My TLS Contact Visa Application Centre Experience! UK Visa Biometrics Capture Day

[Music] I'm on my way to the visa center um the appointment is in 15 minutes the appointment is for 8:15 but you have to be there 15 minutes earlier however this is already 8:00 so I want to believe I'm late I'll show you guys when I get there see traffic on the road I was delayed while I was printing I went to this hotel close to me to print and it just took forever I didn't know printing takes so long and they they charged me 300 na per page so 10 pages of printing 3,000 na Jesus that's that's what they charged me if and they kept me for like 30 minutes just for printing come to town ENT you I didn't I just because I went there early I told them already yesterday yesterday I went there last night to print they said the person that operates the printer is not around okay what time will the person be around come they said by 6 6:30 7 the person will be there I go there by 10 10 10 minutes past 7 the person is not there and then I have to wait till 7:30 oh and then the person comes by 7:30 and takes forever to print like because you don't know you're not in Nigeria I'm in they P when they student housing in the UK is high demand and fills up quickly most affordable options start just the first page that has your time and your reference number on it if you have any other payment like you've paid for the lounge you've paid for priority you bring out the evidence of payment and attached to then your document checklist the first page of your document checklist you'll see it's document checklist written the first page then your B data page of your um passport so you put the three in your passport if you have other payments put it making it four papers in your passport I don't want to see any other documents except the three of the four papers in your passport and we will clear you for your appointment for those of you who have who are for assisted service you have your document checklist I need your appointment confirmation which is the first page I need your document checklist for some is five pages for others is seven pages you go through it read what is applicable to you have boxes there you have place to sign tick the boxes that are applicable to you sign what you're supposed to sign date name signature then all the other subsequent documents you want to upload let it be after the document checklist please remove all the pins and then with your passport before we clear you if you've not done that please do that ASAP before we attend you this is your appointment information supposed to be at the front let me so are this all your uploading what where are the documents you need to upload your paper yeah I don't need it you don't why so you're not loading anything no I I'm not doing tuberculosis because I'm exempt so here that means you uped all your documents here the doc because I I booked time people assisted was automatically added to some is to get the appointment yeah cuz I noticed I could not I could not select the prime time date if I did not take the assistant service I had I didn't have a choice all right so this you don't have anything to [Music] upload so there stum and then you go to the thir FL [Music] the yeah yes so guys I just finished from the place I spent a total of 1 hour 15 minutes or there about 1 hour 20 minutes maximum at a point you know after I stopped the video that was the the the place I couldn't take my phone again no phones put your phone in your bag and all of that so yes I couldn't record even the ones I was recording I was hiding what else they will tell you everything you need and when we got in you know you're supposed to go with your documents and all but they even said if if you have already gotten in but you don't have all your documents you should not worri the the staff will tell you what to do you should not not go out staff will tell you what to do then they also told me to pay for SMS SMS is 350 NAA so that they will send you an SMS when your Visa is ready and because I paid for delivery Korea when the Visa is ready they will send the SMS and then you know that the CER is coming they also gave me a CER tracking number what else did I leave out they were nice they were nice told me everything so and because I think because it's a prime time appointment that early 8:50 a.m. there was no I didn't have to wait for anything to be honest because I remember when you go into that waiting room for biometric you can wait like 30 minutes 40 minutes depending on the que but because it was prime time I think I just waited there for like 5 minutes and then I went so yeah have any documents and because I booked for prime time I when I was trying to pay it was compulsory that I pay for assist assisted service otherwise I was not able to book for the prime time so I I paid for the assistant service and the assistant service means that you will give your documents to the Visa officials to upload for you right so everybody kep asking me you are for assistant but you don't have any documents to upload anyways that's it yeah um today is what today is Monday and um hopefully in five working days I should get a response because of the priority that's it I don't TI I want to show you guys how to track your application this is the email that was sent by TS and they have said here um to view your appointment details or make changes you need to log to your account on you the gov.uk in order to be redirected to your account on the TLs website to log in the Lo this login information and Link is included in the email you receive from T from UK B so remember that when you submitted your application you know uh ukv had sent you an email look at the email tell you what you need to do you must have received this email before you even scheduled your appointment so all you need to do is just come here sign in to your application click the link you want to sign into your application you will come to ukv website you're going to log in to your application this is your application right and this is the make arrangement to provide your document this is provide documents you only provide documents on TLS website so once you click here it's going to take you to TLS website okay provide your Biometrics with continue so this is the TLs website this is your application this is your application number application reference number you know I already booked my appointment appointment time was this date and track so you can just track your application there wow this is the stage of the application track the stages of the application in real time so I did my biometric yesterday right so biometric enrollment done application transferred to DMC application received by DMC so by the Because by the by the end of yesterday I have gotten an email that the application has been transferred to DMC so when I came this one application transferred to DMC was ticked but the rest was not now this morning that's like 8 hours later application received by DMC so I want to believe by when I check tomorrow it will be application transferred to V when it gets to application received by V they'll probably send an email so they'll probably send an email to you that your passport is ready for pickup um but I did Korea so they will still send an email that Korea is coming to deliver your passport they had given me a documents at the center when you're done I'm going to check that document I'll bring it so when you're done with your application or when you're coming to color your passport you have to come with that document so when the CER is coming to deliver my passport I have to give the query at that document let me go look for that document this is the document and they said please arrive with this checklist the original and a copy of your identity card ready can know that personal appearance is mandatory for passport collection so when you go collection you're going to sign the collection date name and signature so whenever the if you're going to collect at the embassy you're taking this you're