I could be wrong, but I think he's talking about not being a little bitch and actually getting the shit done that needs to be done, even if it means you as a driver have to get off your high fucking horse and pull your weight. Do what it takes to get the job done and come out on top, not just showing up and strapping in and complaining if the car isn't perfectly how you want it, etc..
