[Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] ah hi ho hi ho off to another work day i go that didn't flow the way i thought it would it's time to go to work it's it's right in that season where i might need the big winter jacket i might not so i'm dragging it around anyway plus my uh my bag of goodies a jacket over here that i'm not even gonna need but i'm gonna have to lug around all day it's also that time of year where it's warm enough when you get home that you forget to leave the heat on in your pickup and when you come and start it in the morning thinking it'll be nice and warm by the time you get in there you're disappointed because you get in there and you realize you forgot to turn the heat on when you parked it because it was warm yesterday does that make sense oh well doesn't matter we're on our way to drive some trucks it's a little slippery out here oh there i take her a little easy today we're here bright and early ready to work ah where is it there it is open says me come on come on oh it's a big gate it's a big gate it takes a little bit of time all right so we go all the way around to the back corner [Applause] in the back they got us hiding back here or maybe they're hiding us from everybody i don't know i got put in the corner i'll hire you it's a pretty big yard when i first started here it was uh like half the size and this lot here is still gravel though the main part over there is all paved already but when i started here everything was gravel they've made a lot of progress they've grown a lot been doing a really good job here where is she where is she oh they got 20 25 out and running this morning someone's gonna be taking that one out somebody moved my truck somebody moved my truck i'm pretty sure we parked the semi in this spot yesterday and the pickup was over there now the truck is there i don't know what's going on doesn't matter i'm thinking probably because where my pickup is now the ground gets a little softer when it warms up during the day maybe they were worried that the the big truck was gonna sink in a little bit what did they do to you girl what do they do why'd they move you see what i mean here though like uh it was a little bit softer here yesterday and during the day maybe that's why i don't know doesn't matter how long she wakes up come here girl oh oh they must have done a service on her they uh put these on here whenever the mechanics get in here so they don't get the seat all dirty i appreciate that thank you very much [Music] it looks like she's doing good let's check the oil before we turn over the engine and then we'll be off to the races all right girl let's see what they did to you let's see what they did to you i don't know what i'm gonna do with these little horns what do you guys think i should do let me know down below in the comments should i leave them or does it look too tacky and weird i didn't do that but i think it's kind of funny let me know what you think i should do all right come on girl open up open up come on come here we're in no i'm a little close to the fence here well i guess we can use the horns for this there we go don't want her to slam down too hard all right so we gotta a cummins pack our engine pardon me a cummins engine in here actually sounds beautiful let's check the oil here let me put you down looks good to me man right in the middle they didn't change the oil the oil doesn't look new but what do they do to you girl the thing about cummins engines is they pack everything into the frame like right between the frame so everything's very condensed in the center there which is fine that's just their style oh we can't get around the front now okay for some reason these trucks have the washer fluid uh on the passenger side here right here like what a weird spot for it right almost every other truck i've ever driven i think every other truck yeah has had it on the driver's side because that makes sense because you fill this up often and you can't even fit a full uh a gallon in here so it's something i'll have to take care of often and keep an eye on because it's not a very big tank and it's on the passenger side which is weird to me but oh well oh looking good looking good looking good looking good looking good fantastic very nice always make sure you uh latch your hood on both sides okay otherwise you'll hit the brakes and whoops all right now for the moment we've all been waiting for [Music] let her click through let her do her thing let her do her cycle don't rush her she's a lady don't rush her okay okay she's ready oh [Music] yes you sound beautiful beautiful all right i'm gonna walk around make sure all the lights are working uh and then i'm gonna figure out what trailer i need to hook on to and we'll start the day i'm gonna let her warm up here for a few minutes though first okay so we need to go find a trailer five zero four zero hook on to it and we're gonna go do a little switcheroo with another trailer somewhere they haven't told me where yet one thing at a time i'm a simple man first go get the trailer then they'll tell me what to do with the trailer excuse me there's nobody back there this is a long hood on the front of this thing i don't want to bump any vehicles with it believe it or not there's a car down there you see it it's a little something to get used to the longer hood but that doesn't take long and it's worth it all right let's go find our trailer shall we it'll be in the trailer line up over here i'm thinking trailer five zero four zero you guys let me know if you see it before me okay it's a van trailer five zero four zero five zero four zero five zero four zero i see five zero five three i'm just all over the yard here actually probably going a straight line five zero four zero five zero four four we're getting close how many of you thought i gotta get my eyes checked drove right past it like three times 50 40. you guys up here for a second i can't believe i drove right past it i don't know what i was looking for but charger over there get the truck started here so we got the air compressor running the hazard's on what's going on with me this morning okay lights working maybe it's because it's like a different type of trailer i didn't expect that let's go back here make sure that uh the airbags are filling yeah we got pressure we can hear them filling tires are filled with air they work better that way and that's what's inside looks like insulation i don't know but it needs to go somewhere off we go it won't deliver itself just merging on to transcanada here what rattling over here what is that stop it okay it's hard to find a truck with absolutely no rattles she's an old girl but she's still going i'm just bringing this van trailer uh just bringing her into the south end of winnipeg here i'm gonna