mysql - no connection established or unable to connect to local host

hi guys uh today i faced this issue where you can see my server it's getting completely stopped no connection established and if i try to resolve this error through server and startup and shutdown services still it's not getting started okay as you see my system is getting hanged it's not working okay and let me escape from it it's not getting stopped you have to press ctrl delete and go on mysql workbench and i end this task and again i'm opening this mysql workbench again it started here the same issue has been occurred now we have tried to encounter to resolve this error through uh startup and shutdown but it's not working at all okay let's try another way which is uh service dot msc but before there is a shortcut of control delete where you can go to task manager and you can see the services if i go at this place and uh this is my sql service name which is mysql 99 currently and i'm going to start my services from here still if you see my services not getting started okay so let's see how to resolve this error i go on simply press window app and go to service.msc okay and click and go on mysql99 this is my service name current account properties and on under properties if you see logon services recovery name and dependencies i don't think anywhere there is any glitch installing the services but it shows uh the account is also within uh with the network services and there's a lock called services and if you click here at this place you see uh some services stop automatically and above you see local system started services on uh local system uh started and then stopped okay as you see uh earlier the services noting starting so let's see and if you've seen login services it showed network services as you see already okay so we have two way to resolve this issue one way simply click on login click on local system account apply and okay then if you go and sell the services you will not find this error okay but again if i go at this place i stop the services again and if i go to login it will automatically switch to local system account okay here's the local system account that means by default the services has to be on local system okay then only your mysql server will getting this phone uh otherwise it will not get started but if you are here earlier it was here network system something like this now how to change the this account shall we know this thing let's see go on browse click on advanced and click on finder here if you see administrator here is my account name okay and if i press one i'm not getting my password if you see uh my system has been login account to administrator now if i click on again login services [Music] and if you go on mysql services and if you refresh it's always getting started okay and here's your local host everything but in case if you go through but again if i'm creating this error again if i stop the server again i refresh this same know your connection error no establish okay and if you resolve this error again go to properties click on login login sorry log online click on local system account allow services apply and okay click on start if you refresh this that's how i can resolve this so guys if you really like uh this overall now if i start now if i exit the server and my sequel workbench see myself excellent working okay so guys if you like my uh if you like this tutorial so please like and subscribe my channel or if you will if you have any query so please comment below and thank you so much i hope you enjoy this
