My new tesla just died... here's what happened:

so my Tesla is broken again why is there a charging cable here you ask well it's not going to unplug the key card does not work for this so it won't unlock I got two alerts early in the morning one am I charging a stop and then right afterwards minutes afterwards my Sentry mode has been deactivated due to a system here so I go outside try to open the car it won't unlock even with the key card let's find out why tow truck is across the street Tesla has a power but it doesn't show up what he's saying is that the low voltage battery doesn't die it just turns off and by turn off there's a mosfet inside of there if you don't really know what that is it's not important basically it's normally closed to allow current to flow through now when the battery trips over votes overloads the mosfet opens to prevent anything from going in it so it's like a self-protection mode the car went into this because too much power was being pulled from the low voltage battery it went to the self-protection mode that means the mosfet went from closed to open not allowing any electricity to flow through so all the low voltage appliances which is including unlock stuff turned off so what you have to do to quote jump and quote the car is use the positive post any bolt on the frame sound a current through it and this should open the mosfet if it doesn't there's some other stuff you can try but this typically works and it worked for me foreign we were able to open the car which is good did not like how he touched my glass he also slammed my frunk down later I didn't get it on video but that was not comforting to see so he's gonna get in the car start it and move it to his tow truck flatbed to take it to Tesla to take a look at it there we go and the key Diagnostics or anything I know you can put it in service mode does it tell you anything um like what's wrong with it should I close the trunk you may close the front no I want to move that my baby [Music] and then when he was driving away this happened [Music] anyways I made it to Tesla Service no problem I gave them the call to let them know I had a powered front trunk asking if that would cause any insulation issues and they said yes it would to do a full Diagnostics of the car it would cost about 230 dollars because tapping into the electrical even if it's like a little terminal touching the battery is voiding the warranty they told me to unplug it and then they can look at it or I can unplug it take it home because really everything should be fine with it I should just drive it and see if it happens again and if it happens again unplug it before it gets brought back in and then they can take a look at it so speak of it happening again all right so I got the warning again let's see if it'll unlock with my phone proximity sensor phone unlocks but what the heck my Sentry turned off I'm so confused no charging at all my Sentry moves off but now it's back on what the heck that that's always been there so I got this notification on my phone I don't know why the car didn't die this time it was still alive when I went out to check it maybe that's because it was holding on for dear life it had just a little bit of electricity to open the car just a little bit in reserve so that I can unlock it with my phone and that's why it took a second for the screen to boot up while the Sentry was off and when the charging had stopped so I go into my Tesla Service notifications and I see that there's this for a low voltage battery I also see that I have a heating and air conditioning problem which is also great and so I made a service appointment probably in a short or something I'll update you if there's anything to update or in the comments the comments is good too check that
