hello everybody and welcome back to my channel welcome to my humble abode [Music] so today I'm gonna be sharing with you guys my skincare and beauty absolute love's like my must-have slash beauty secrets I like to call it that because these are things that I specifically do and I love so this will also be like I get ready with me I did a video like this in July I think and I really loved that video I loved filming it I loved how it looked so I'm back here and I am filming an updated version let's just get started let's start with skincare because that's just where it all begins so first skincare I have been only washing my face with these two and these are two of my absolute favorite brands I love glossier and I love milk just because they're so natural and simple and like they're just doing it right as you can see I use this one a lot but this is my milk jelly cleanser and I use this in the morning and sometimes at night and then at night I like to use my milk makeup matcha cleanser it's really interesting because it's in the stick basically I just get my face wet and then I just kind of like and it has like little beads that explain your face and I think the solution is just really good for your skin after that I just kind of like move rub it into my skin and then I wash it off and I feel really fresh these are both very gentle which I think my skin personally needs whenever I use like those intense acne washes and stuff it just doesn't do well with my skin even though I do have acne I've some scarring right here from it and like all for my face actually but I think gentle cleansers do the best for me so if you have acne and you're trying to figure out what to do for your skin then I definitely recommend going gentle with your washes that's what I've been doing for my skin for like the past months and a half I would say and my skin actually has gotten better I know it's not only because those cleansers because I'm gonna talk to you guys about what else I do but my skin has gotten better so I feel like I'm being really thorough about skincare but if I were you I would like to know like absolutely everything so I'm letting you guys know if you're bored it'll get more interesting so I recently got a facial I can't sum and they gave me a bunch of products that I should specifically use so I'm just gonna talk about them a little bit I've only been using them for about a week or so but honestly I think they are doing their job I'm not going to talk about them too much but I do want to show you guys so after I wash my face in the morning I follow up with this moisturizer it's called exfoliate so I think it's an exfoliator I don't really know but it's a really good moisturizer and it's been working so if you're looking for a good everyday moisturizer definitely go for this one and then this isn't Kate Somerville this is actually Kiehl's but this is what I use in the morning after I do that this is the creamy eye treatment with avocado it's so so nice and I just love it so much like it feels good it looks good it really helps make the makeup that you put under your eyes look a lot better if you put this on first highly recommend and I've been using this for like a month and a half I think and then at night what I usually do is after I use my milk makeup cleanser then I'll go in with my witch hazel this is rose petal witch hazel I just put this on a cotton pad and I put it all over my face I heard from someone that it is like the cure for acne I don't really know but I've been using it just in case I kind of just use it like a toner it does get some extra makeup and like dirt off my face so and I just got this at Target but anyway back to the Kate Somerville products I don't do this every night but I do it like three times a week this is the Kate Somerville Retta spheres retinol night cream so I just put this all over my face and it's supposed to help with my acne and I'm pretty sure it's really exfoliating I'm not a pro I'm not a skin care Pro so I'm not a hundred percent sure but this is what the lady told me I should use so I take like one pump and I just put it all over my face and then if I'm still feeling like I want to treat my acne then I'll use the Kate Somerville anti back acne clearing lotions and I just take a little bit of it and I'll put it like where I'm breaking out I don't put it all over my face that's what that looks like I have two more Kate Somerville product this is the moisturizer that I use at night this is the Kate Somerville goat-milk moisturizing cream it's a good moisturizer I love that I have a moisturiser for night and for morning a mite just like very high-maintenance about skincare I don't know you guys are probably like thinking I'm crazy because I used so much skin care stuff I know it's not even necessary but I just love it okay I just love skin care zone sorry last thing at night by the way this is not sponsored by Kate Somerville I really just use all these things so this is the Kate Somerville wrinkle warrior eye cream and this isn't like totally essential but I like to take care of my under eyes because they can get like puffy and dark and dry so I think it's really important to take care of them this is actually a visible dark circle eraser here is a beauty secret for you guys covering up the label but this is called bactrim this helps with bacteria growth on your face I got prescribed this by my dermatologist I don't take one in the morning one at night and it really really has helped my skin here are some pictures of what my skin looks like in November all the way through now but I wanted to keep track of my skin and how it was doing and stuff and it has gotten a lot better thank you back Joe thinks this mixed with everything else I'm doing with my skin has really helped also something that is really really nice and everyone can get is the clean and clear person gel this is acne medication it's just 10% benzoyl peroxide benzoyl peroxide is what you got to go for when you're trying to clear your skin so you just put a little bit of that on and it dries it up and it's a lifesaver I think that's all for skin care I know that was so much but I do get questions a lot about my skin so I want to let you guys know everything that I'm using okay the last thing that I want to talk about this in this box is this freaking lip balm I don't know how much this is here's the price of it sorry if it's a lot but Taj I've sent this to me it's called the camellia gold spun lip balm here's what it looks like it's beautiful first of all I mean there are literally gold flakes in there but that's not what makes it good I don't I mean I feel like that's kind of unnecessary but the lip balm itself oh my gosh this is like the best lip balm in the world besides lips it I freaking love lip soba if you're gone for like a really really nice lip balm I'm gonna go for this one it's so I love it and I'm gonna