drop around pick up another one and go back my memory serves me correctly oh that sweet sound listen yes oh that's all you need in the morning that's better than timmy's oh that does something for the soul good set of jake breaks i'm pretty sure this is the truck road last i checked it was and there's no signs here saying they don't want me here so here we come here comes trucker josh watch out so this truck has uh louder pipes than usual and i'm very happy with it but when i'm in an area like this it's kind of residential uh people living here anyways i try to keep it down as much as i can i don't want to be that guy going through the neighborhood wow some people do that these branches are kind of low here it is a truck road it's a truck route i need to trim the branches a little bit oh yeah they're doing renovations over there i got your stuff there we go now they got their supplies so that they can do their renovations drop in this trailer here we'll come pick it up when they're done with it alrighty so uh i've got to where i'm picking up my trailer and i believe i'm picking up one of these i've got to make a phone call in and figure out which one looks like it's just going to be a storage trailer all righty so we've got to do a little bit of shuffling around here i've got to move why am i here yeah i guess i'll put my seat belt on to go across the parking lot why not why not just go with it i don't know just going across the parking lot there's a trailer that's in front of the one that we need so i gotta move that trailer first someone dropped it there by accident and then grab that one just the south end so so so that way so the sun is that way that we saw okay so i think we want that one with the plywood piece on the front of it there that's the one we want the one we don't want but is in our way is this one here so i gotta move this one over and get it out of the way right right that's the one yeah okay who put that there hi making my life difficult i've already gotten used to this back window it's a very bad habit let's use our mirrors [Applause] so [Music] [Applause] so [Music] [Music] my [Music] all right we're all hooked up i'm just gonna roll up that landing gear give her a walk around we got it filling with air right now no air leaks here a lot of lights on this one old school incandescent old trailer wow fuel tank maybe there's a built-in heater in there or something i don't know didn't see anything on the front of the trailer though okay here let's make sure that see this is set to ride not dumped and you can hear them filling up and you can see the trailer lifting up already see that that's good make sure the airbags are filled before you pull it anywhere talked about that yesterday right tires are filled with air mud flaps interesting i wonder what's inside shall we look are you curious i'm curious oh no it's one of these that i need two hands for really come on there we go that's just heavy oh yeah oh no it used to be a reefer trailer okay so that's what that plywood was for on the front of the trailer used to be reefer now it's just storage trailer all right it's got plates i checked the safety check these tires over here it's got mud flaps safety is good until february 2022 it's good trailer insurance is in here plate down there that's where the reefer used to be okay we're ready to rock i'm gonna pull this back and then see what they have for us then so [Music] so all right this is a really long unit got used to that little pup trailer didn't i wherever there's like 75 feet at least behind me yet all right take your wine take your wine we got a long wheelbase truck and a long trailer there we go straight shot down this road now had to stop from a mandatory timmy break obviously obviously eat my chins before i go home there you are there you are i missed you wait no we got a lot of footage from today i think that went a little bit crazy that's okay i like to keep my vlogs uh about 15 minutes 15 well 15 to 20 minutes but it always seems like there's so much i want to show you and it always ends up being like 25 minutes or more uh hope you guys don't mind see what i mean that back window i cleaned it off now it's very handy since i don't have those fender mirrors up on the front of my hood there it's easy to see where my trailer is dragging behind me just through the window here helps out a lot all right all right we're back they want it in the back and the gates closing on me that's rude i'm supposed to be getting a a fob for my keyring soon then i can just push a button and it'll open for me and for now i still got to jump out and all right our empty yard this is where they want me to find a hole for it look at those trailers over there on the left there's a big gap in the middle that's wasted because all of these trailers are parked in an angle and those two trailers on the end are parked straight so we lose a whole parking spot like that and that'll take a while to fix that i'm sure that's something that they would get me to do if i have time so if we don't have anything left to do i might be straightening out these trailers and satisfying my ocd all right see if we can find a hole to put this thing in all right off to the back tuck this girl in tonight okay i really need to fill up those water jugs maybe i'll remember today they'd been back there for about a week one of these times i'll remember all right let's go see what the dogs have been getting up to pretty sure brit's at work right now so hopefully they're being good chevy were you good today were you good were you good be honest what was that what was that are you sniffing my plate are you sniffing my my chicken sandwich plate [Music] you guys are good today i can't make this ending clip too long because the vlog's already really really long and i i literally cut out half of it already i'm not joking there was a lot of footage today i was really excited and i just couldn't share it all or the vlog would have been an hour long some of you were like yeah that would have been awesome others probably wouldn't have even clicked on it if it was that long like i said i try to keep them at a certain place but i have to tell the story so i really had fun today or peter mobile and all day right maybe maybe one day in the future you can come with me to work or diesel can maybe it uh isn't too likely it's a day cab so there's not much room for them in there and i'm in and out of the truck all day i'm not in the truck all day so they'd be in there by themselves for a while and uh i don't know what just it seems like they would have a lot more fun here they have a king-sized bed they have a yard to play in each other to keep each other company i'll probably stay home but what happens thanks for watching today everybody we'll see you tomorrow
