet pretty sweet fine so remember wolf and it seems like the caroline is the popular piece um okay so then this woman right here this is where i got the cross stitch kit the ebay the ebay lady had all of the ebay pricing which was ridiculous because it was items not completed not sold just what people have them listed for and best offer on top of it so you know the item's not going to sell for that so she had like one of those cookers roasters roasting pan and she had um she had it marked for 30. i think i showed this in the video anyway though she had it marked for 30 and the ebay price was 36 or best offer i'm like this woman is like crazy anyway i still found stuff there okay so i picked up this box of wmg not sure what that stands for but i've sold this brand before these are shelf sitters so they're gonna go on your shelf on your shelf and sit gotta be careful how you say that one so just like that and these are eight eight reindeer blitzen vixen donner comet cupid dasher dancer and i guess that one would be prancer that one's not labeled uh anyway i do have to you know go through them and make sure that they're not broken or anything like that is this one marked yeah this one's definitely prancer because look he's he's a dancer wait did i say dancer there's no dancer dasher oh there is a dancer oh but she really looks like a dancer i don't know my reindeer oh yeah yeah anyway oh it even says dancer on his little vest oh cute so these these do sell i have picked up uh i believe different fruits and vegetables before from wmg and they did well um a set the sewing set recently sold on ebay for like 200 now some will sell individually some will sell as a group these i'm going to put on as a group because they do go together i'm not sure how much i could not find this particular set but i would venture to guess i would venture to guess 50 to 100 on these and i ended up paying four she wanted um a dollar on the cross stitch and then five on this and then i just ended up giving her five so that's like a dollar for the cross stitch and four on these so yeah she she let this one slide but maybe she tried to look it up and there were no comps and that's why you didn't get the ebay paperwork like the rest of her sale i don't know but it always makes me kind of smile when i can still find something to profit on at a sale like that where they have all the the ebay prices i i okay so then [Music] this guy or gal i should say gal i thought she was really cool really retro i mean look at that outfit look at that outfit right check out her mouth that's also unusual for a cabbage patch doll so she was three dollars and i'm like okay i absolutely have to have to get her now my friend michelle um hi michelle i know you're watching um she she knows cabbage patch like she really does she has sold them time and time again and um makes a killing doing it but she sells and looks for a specific type so i picked this up and i i sent her after i bought it i sent her pics and she was like i don't think it's worth anything and then she got in contact with some people that knew about the doll and i'm like this has to be worth something turns out this gal is worth about 150 dollars she is a um more rare head mold and she's from the designer line so yeah she's going up for 150 dollars oh she's excited about it she can't wait to find her new home [Laughter] i'm delirious guys i've been up since uh 5 30 this morning i'm delirious anyway moving on here i got an american girl doll a bitty baby now bitty babies i try not to pay very much for because you know they don't sell as high as other ones but i managed to snag this little snowsuit with it kind of cute i don't know if it's american girl branded it is it is it's for the itty bitty baby so that's a plus so anyway the woman said she said well it's never been out of the box and i'm like okay that's another that's another plus so i did end up paying about well i bundled some stuff together but i think it worked out that i paid about 18 for this um and that's including the snowsuit which i'll probably sell separately not quite sure yet i'm gonna look into that but yeah she has not been removed i mean check her out so she should sell in this condition for about 60 65 and depending if i lot that snow suit with her which i might still undecided so it could be a little more we're going to see what happens with that but anyway definitely profit to be made on that and then i picked up these two sunbeam um holographic bulbs it's like christmas i just for some reason i feel like i've sold these before like i'm pretty certain that i have so these two are new in the box dollar piece why not i figured i will give them give them a whirl some neon art bulbs holly for christmas um all right i think oh wait i do have this here and then i'm going to switch some stuff out so i purchased all of this fabric from a woman and i thought it was just really cool oh i got this to the sega genesis controller i don't know how this is gonna do but i paid two dollars for it we'll see anyway this fabric it feels like it might it's probably like upholstery fabric or maybe like drapery fabric it's it's heavy now i don't see i don't see a name on it or a maker on it but i paid ten dollars for