going to provide this details at the embassy but if it's passport colle if it's Korea when the Korea comes I'm going to sign the date my name and the signature remember I told you guys that they asked me to pay for SMS you know 350 N so that I can be getting SMS notification when the application is ready so this is the receipt of the payment these are the document they returned to me like the checklist they just took the one I signed okay they scanned sorry they scanned the documents and I I had to come back with the hard copy this is the checklist so they just scanned it and I had to come back this is the payment for priority Visa so they just look at it indicate on your application and they return it back to you most all these documents I just printed it um one page one one copy each this is the appointment um notification the most important document in this thing because if you do not have this document you can't even pass the Visa the TLs gate so you have to go with this documents and show them then they will see the appointment date and time they will stamp make all the whatever these are the details of the services you paid for I paid for Express career return 9,000 I paid for assisted service 12,000 you will know me ordinarily I would pay for assisted service was assistant service Chevy is to upload my documents but because I had to buy this Prime Time appointment if I I couldn't pay for Prime Time appointment if I did not add assistance service so I just added the assistance service so this was everything I paid 59,800 for Prime Time appointment Prime Time appointment was at 8:15 8:00 a.m. 8:15 even 9:00 a.m. s so that means you go early do your thing before the queue comes and then you leave so that's what I paid for and because I didn't even have documents to upload they were asking me H where is the document you want want to I'm like I don't have any documents it's only because I wanted to book for prime time now this is the document that they would give you this document has all your details your passport number your reference application reference number everything you sign this is the document that you have to take it back this is my career tracking number so if I want to track my my career this is the tracking number so this is the document that I'm going to give out when they are coming to deliver my passport and if you're going to pick it up this is documents you take to the TLs uh office to pick up to pick up your passport so today is Thursday I did my Visa application on Monday and I receive this email your UK visa application is ready for collection de customer your travel documents are now ready for collection at the TS application center which if you are going to collect if you have made more more than one application at the same time using the same email address please wait until you have received email confirmations for each application before visting the visa application center so these are the documents if you're going to collect in person these are the documents you're supposed to take with you your original TLS application checklist your original photographic ID copy of your photographic ID copy of birth certificate if collecting for minor if you're collecting using a representative they have stated it here what you should do and please note that all third party collections above will require a means of national identification that is international passport national ID or driver's license if any of the above documents are missing your representative will not be allowed to retrieve your passport you can check collection times and the center address on this your advis to make prompt arrangement to collect your documents from the visa application center as TS is only able to hold them for a limited time if you fail to collect your documents they will be passed to UK visas and immigration who will return them to the issuing authority return by career remember that my Visa application I did return by career if you have already purchased a career service your documents will be dispatched within 24 hours from their receipt to be sent back to you by CER you receive a further email explaining the tracking process you can cheack the process of your visa application by connecting to your account via ukv okay okay so this is the subsequent email that I received because of career they said your travel Document and supporting documents of applicable have now been sent to you by corer to the address you provided when you received your visa application you can track your package on DHL website with your we number so I'm going to take this we number to track please note that you will need to sign for your package when it arrives please be a aware that you might find a different this this one is for if you had applied a long time ago in case you missed a delivery you are advised to follow the instructions led by the career company to arrange red delivery or pickup please note that your documents may be returned to TLS if a red delivery Arrangement is not made promptly in this case your document will be sent to UK visas and immigration if you do not receive your document within 10 days of the dispatch notification please contact TLS for assistance so apparently once you that means they have given my documents to ker I was actually very busy all day so I didn't even open this website I didn't know that they had sent me email look at that application transcation transferred to V so this is you know biometric enrollment done when I went to do biometric which was on Monday application transferred to decision making Center this was still on Monday and then on Tuesday it was application received by decision making Center so it was like this on on Tuesday and on Wednesday when I opened it last night which was Wednesday it was still here application received now between last night and today today is Thursday I announc see application transfer to V application received by V passport picked by applicant so they have given it to the Cora because I used Korea if I hadn't used Korea I would have seen the email that says come to the office to pick up and I would have gone to pick up so I'm just waiting for the CER to deliver that was quite fast because priority service is meant to be out within five working days so they made this decision within four working days which is very very impressive I'm just going to wait patiently for Korea to bring my passport hey guys so I'm going to collect my passport because I did Korea service and um I left the location that I put the address the corer to deliver my passport that's because I was told by DHL that expected delivery day will be will be Monday but today is Friday and they called me so I was saying that I'm going to go and collect my passport because the the delivery guy brought the passport to the address that I had indicated but I was not around and he did not call me ahead he just called me like 1 minute to when he was almost at the place so I couldn't so I told him to bring it to the place I was he said no that it's too far so I have to come and look for him now and there's a lot of traffic I'll let you guys know how it goes [Music] H can with my hand yeah okay at here thank you I've collected the passports SE here I got I got to SK work on my yes yes yes yes yes yes oh my God I got a Visa this is the vet here is an entry clearance then they'll give you up to 90 days to enter the UK God I'm so happy I was legit kind of scared because today is Friday I did this application on Monday on Monday and I was thinking that because it takes five working days I was thinking that I'll get it on Monday next Monday and then the DHL people when I contacted them they told me that estimated time of arrival or delivery will be on Monday close of business only for me to get a call from the delivery guy that my passport is here and I had because I was not at the location of the delivery address I had to come all the way to find him oh guys I got a Visa I'm so happy we did that we did that let me go because there's a
