the soldiers was built on greediness like tough like from the mud they think it's all sunshine and Roses over here but we really do put in work [Music] that was her yeah all right same thing what's up guys Roberto Flores here uh I just recently graduated from high school and I'm from Monument Valley High High School I know [ __ ] [ __ ] restart that [ __ ] okay okay well lock the [ __ ] bro I'm trying to get this [ __ ] done what happened [Music] I would say Brotherhood and family and I really I really truly like am affirmative firm believer that is way bigger than basketball that when I first got into it I really you know felt connected with it um off the court because we build such a strong family bond and their parents from the players to the coaching staff to the supportive system is it's really a all-around unit and it's not just about the players or even me or the other coach Nate it's just literally about everybody that's a part of the social program is really a franchise now it's like a brand in itself since March we've been planning this whole trip this trip right here and I'll be finally here 2023. I think it's the 20th year anniversary in Nabi too so it means a lot and we asked these guys what was they go before the season even started he said when Navi that was their main goal and we're gonna travel to Albuquerque New Mexico Las Vegas Chicago California I think we yeah I think that's it we play in The Valley Of course so all of that preparation is here now and we just try to just do the best we can and remain as a family unit I got three I'm teaching these guys how to lock in with things like just enjoying family time eating the right Foods drinking a lot of water hydrating before games stop eating all that fried food all the time not saying don't eat it at all but taking a break from this stuff especially when you're an athlete you got to make sacrifices for what you want so it's been a beautiful thing I'm just happy to be a party I'm happy for these kids last row right here too talk to him Nate it's out here trying to do big things yep yeah I need to check on my shirt too do it do it bro tomorrow you have to do it oh yes sir that means all of us who you nominating someone I already did 30. these guys bought in I don't know if you guys noticed the way we were moving in the gym we just walked through one in there and went straight to the court everybody oh we were just doing our own thing because we were together and know who we are low-key like on some real [ __ ] people be like they know they know just like you guys know them Florida boys they probably already know who we are yeah but they they over there acting like they don't know us and we acting the same way because we're gonna battle it out on the court when it comes time to the bracket but tomorrow dude I'm telling you we have to be able to not Overlook nobody we just gotta come in do what we hear we here this is really a business trip yeah you guys can have fun while we're here and chilling but tomorrow y'all gotta go to work I want you seniors to go out on a good note I don't want no regrets I want you guys to leave it all out there and then I want the Juniors you three to get to learn all this soaking all in because next year you guys are gonna be the leaders we're gonna be right back here next year yeah you guys have another year but don't think of it that way and then for you seniors like we keep telling you guys you're never gonna get this back all we have and all I have and the people I play with the memories oh this is what we've been here now I mean this last time away though this was the won the whole thing that's crazy make it make it believable because a few years ago and you're like yeah Cheyenne Arapahoe or black the Blackfoot team's gonna probably win it nobody found now because all Navajo team all these years it was either an Northern team or Oklahoma time to change that culture degree so it's not even 10 a.m 100 in Sky Harbor local Air Force Base good here Maricopa Levine it's more like it means more to me because it's a chance for these boys to come together and play for something bigger than themselves and to not only represent our families but also to represent the kids understanding and uh uh preparation as far as phones stretching mental health food habits uh how to eat what to be eaten those are the type of things that off the court that um plays a big role I started this week February 2022. not constantly just right in here all the things that I learned from books all the [ __ ] that I learned from you guys I learned from y'all everything's in here how do I Market the brand how me and Nate going to improve everything I just want y'all to go out there and have so much fun because this is it be loud talk yep communicate I put on a show for them fans just like name man you bringing in all these top guys literally player of the years like offensive player of the year is like of the whole conference like how we gonna get these kids to buy in because you know I told the boys I said just come out here from the jump and punch them in the mouth from their first and that's what we did we came out ready to go [Music] that's all it is come on guys let's extremely locked in that first game we came out to play we hit him first and the big thing we were prepared we came to the gym early we warmed up we stretched an hour before the game and that's the soldier way of the preparation and the other team kind of came in with only like two minutes left in one month so we were well prepared that first game and I think you know that's what set us apart like um like compared to my old like like this is like a real family bro like they felt like my brother is like just just coming for my first year like I got so close with them clustered and I probably am with some of my other friends that I've known for longer than them and and it's it's really rather hit like you can just like like you nothing like barely coming in this week and then you're like real close with it it's like it only takes a while to get closer to these guys and I just feel like family it's definitely they definitely live with your Brotherhood restaurants [Music] damn honestly I want to let my daughter date any of these fools right because when I see what I see and like what I've been through with all these guys man it's just I I can't even explain to like the outside world what we do man that's just crazy but yeah I say all of them bro definitely every one of them well I ain't gonna lie um I think I would let my daughter stick it out with cash bruh because of cash man he knows what he's doing but yeah