all of this fabric and there's quite a bit of it there's two different sections of this i will have to measure it which i absolutely hate measuring fabric but here you're looking at the back of it so it's kind of dull but look at look at the vibrant colors on that right like totally mid-century vibes and like i said there is a decent amount here so i think i will do i think i'll do pretty well with it um when i find fabric like this i do pick it up this now is not as big uh as the other piece still i don't see any maker's names or anything on there sometimes that helps and i like when it says like the fabric content but don't see that on here don't see it either all right and then basically the same thing but in an orange color so cool this has like i don't know i don't know what the feel i don't know how to describe it but it's super cool yeah yeah it is all right so give me a moment and let me switch out the hall alrighty so next got some of these speedos they were a dollar piece and i thought that i thought that was probably a good deal the boxes look kind of vintage and but when i got home and took them out i realized that they are they are branded uh lifeguard at stake state park service division of parks and forestry new jersey so i'm wondering is there still going to be a market for these i hope we'll see they are a [Music] size 30. oh that one's a 32 and these two are 30s i don't know what size that is they look pretty small so i will have to look that up that's got to be like european sizing or something but we'll see dollar piece why not why not chance it same place i got this set i actually paid five for this howdy duty set it is sealed um the man wanted ten so i got it for five which i think is still kind of a little bit much but uh then i got these at a different place this is um 24 it's new and sealed so i was like why not i'm actually looking for i think season seven to complete a set that i have but i have not been able to find season seven this is season three but it's new it's sealed up probably sell it on its own uh mad men blu-rays season two and season three probably a lot these together i don't think mad men does very well uh as far as like series like to sell i don't know all right then i got this whole bin of assorted doll house furniture i paid four dollars for it and dollhouse furniture sells pretty well in lots uh some of it's wooden and some of it is plastic oh the plastic says playmobil so we'll see i don't know how that will do i that must have been to like an actual doll set i would i would assume but the wooden stuff all right that one's not gonna get sold that one's missing some legs yikes let's see oh this one has this one has its legs it looks like it's missing some some drawers there so i don't know but assorted dollhouse stuff so i will make lots of that and sell it sorry i'm gonna move this big old plunker out of the way here okay so this place this place i started filming at and i just didn't finish because i ended up just getting so much stuff so i paid 20 for oh and then i did add the socks and the shoes which were another two so i spent a total of 22 at this sale um i got this perplexus ball i like to lot these together i have a few of them now so i need to make i need to make a lot um and sell those and then i got some socks for myself a dollar can't go wrong with a dollar i buy socks like you would not believe and it's like i get to wear them maybe once if i'm lucky and then they're gone like my kids steal my socks all the time all right and then i got these vans pink and brown checkered vans what size are these they're a women's nine these actually will fit one of my daughters we'll see if i want to part with them and then a donald duck disney parks mug it's got a little utensil wear inside but it was cheap enough this is a spode blue italian cake slice now they had eight on here but the lady did not charge me eight so that i'm not sure how much that's gonna go for but i like picking up spode and then this is a pampered chef quick stir pitcher which i'm actually going to keep my youngest daughter loves making like the powdered iced tea mix and i think this will be super easy for her to use to do that so i figured i will keep that unless it's selling for like a ridiculous amount which i doubt uh and then i got this garmin um gps basically it looks like an older one but i literally probably paid like 50 cents for it so i figured why not i said everything everything was 22 and i still have another box full of stuff over there these i thought were kind of cool i'm not sure if that's like a blacksmith or or a woodworker they're not marked in the back but all these different decorative tiles and it's all someone doing this kind of work this guy actually looks like he's weaving a basket right what do you think you think that guy's doing and then this guy's actually hunting so it's like various scenes here i really don't know let me know if you know anything about these tiles or have any thoughts about them uh then i got this bracelet i'm not sure if it's marked been on the lookout for jewelry i traded some in the other day that i got i had out of the storage locker i actually found some gold bracelets which i don't even think i ended up