have to get a new one after this let's move on to the makeup I am gonna do my makeup with you guys and just kind of talk about my faves along the way I feel like I talked about a lot of the same makeup on my channel so I'm not gonna talk about things that you've seen a million times exhibit a Exhibit B but I'm gonna talk to you guys about some new things this is a fun thing this is glossy a super pure little dropper and what this is for is another skincare thing this is to calm breakout prone skin and redness dropping onto my skin like an Instagram beauty guru and it just feels good good thing to put on before makeup I don't know it's fun something I recently got is this L'Oreal oops luminous serum tin wow that's satisfied its luminous it's not even shimmery it's literally just luminous which I really really like there's apply it all over your face if you want a subtle glow which I always want a subtle glow only good smells like cookies it literally smells like cookies that's that's a plus you should just get it for that reason so then after that I'll move on to concealer so this is the glossy a stretch concealer and I just really love the formula of it it's really light and it's kind of like shiny which I normally wouldn't like it's a really moisturizing concealer which I really like especially for under my eyes and also in areas that I like generally have redness because I don't always want to wear foundation it's just annoying and heavy so I like to start out with this concealer and then if I feel like I need some more coverage then I'll go in with something else so then if I feel like I still need some coverage then I'll go in with my it cosmetics bye bye under-eye concealer and I never use this for my under eyes because I just don't like it for my under eyes but I was a really good coverage so I like to put it like on my red zits and just wherever I feel like needs a little more coverage my skin looks so moisturized and dewy and I think it's just because of the stretch concealer I really really like it so after that I'll go in with it cosmetics bye bye pores pressed powders and I just kind of lightly dust that under my eyes on my chin a little on my forehead just enough to set it and make me look a little more matte after that I like to use my hoola bronzer I use this every day put it all over make me look like I get Sun whoever invented bronzer and love you I really do okay I use a lot of glossier but I love glossier they're definitely one of my favorite makeup brands I use the glossy a cloud paint and dusk and I really like it because it just looks really natural and you don't need a whole lot I like the cream blush effect I just take a little bit and add a little more colored in my face also I like to put it on my nose I know some people don't like that but I like the look of a sunburn that weird I don't know I think it's really cute my blush is done and it's very subtle very natural but we love a little bit more colors oh okay so in terms of highlighter and nothing has changed I still use Becca I just cracked my champagne pop again if you want your champagne pop highlighter to live don't travel with it alright cuz I have learned my lesson twice I like to use this palette it's I don't even I think this is the glow face a praised ski glow face palette I have no idea what this is but it's a palette so I've just been using this highlighter right here and it's called oval I tried other highlighters but seriously no one doesn't like Becca she just really knows what she's doing [Music] okay so for eyebrows these two are my favorites I haven't been filling in my eyebrows for like two months now because I just love these products so much the first one is the busy gal brows by Tarte and the second one is the famous glossier boy brow today I think I'm gonna use the boy brows but they're both really really good basically you just brush the tint through your eyebrows and it's amazing it's so easy so fast your eyebrows still look really natural but you just darken them up and intensify them a little bit and love it okay my eyebrows look really intense right now but some of you guys have asked me how I grew in my eyebrows and how they filled out but honestly I I don't know I didn't take anything I didn't like put serum on them as I got older and they just spilled in more I know that's not the answer you were looking for but I've seen that question a lot so I felt like I had to answer it alright so after I've curled my eyelashes I have been loving my Urban Decay perversion mascara I'll wear this one for like everyday type things but then if I know I'm going to Disneyland or I'm having a photo shoot in my eyelashes need to look good like the whole time like for shirt I'll use my L'Oreal voluminous last period I swatters mascara it's so good definitely highly recommend this if you want a long wearing mascara but I don't like to wear waterproof everyday so I go for this mascara I just said gopher gopher know in what I'm applying my mascara on my outer lashes I like to kind of drag it out like this so that my lashes go out that way and I feel like it kind of makes your eyes look bigger I know if it's just me but I think my sister Madison does that too oh my gosh my camera just died and I had to get a new battery and so this is like a little bit different now for eyeshadow I've been doing the same thing for so long it hasn't changed except the product has changed I tried other eyeshadow looks and I just don't like any of them as much as I like the orange so I've been using my tartlet toasted palette and I just used the color warm any orange eyeshadow I love I never thought that I would wear orange eyeshadow like every single day but here we are so just take a little bit of that and I really just put it all over into the crease and everything I just really put it everywhere I feel like such an amateur doing this but Who am I kidding I am a amateur I am no Jeffrey star or James Corden and then I've also been doing this for ever I just put some brownish orange on my lower lash line it really brings out your eye color so if you have blue eyes then warm Browns will really bring out the blue there's another beauty secret and then purl it I don't like wearing lipstick unless it's red or nothing I just know I just never have liked it but I will use something like this this is a Tarte Livi lingerie lip crayon and this is in the shade exposed I like to use a really natural shade because like I always say it's natural it just enhances your natural features and that's really all I do for makeup I don't ever want to look like I painted something on my face you know what I mean sometimes when I'm feeling like it I'll like go glam but definitely for everyday I like to keep it very natural so anyway those are all of my absolute beauty faves beauty must haves a few beauty secrets I don't know hi my name's Finn make sure to give this video a