putting in the haul because i think i totally forgot about it when i was filming the haul but um there were they were little baby bracelets and they were all engraved with the baby's names there were four of them they said 10 karat gold but i wasn't really sure so i held on to them i bought a gold testing kit that thing was kind of a nightmare i just didn't know what i was doing i didn't know how to read it so i was kind of the nightmare um but anyway i held on to them and then i picked up a 10 karat gold ring at uh one of the jersey yard sales last week which also didn't make it to video because the little baggies i i always forget about those with the time i'm filming and i don't know but anyway um i paid two dollars for that and i took the bracelets and i took the ring to a local gold guy the other day and got 275 dollars so the bracelets were real um so yeah i'm on the lookout for gold but anyway there was a lady walking around this video is going to get super long if i keep telling these stories there was a lady walking around with like a legit big old bag with like her whole like jewelry testing kit the stone all of the solutions i'm like there's gonna be a better way than to do that at like every single yard sale like it was just kind of awkward like she just like ripped it open on the table and she's like testing this this jewelry and it's like some people don't want their stuff scratched up on a stone i mean even though it's not really doing any damage to the jewelry but it's still like kind of weird i don't know anyway that's my story about the jewelry lady she was literally doing this at every sale i saw her at so i was like well my chances of finding jewelry today are pretty much slim to none and i didn't find any except for this um and this does not even appear to be marked i thought it was kind of cool looking and i think someone that appreciates the south west kind of look will um still want to purchase that uh it's definitely not like real turquoise or anything i'm certain of that where it would likely have some kind of markings all right i can't get it back in the bag so anyhow and then i got all of these dvds um some of them are new and sealed looks like we have uh six seasons of castle not sure how that's gonna do but they were cheap enough we have um oh the first the second and the fifth of ncis ncis yes i did say that right i didn't think i did so those i'm gonna have to part out since they're not in chronological order or anything and then the autobiography of miss jane pitman this looks like it sells for about 15 bucks free shipping new and sealed all right then uh my other oops my other box i got there squishmallows i'm like all about these things lately now this is the pug what is the pug's name i can't remember the pug's name he does have a name but he also has a couple of marks i'm i don't know if i'll be able to clean him up i might just sell him as is now if he was in like pristine condition this size i think would probably sell for um i think he's the 20-inch one let me see if i can i don't have my measuring tape here i don't know where i put it but i'll have to measure him the 20 inch one if he is 20 inches a 20 inch one sells for like 40 45 if in very good condition he is not i'm thinking i may get 25 for this guy i don't know he's a pug though i should keep him i still have the baby pug maybe i should list them together but i was thinking about keeping that one too i don't know we'll see i'm not gonna keep the big one oh okay and then this is stuff random the lady looked at me she's like you want to buy all that like yeah so this was included in the 22 price all of this stuff so this is comfort land suspension sleeve we have a and these are all new with the tulle and all the little things in there this is a left knee brace then we have i don't know how they acquired all this stuff this one is optima shoulder support uh then we have this one is the right knee brace this is what is this thing trend pro wrist okay so they're not all the same brand then we have we have optical illusions that's weird that was just kind of random in the box that's kind of cool though i might learn some of those and mess around with the kids um all right then we have a easy wrap just to wrap your leg this is optima this is just like a sling an arm sling then we have some mesh bags here is a suspension sleeve this is a medical shoulder abduction system that's what it says and then uh i don't know if that fell out of something oh and this too this must go with something but i'm not sure what it might go with this i'll have to check that out i'm not really sure so yeah tons of tons of stuff that i am going to try to sell then get this pair of timberlands these are gently used 450 for those these people were a little on the expensive side but i got two of these oh and they're used i didn't think they were used i thought they were new in the box or i would have never spent i spent six dollars a pair on these sketchers and sketchers usually do okay for me if they're new those are not new i got two pair of those i really should have looked at those better but i was like on the move yeah these are used too but you know what i'll still make a profit on them just not as much as i was hoping so at that same place hold on i have to go switch a couple things out all right and of course i forgot some of it so this is another cabbage patch doll i picked up i thought maybe she might be worth something because and i got some clothes with her too that's in the other room i'm not going to show you that but i think i think the clothes will also sell but she's got teeth she's kind of got a different face i thought maybe she'd be worth a little something i did pay 10 for her and and the clothes and the other pair of shoes still not sure what she's gonna go for all right then i picked up these for three a pair of rollerblades blade runner by rollerblade uh these are in pretty clean condition they're size seven and uh i don't know i figured for three dollars i've sold rollerblades before so all right i was pitcher happy today i bought another picture why am i buying all these pictures this one this one's from ikea it's new and sealed and it's actually pretty cool you can take this off and freeze it and then it just keeps your drink cold if you're like out on the patio or you know whatever i know i bought that i already bought one um this is another lennox piece it is a snowman paid three dollars for him actually bought him at the same place where i bought that that crystal bottom holder so these are from the expensive ladies j sport these are new she wanted 15 a pair i did pay 12 a pair which was a little steep but i think i think they should do okay isn't j sport like jamboo i believe it's this maybe it isn't maybe i like totally screwed up probably oh yeah j sport like i can tell by that insole this is made by by jambu they've changed their name so many times though um what did they they called themselves jambu and then they called themselves maybe it was jsport i'm tired like i said so anyway there's a pair in black and a pair of navy i ended up paying 12 a piece i think i can make decent profit on those picked up this whole random bag of stuff uh puzzle pens she threw them in because she didn't know if they work well okay it's actually one puzzle pen and then the others are refills we'll see we'll see about that the refills could be dried up for all i know as could the pen itself and i guess that's why she gave it to me for free uh these two little mixies i don't know they swim like little um little little mermaids i don't know we'll see i'll either list those or give them to my nephews uh my nephews little girls they're really into mermaids i bought this weird assortment i paid like 20 for this entire bag full of stuff i got this really weird assortment of billy bob teeth so we have some we have some aviator teeth i mean we just have like cavemen teeth all kinds of teeth i think there's like 13 of them in here um this is the original billy bob style i don't know but i thought they were funny and i looked them up and i'm like wow these things like actually do sell betty betty bob betty bob that's a female version i'm like i'm so amused i'm oh my god quarterback i am so amused by these oh my god like i said i'm like delirious as well but okay so enough with the teeth right but then i got these um coasters i got a variety of keychains there's some wwf from um like 2000 there's new york mets there's a bunch of like new york yankee pins um a rudolph cd i mean it's just like a huge variety this is this is some gerald and mark hoberman collection i don't know but i think i'm gonna make a profit off of this stuff and it was fun to buy and just fun to look at again betty bob and it doesn't even say teeth that says teeth t-e-e-f teeth she said i don't kiss and tell [Laughter] oh man so much fun so much fun these yard sales i'll tell you so then these were a dollar piece um what is this guy it's an extra large it's a men's um some kind of an adult costume with no oh dead groom okay so dead room that is kind of cool and then marry me dead so a couple probably went you know together as like the parish they were a dollar piece i'm like all right and then she gave me these she's like oh here's all this extra stuff there's like blood capsules like zombie makeup hairspray i'm not going to sell that that pretty much seems like it's empty this one's actually sealed i think it is anyway i thought the costumes were kind of cool um and at a dollar a piece you can't go wrong right can't go wrong right um so i think aside from the clothing the only other thing i did buy was i spent 15 on some hp toner cartridges and um it seems to sell really well it says it's a dual pack but there's three in there but the woman thought there might have been one missing but i'm like would a dual pack have four then it wouldn't be called it like dual is two unless it meant two two two packs i really don't know and i tried to check other listings to see how many cartridges are actually in those dual boxes and i've had no luck um but i did see like on i think i think it was like staples like two cartridges sell for like six 600 or something i don't know so i have three of them the box is open the the actual bags are sealed i think i'm gonna try to list them like 399 or something like that and see what happens i i don't know for sure yet but anyway it's a huge box i'm not gonna haul that in here but i did buy
